SammanfattningI och med den senaste läroplanen (Lpo 94) och att skolledningen decentraliserats har lärarna fått ett större ansvar för de didaktiska frågorna i skolans verksamhet. Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att belysa relationen mellan lärares uppdrag och arbete. De frågeställningar vi valt att fokusera på är: Hur uppfattar lärare vad som ligger till grund för deras didaktiska val och vilka påverkansfaktorer uppfattar lärare har störst betydelse för deras didaktiska val? Detta undersökte vi genom en enkätundersökning med 40 lärare och genom att läsa tidigare forskning. Resultatet av vår undersökning visade att påverkansfaktorerna är många och uppfattas olika, vissa medvetet och direkt påverkande, andra uppfattas indirekt och omedvetet.

Research indicates that a more hands-on education in mathematics could improve how students relate to mathematics. Laboratory mathematics is a way of making mathematics more concrete.  How is the purpose of laboratory mathematics perceived? This thesis has its focus on the pupils? perceptions of the purpose of laboratory mathematics, but the Intention of the teacher involved is also investigated. The main research questions asked were:What is the teacher's definition of laboratory mathematics?Which is the teacher's purpose in using laboratory education?How do the students perceive the purpose of the laboratory teaching of mathematics?To answer the questions, I conducted a series of qualitative interviews.

Syftet med denna studie var att med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer undersöka lärares medvetenhet angående betydelsen av användandet av barnens erfarenheter i skrivundervisningen, för att erbjuda eleverna en god möjlighet till att utveckla sin skrivförmåga. För att uppnå syftet formulerades två frågeställningar, hur lärare beskriver barnens erfarenheter utifrån skrivundervisningen och hur de beskriver att de utformar sin skrivundervising med tanke på elevernas erfarenheter.I studien har framkommit att lärarnas Intention är att utgå från barnens erfarenheter. De lärare som intervjuats ser barnens erfarenheter som viktiga och som en förutsättning i skrivundervisningen, men de ser också att olika erfarenheter förbereder eleverna på olika sätt inför den undervisning som ges. Detta gör att de värderar och väljer ut vilka erfarenheter de vill använda i skrivundervisningen. Samtidigt ser lärarna sig själva som viktiga förmedlare av erfarenheter som barnen kan bygga sin skrivutveckling på.Uppsatsen har som teoribakgrund Vygotskijs sociokulturella perspektiv men även Deweys erfarenhetsteori och Bourdieus teori om fält, habitus och kapital.

As a result of directives from EU, with the ambition to reach environmetal goals, The German organisation Passivhaus Institut has defined a passive house. A passive house is a building that is very energy efficient and makes a small impact on the environment. The energy from the inhabitants as well as the appliances & fixtures in the building should equal the energy that is required to heat the building. A Swedish version of the passive house definition has been defined, taking into account the climate conditions and the difference in building regulations.This thesis is a request from Skanska on how it can improve and develop an ongoing passive house project, involving an infant school. The Intention of this thesis is to identify difficulties & display potential development areas for infant schools.The method of research conducted is as follows: interviews of clients, ventilation consultant, consultant for heating system and an energy calculation consultant, an inspection of the infant shcool in process, investigation of completed infant schools and a study of relevant literature.From this research it was found that it is difficult for infant schools to pass the criteria for passive houses. The conclusion of this thesis provide several guidelines on how to improve the outcome of existing projects & the steps needed to be taken for future development in this area..

As IT service departments in organisations are becoming more complex and customised, the indirect costs are increasing in relation to the total costs. The difficulty of fully estimating and identifying the spread of the cost in the IT service department is increasing. As a result, firms tend to budget the business unit as a total cost rather than as a spread of defined costs. In order to deal with this challenge an ABC calculation will be applied. The Time Driven ABC model will be conducted in OMX´s Servicedesk unit within the IT services.

The aim of the study is to examine which present conceptions of sexuality there are in treatment of substance abuse for men. The Intention is to examine how staff members in these environments perceive clients? sex and sexuality as well as studying if and in that case how they work with sexuality in treatment. A qualitative method formed the methodological approach and semistructured interviews were carried out for the collection of data. Four staff members from two different treatment institutions for substance abuse were interviewed.

