Regionalisation has become an increasingly important phenomenon in a globalized world. As models of regional Integration, the European Union (EU) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are two prominent examples. This thesis seeks to explore through a comparative analysis, the different mechanisms and institutions for handling breaches against fundamental values within the two regional organizations. Inter-linked with the issue of the legal-institutional framework is that of what values the mechanisms are designed to protect. The method used for the analysis is first and foremost that of public international and European law, but the thesis also attempts to give a broader picture of the issues presented.

The field of the social economy and of the work Integration social enterprises (WISE) in particular, is for many a more or less unknown area. Unlike ordinary enterprises the WISE's are different due to their aim of integrating disadvantaged people through work. In comparison with other small enterprises earlier research has shown that the WISE's are dealing with challenges regarding recruitment, participation, leadership, sustainable business ideas but above all, the access to funding. The purpose of this essay has therefore been to examine and analyze the financial situation of eight WISE's located in the Stockholm County. The results indicate that half of the enterprises perceive their economic situation as very unstable and as an obstacle to their further development.

The economic situation in the Swedish agricultural industry is currently experiencing a development towards larger units. This progress occurs simultaneously as farmers in cooperation more frequently make investments to decrease risk exposure and to improve the financial result. The purpose with this thesis is to study which advantages and problems a group of farmers experience after a common investment in a small-scale seed production. The aim with this investment is to increase the level of vertical Integration in their respective agricultural firms and the results will be analyzed from an economic point of view. At present, the farmers are all seed producers with considerable cultivation areas.

Till följd av uppköp av företag har Emerson utveckling i flera länder. De olika länderna använder dessutom olika CADsystem. Detta är ett hinder för samarbetet mellan utvecklingsavdelningarna. Den svenska avdelningen av företaget har lagt mycket tid på att utveckla ett PDM-system och anpassa det till det CAD-system som används i Sverige (NX).

This thesis aims to study obstacles which Turkey faces regarding EU accession. The main focus will be at the historical context and background information to clarify Turkey-EU relationship and institutional aspects such as; the Copenhagen criteria will be analyzed. Interaction between identity politics and Turkeys Europeanization project will be examined by analyzing arguments regarding this issue. The historical context is important for realizing in how Turkey's negotiation process is affected and how the process is evolved. By examining this, a more transparent understanding is going to develop in the issue of why Turkey never will be able to identify itself with the EU.Analysis regarding why Turkey as a secular state develops into an increasingly Islamized state is highlighted.

The food prices in Finland and Sweden have been a subject for discussion for several years back in time. From the opponents against further European Integration one have often heard that the EU and EMU entrance have made an negative impact on the food prices. This study show us that the impactof the entrances was extensive in the short run but rather finite and insignificant in the long run.Other important factors that describe why food prices fluctuate is also discussed. The mainconclusion is that other factors than the EU and EMU entrance should be seen as more likely whenit comes to the development of food prices. Det svenska välfärdssystemet är ett komplext system som inkluderar en mängd olika servicefunktioner, olika former av stödjande verksamheter och olika finansieringsmodeller. Det kombinerar ett professionellt utförande med en serviceinriktning. Där finns en avsaknad av utvärderingar om hur individer utnyttjar de olika samverkande komponenterna i systemet. Komplexiteten begränsar möjligheterna till att studera interaktioner mellan dess olika delar.Termen ?kommundiagnos? introducerades i Sverige under 1970-talet.

