The main purpose of this essay is to study how classroom interaction can take place in a class for Second Language Learners (SLL).1 I have applied a case study methodology on a linguistic method used by a Teacher in Swedish as Second Language working on a primary school situated in the Southern suburbs of Stockholm. The learning method is based on extensive reading of books which comprehend several learning techniques organized into a process that support the development of linguistic skills such as discussing in a group, writing, reading and thinking in a second language. The methodology applied is based on observations, on an interview with a Teacher in Swedish as Second Language and on a questionnaire answered by 11 students that participated on ?Boksamtal?.Based on a theoretical framework about socio cultural theories on learning and scaffolding,2 I attempt to integrate theory and practice to investigate how the Teacher succeed on applying effective methods for second language learning. Through the analyses of the data is also my Intention to emphasize the advantages and disadvantages of such a method.

2009 infördes en möjlighet att bilda så kallade ägarlägenheter i Sverige. Det är en form av boende i flerbostadshus som innebär att bostadslägenheten innehas med äganderätt. De traditionella formerna av boende i flerbostadsfastigheter, hyresrätt och bostadsrätt, innebär en nyttjanderätt utan ägande. Första steget mot att införa ägarlägenheter i Sverige var att införa möjligheten att bilda tredimensionella fastigheter. Detta innebar att exempelvis ett våningsplan i en byggnad kunde utgöra en egen fastighet.

Bakgrund:I och med den reviderade läroplanen för förskolan trycks det på att förskolan aktivt ska arbeta med teknik. I dagens förskola är tekniken ett eftersatt område som mest har reducerats till att vara bygg och konstruktion med olika material och som en del av naturkunskapen.Syfte:Vi vill med den här studien hitta hur man ska arbeta med teknik för att nå strävansmålen i den reviderade läroplanen för förskolan. Syftet är hur vi kan arbeta för att stimulera och fånga barnens intresse för teknik. Frågeställningarna är följande: (1) Hur kan man överföra didaktik från andra ämnen? (2) Hur blir barn intresserade av teknik? (3) Hur upptäcker barn vad det är som får en lampa att lysa?Metod:Det är en kvalitativ studie och metoden vi använt oss av är lärstudie som är en relativt obeprövad metod.

This thesis is a part of the DySCAS (Dynamically Self-Configuring Automotive System)project which has the overall purpose of creating a middleware for the electronics in an automotive environment. The thesis has been made with collaboration with ENEA AB who is a member of the DySCAS project. ENEA AB has developed a demonstration platform to test the fundamental ideas which the DySCAS project is built on.The purpose of this thesis was to design and implement a GPS application to be added to the demonstration platform. This was done by adding a GPS receiver to the original DySCAS demonstration platform and designing and implementing an application to be able to extract the information from it. The resulting application is able to present cur- rent position and absolute time to the DySCAS networks as services to be used by other applications or by the network it self.

This thesis treats Building Information Modeling, BIM, in the production stage. Brieflydescribed BIM is virtual model of a building object where all information about theobject is gathered. All the involved operators in the construction project have access tothe model and can gather or share information about the project. There are several waysto apply BIM in the production stage. This thesis primarily deals with visualization of theobject, preparation and planning, the ability to take amounts from the model andcoordination and clash control.The basic issue was highlighted by Byggdialog AB.

Towards the end of the 1960s, the credit financed purchase was well established in Sweden. The Swedish households were able to purchase goods, which had been considered unnecessary, or even luxurious, in the past. On the other hand, effective means to handle the increasing amount of debt and potential debtors were introduced; credit rating was registered, trade with insecure claims increased and if debtors could not fulfil their obligations, the creditors often used harsh or undue methods. By introducing Inkassolagen (1974:182), the legislator hoped to regulate the debt recovery process and ensure the fair treatment of debtors. The legislator also introduced liability for damages caused by a creditor in the collection process.