Background: The Intention of this study was to clarify the patients perspective of what it means to suffer fiom documented restenosis after one or more Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). Aim: The aim of this qualitative study was to ascertain the patients experience of restenosis. Method: Nine patients were interviewed. They had undergone at least one PC1 and two had also undergone Coronary Arterio Bypass Grafting (CABG). Data collection and analysis were done simultaneously according to Grounded Theory methodology and were continued until new interviews provided no additional information, i.e saturation was met.

The aim of this thesis is to examine how four decision makers at a University College and a library director at the same University College perceive the profile, image and identity of their library. This University College library is used as our main example. We have evaluated the main example in relation to two other University College libraries, in order to obtain a deeper understanding of how these library directors view their own libraries and to attain a more multi-dimensional view of the main example of our study. Our Intention is to analyse the current situation, not the past nor the future. Qualitative semi-structured interviews with decision makers and library directors have been conducted.

This study focuses on oral communication in the classroom involving discussion and dialogue amongst pupils, but also between teacher and pupil. The overall aim is to study the choices regarding the group composition and working methods that might occur in four individual teachers? lessons plans with the Intention of increasing the pupils? knowledge through oral communication. The main focus is to explore what the teachers think of the choices they make and how they believe these changes affect the pupils. It is also focused on how the teachers perceive their pupils? learning is improved by oral communication and how they incorporate all pupils, especially the pupils who rarely participate in classroom activity.The methods used are qualitative studies using interviews and observations.

Education in information seeking is often traditional and focused on technology. When it comes to this sort of education, research proves it is unusual to pay attention to the interaction between students. My Intention has been to examine if it is possible to pay attention to the interaction between students, in order to create more and better situations of learning. The issues in this work are about describing the students? interaction.

The function of budgetary controls is to control the resource allocation within companies. It can also be an instrument for measure and control subordinates and/or business units? performance (Van der Stede 2001). This paper concerns the latter; when the budgetary control function is used to measure and control subordinates performance based on budget. Previous research in this area has not yet accomplished to explain the effects of tight budgetary control which Hartman (2000) considers as the main issue to be concerned about in management accounting research.Previous research has presented contradictory findings regarding tight budgetary control explained by positive effects as well as negative effects during the last decades.

Rätten till mark och vatten i lappmarken har genom århundradena varit föremål för debatt i Sverige. En genomgående Intention från statens sida har varit att nyttja lappmarkens resurser på ett, för de olika tidsperioderna, ändamålsenligt sätt. De grupper som har bebott lappmarken, samer med eller utan renskötselrätt samt övrig befolkning, har därför varit beroende av den statliga politiken. År 1989 utfärdade FN:s fackorgan ILO en konvention, som fick namnet ILO 169, och behandlar ursprungsbefolkningars rättigheter.

In recent decades, demands has emerged that the companies shall take a greater social responsibility for the impact that they have on their environment and that this impact shall be reported, which is known as Sustainability Reporting. The Sustainability Report is based on a number of general principles that ensure the content and the quality of the Sustainability Report. One of these principles is the principle of completeness. In the research, this principle seems to have been interpreted in terms of number of reported aspects and indicators, which can be a limited view where only the existence of the aspects and indicators is observed. By including the degree of the reporting in terms of full, partial and no reporting as well as a comparison between the real and the alleged reporting, our Intention is to extend the principle of completeness and to develop a tool that we also apply through an empirical survey in a particular area.

This essay aims to generate understanding for todays grammar teaching in the early grades.Through base in previous research, I intend in this work to seek understanding of what affects the grammar development and its impact on education. I investigate in this essay teacher's approach to grammar and how it affects the incidence of grammar teaching.Work empiricism consists of qualitative research interviews and a survey with the Intention to present a broad picture of grammatical meaning. Regarding to the informants that are involved in the investigation, I have deliberately chosen teachers from different generations to find reflections of their own education and how itinfluenced their view of grammar. My study shows that teachers acquire greater part of teaching about languagefunctional side compared to the form of the language. The teachers who participated in the survey indicated that the language functional side priority by reason that the more responds to students' learning needs and promotes a desire to learn through meaningful for the student.