Syftet är att beskriva och analysera VBM ochBSC samt diskutera möjligheten att integreradessa. Studien bygger på en kvalitativ metod därteoretiska begrepp inom Value BasedManagement och Balanced Scorecard analyserasoch jämförs med empiriska undersökningar iform av intervjuer. Kombinationen av VBM och BSC resulterar i ett lämpligt styrverktyg för många företag. Det är ingen perfekt kombination. AbstractThis paper is about the organisation of the special needs education in three nine-year compulsory schools in Stockholm and the pedagogical thoughts and theories that underlie these organisations. The main purpose of the paper was to investigate whether the special needs education of these schools should be interpreted in accordance with a segregating or an including view on Integration as these perspectives are presented by the Norwegian professor Peder Haug. In addition to this I also wanted to investigate if there were any historical arguments in favour of one or another of these perspectives that were still being put forward in today?s debate.The methods that I used were a study of literature regarding special needs education and interviews of a qualitative character with three special educationalists and a special teacher that were working on three different nine-year compulsory schools in Stockholm.The result of the study shows that a big part of the special needs education of the schools that I visited can be interpreted in accordance with the segregating view on Integration.The organisation of the special needs education of the three schools differed slightly from school to school but the common trait was that the largest part of this work took place outside of the student?s regular classroom and sometimes outside of the scheduled school day.Two of the schools had special groups where students that were believed to have a need of special education got some, or their entire schooling. That the schools chose to build a big part of their special needs education upon solutions that should be regarded as segregating was motivated on the basis of an effect oriented view on education.

The aim of this study is to describe and examine the characteristics of inclusion of children with disabilities in the kinder garden and primary school in Belarus. The data in this study were collected through interviews with special teachers and staff at the Developing and Rehabilitation center. The interviews were supported by child-observations and a literature study. Staying in boarding schools prevents handicap students from integrating with the society as well as getting social experience. Integrated education demands the combination of two regularities: education of children with normal development and special education of children with psycho-physiological problems.

Background: The main purpose of our study is to try to give an idea of what a multicultural school is and what difficulties girls find with Swedish as a second language. We are at the end of our teacher education, which means that in a few months, we will be responsible for creating environments that are conducive to the students and to ensure that opportunities that allow the students to develop exist. We are aware that in a multicultural school that we no have in Sweden there has been some discussion regarding the Swedish language, which can be interpreted as the Swedish language being at a disadvantage with the students because of all the Integration that occurs in schools and the lack of knowledge regarding the different cultural backgrounds. To get this knowledge we had to seek more knowledge on the subject.

The purpose of this inquiry is to find out what teachers of the Arts Programme say about the role and status of music theory within the different music subjects. Med dessa förvärvuppkommer ett behov av att integrera de sammanslagna verksamheterna, något som inte alltidär så enkelt. Denna uppsats är resultatet av en studie genomförd vid Bodens Energi AB. Arbetet har genomförts på företagets värmeverk och den avdelning som handhar produktionen av fjärrvärme. I och med ett riksdagsbeslut gällande en ny lag för avläsning av elmätare kommer tillväxt att ske för system som handhar fjärravläsning av mätare både på el och på värmesidan. Vi har därför undersökt hur införandet av detta system har påverkat de anställda och vilka hinder och möjligheter som kan uppstå av ett sånt system. Det som framkommit genom studien är bland annat att införandet av systemet leder till stora möjligheter när det gäller Integration och effektiviseringar i organisationen..

Syftet med examensarbetet har varit att genomföra en jämförande analys mellan några religionslärares syn på sitt ämne och dess utformning i Sverige och England - vilket är bidrag till forskning om hur lärare ser på sitt undervisningsämne som är ett relativt outforskat fält. Metoden jag har använt mig av är kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer med fyra religionslärare, två i vardera land. Frågeställningarna berörde syftet med religionsundervisningen, begrepp mångkultur och Integration, kristendomens roll, upplägg av ämnet och motivet till detta såväl skillnader och likheter mellan de svenska och de engelska lärarna synsätt. Resultatet utifrån syftet och frågeställningarna var att lärarna ansåg att förståelse och andlig utveckling är de främsta syftena med ämnet, där den andliga utvecklingen är mer framträdande hos de engelska lärarna. Lärarna ansåg att ämnet hade en betydande roll att spela i fråga om Integration och det mångkulturella samhället.