The theme of this thesis is citizen participation in the planning- and design process. It turns to everyone that studies landscape architecture or work as landscape architects and I hope that it can function as a ground for discussions as well as a source for inspiration. Sammanfattning Mitt examensarbete behandlar konflikthanteringsmetoden ART (Aggression Replacement Training) och hur denna fungerar i en klass i årskurs 6 på en skola i Skåne. ART är en konflikthanteringsmetod som använder sig av tre olika komponenter. Dessa består av social färdighetsträning, ilskekontrollträning och moralträning. Syftet med arbetet är att ta reda på vilka förutsättningar som krävs för att konflikt-hanteringsmetoden ART ska fungera i en klass i åk 6. Min Intention är också att redogöra för vilka eventuella resultat som pedagogerna och eleverna i berörd klass kan se under arbetet med ART.

Utbildningsförvaltningen fattade 2003 ett beslut om att alla lärare i Stockholm skulle använda mätinstrument för bedömning av elevers läsutveckling. Syftet med denna uppsats är att granska och jämföra de två vanligast förekommande mätinstrumenten i Stockholmsområdet. De båda mätinstrumenten finns beskrivna i böckerna Nya Lusboken och God läsutveckling. En diskursanalys av de båda mätinstrumenten har gjorts och skillnader dem emellan har därigenom kunnat påvisas. Den största skillnaden är författarnas syn på fonologisk medvetenhet.

As a part of Göteborg Energi?s work towards a smarter electric grid, the company has chosen to investigate the possibilities of automation in their middle voltage grid. In Europe, there are example cases where these technologies already are installed which many articles on the CIRED conference 2011 proved. Netcontrol Oy in Finland has, together with Tekla, created an automated SCADA system that Vattenfall in Finland today uses. The grid mainly consists of 10 kV open loop fed city grid and this automation is mainly designed for this type of grid.

With the help of Mika Hannulas book Politics, Identity and Public Space: Critical Reflections in and through the Practices of Contemporary Art, I discuss how the stories I tell trough my project can be seen as suggestions for a possible reality. By adding my stories to the old ones (that create our society) I hope they, if only just the slightest, can influence on how we look at reality and on a possible reality.

Att arbeta i en organisation som socialtjänsten innebär ofta att man står mitt emellan vad organisationen vill och vad klienten behöver. Vi som författare menar att detta samt den ofta överbelastade arbetssituationen som socialsekreterarna befinner sig i har en viss påverkan på motivationen och i förlängningen på upplevelsen av arbetstillfredsställelse. Syftet med denna studie har därför varit att utifrån litteraturstudier och vår empiri undersöka vilka motivationsaspekter som kan vara till hjälp och vilka som kan ses som hinder i socialsekreterarnas upplevelse av arbetstillfredsställelse. Vår Intention är att få fram en övergripande bild av hur de olika områdena organisation och klientkontakt påverkar socialsekreterarna i sitt arbete. Studien bygger på följande frågeställningar: Vad upplevs som hinder i att känna motivation i arbetet med klienten? Vilka aspekter påverkar i positiv riktning motivationen i arbetet med klienten? Upplever socialsekreterarna sig motiverade i arbetet med klienten? Studien har utgått från tidigare forskning kring motivationsaspekter och det samband de har med den arbetstillfredsställelse man känner.

The Swedish working-class author Ivar Lo-Johansson (1901-1990) wrote a collection of one hundred short stories between the years 1968-1972. His other productions, generally speaking, have partially different social reform purposes, but, according to himself, these short stories were written with the Intention to be totally free of tendencies (even though he himself doubted that he succeeded with this).During the same period that these short stories were published, the Swedish social democrats were under the challenge of radical movements that, mainly on the radical left?s ideological foundation, had a relatively strong influence in Sweden, among other countries, from the mid 1960?s to the late 1970?s. Since Lo-Johansson mainly seemed to have supported the politics of the social democrats, the purpose of the investigation in this thesis has been to see if he ? in the three short stories: Vikingakärlek (1970), Rikslögnaren (1971) and Ansgars resa till Sverige (1972) ? is conveying an ideological use of history and basic political values that were used by the social democratic party during this time period.
