This paper considers the Swedish regulations of purchase taking the perspective of private persons as a starting point. The law of purchase from the year 1990 is applicable on a number of legal purchase situations where the contracting parties varies. Nevertheless, the law is mainly focused on the purchase between businessmen. This places private persons on level with businessmen, since they are given equal responsibility regarding legal knowledge and the drawing up of contracts. In order to get a deeper knowledge of the law of purchase and to reach an understanding of how it should be interpreted we have studied the government bill on the law, cases from the Supreme Court, doctine on the area and legal articles. The purpose with this paper is to examine whether the law of purchase from the year 1990 is too old to be applicable on private purchases today.

Holmen Skog is one of the largest forestry companies in Scandinavia and they depend heavily on a large network of forest roads for production and logistics in connection to their forestry operations. The company recently introduced a new system for planning of road management. The system will also be developed with the Intention to facilitate the monitoring of actions performed by road contractors. This report will provide information to support future decisions regarding further development of the system, after its introduction. In addition to a presentation of results from interviews, the report also provides a smaller study of the different subjects associated with roads, process work and process development. The study is largely based on interviews with road contractors that perform work for Holmen Skog today.

The purpose of this report is to make an evaluation of the self-monitoring for scarification which Stora Enso is using and this study deals with the effects and importance of scarification. A comparison is made in this study with the purpose to highlight any differences between some of the leading forestry companies and significant forest organizations in Sweden. The companies represented in this report are Korsnäs, Mellanskog, SCA, Sveaskog and Södra. In the beginning of this study an interview form was set up together with Daniel Forsberg at Stora Enso. Stora Enso is the head object of this report and seven interviews were made within that company. At the other companies only three interviews were made within each one, with an exception to Mellanskog who wished four.

Examensarbetet handlar om barnböcker och högläsning. Undersökningens syfte har varit att studera hur barn interagerar med boken samt att få en bild av pedagogens Intention med högläsning. Syftet har även varit att belysa betydelsen av att arbeta med högläsning och dess betydelse för barns språkutveckling.Utgångspunkten för arbetet har varit ett sociokulturellt perspektiv där språk och kommunikation är viktiga beståndsdelar för att lärande ska ske. I ett sociokulturellt perspektiv är interaktionen med andra människor avgörande för barns språk och lärande. Tidigare forskning kring högläsningens betydelse har visat att pedagogen har en viktig roll i detta sammanhang när det gäller att läsa sagor och böcker för barn.

Syftet med studien har varit att ta reda på vilka arbetssätt och verktyg som klasslärare kan använda i sin undervisning när de arbetar med elever med språkstörning på ett inkluderande sätt. Vår Intention är att pedagoger kan ta del av denna studie och därmed skapa en medvetenhet om hur man kan lägga upp sin undervisning när man arbetar med elever med språkstörning. Språkstörning handlar om att eleven inte kan tillgodose sig lingvistisk kunskap (McCauley, 2003). Elever med språkstörning kan ha problem med olika språkliga områden som fonologi, grammatik, semantik och pragmatik, men i olika omfattningar (Nettelbladt & Salameh, 2008). I denna uppsats används ordet språkbarn när vi talar om en elev som har blivit diagnostiserad med språkstörning. Denna studie utgår från ett relationellt synsätt. Von Wright beskriver det med att det unika, utvecklingen, sker i samspel mellan individer.
