SAMMANFATTNING:Syftet med den här studien har varit att belysa och undersöka, utifrån en integrationsenhets lokalkontor i en glesbygdskommun i Norrland, dess integrationshandläggares syn på integration. Begreppet integration är svårdefinierat och det var därför intressant att ta reda på hur just dessa personer tänker och resonerar kring ämnet för att få en inblick av deras bild av integration och om och hur det påverkar deras sätt att arbeta. Resultatet vittnar om att begreppet integration är mångfacetterat och ter sig olika, även för yrkesverksamma inom samma profession, på samma arbetsplats, med samma arbetsuppgifter. Studien är kvalitativ och grundar sig på halvstrukturerad intervju som forskningsmetod. Intervjusvaren har analyserats utifrån meningskategorisering och presenteras under teman kopplade till studiens frågeställningar.

The aim of this Master´s thesis is to explore how public libraries in a successful way can work in projects with young people. It intends to point out different factors that in a legible way affect the accomplishment and outcome of the project. Another purpose of the study is to uncover the various approaches existing within the projects towards young people and to find out why it is seen as important to work with youngsters, considering the hard work that it requires and the reluctance of the young to visit the library. The examination is based upon eight different and fulfilled projects. Information about these has been received through project descriptions, project reports and documents describing applications for economical benefits.

Detta PM är resultatet av ett arbete som är utfört vid Banverket Telenät i Borlänge. Målet var att leverera en kravspecifikation över en integration mellan systemen Ärling och DNA. Syftet med examensarbetet var att belysa de bakomliggande orsakerna som skapar behovet av en integration.Banverket Telenät har idag kund och beställareinformation i flera databaser. Uppdatering och underhåll av dessa databaser är ett problem för verksamheten. För att upprätthålla konsistent information så önskas en integration av kund- beställareinformationen.Vi fick som uppdrag att framställa en kravspecifikation över hur en integration av kund och beställareinformation kunde möjliggöras.

Abstract In general, language is the key to the community, to self-sufficiency and independence. Being able to speak the Swedish language is a part of the community integration. Integration also has a practical aspect that includes everyday life and affects one's opportunities in the labor market. Therefore, we have selected in this paper to focus on the language and integration but inevitably we will also discuss the education you need on the labor market. The purpose of this study is to describe how the staffs at the Language Café Nobel works for an increased integration in Malmo, and examine the significance of Language Café Nobel have for their participants.

Course: Master's Thesis in Business AdministrationPurpose: The purpose with this paper is to give an insight, and to compare, the project management of two IT-projects ? one which product was implemented and put into use, and one, which was implemented but no longer exists on the market. Furthermore also examine the critical success factors that influence the success respectively the failure of the IT-projects. Method: To attain the purpose with our study we have chosen a qualitative method. We have carried out interviews with two of the project managers of the IT-project of the two large companies.Result: A couple of problems occurred within the IT-projects of the large companies.

The purpose of this master thesis is to examine how librarians/cultural workers act in projects in order to stimulate and promote reading among children and youth in sparsely populated regions in the county of Jämtland during a period of three years, and if/how these projects differ. The examination is based upon the progress of these projects in four of eight communities. Four librarians and two cultural workers have been interviewed in order to get their view of the proceedings of the projects. The results indicate that the four communities all made up plans for three years but in different ways. They mainly collaborated with the school but also with the board of children's health and the preparatory school.

Abstract The purpose of this essay is to compare the integration policy between Socialdemokraterna, Moderaterna and Sverigedemokraterna with focus on labor-market integration, housing segregation and language knowledge. The international immigration has in recent years increased significantly and this has also enriched the receiving countries and still the numbers of extreme right parties have increased. In Sweden a racist populist party, Sverigedemokraterna, are only a few steps away from entering the parliament. The question in focus is: What differences or similarities are there between the integration politics between Moderaterna, Socialdemokraterna and Sverigedemokraterna with focus on the areas housing, work and language?  By applying the theoretical framework to the data, I have been able to present answers and build up an analysis. The study concludes that there are more similarities than differences in the integration policy between Moderaterna and Socialdemokraterna.

Public opinion has increasingly become a political force in the European integration process. At present, it appears that the people?s attitude towards the European integration is relatively skeptical. How can we expect that the attitude towards European integration will evolve in the future? This paper tests the extent to which diffusion theory can serve as a model to explain the development of attitudes to European integration policy in Sweden from 1999 until 2009.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relations of power within the discourse of integration and my focus will be on power relations and structural discrimination. The study origins from four qualitative interviews with employees from the County administrative board as well as from the Employment office.The theoretical framework is based upon Social Constructionism, Postcolonial Theories and with an intersectional perspective. BACKGROUND: Project based structures has become more and more common in the organizations of today. As the project based structures are given a more central role in the organizations the interdependencies between the projects are getting more attention. These structures need a new type of control to meet the unique challenges that arise. Hur jobbar Sweco med integration och vilka svårigheter finns?Syfte: Syftet är att redogöra hur bra Swecos affärsidé är integrerad i bolaget.Metod: Studien var av kvalitativ karaktär och baserades på sekundärdata i form av böcker och artiklar inom ämnet integration. Ett icke-slupmässigt urval användes för valet av respondenter.Slutsats: Sweco visar på en bra integration mellan marknaden och det företaget erbjuder. Lönsamheten tyder på hög integration med omvärlden och internt i bolaget.

Generations of immigration have affected the Swedish society in many ways; the language that are spoken at work and in schools, culture and the political agenda etcetera. In 2008, Botkyrka municipality was chosen to be the second best at working with integrating immigrants. On the other hand, Botkyrka has been referred to as a municipality which has failed with the integration of immigrants; for example, unemployments amongst the immigrants and segregation.

Syftet med den här C-uppsatsen är att beskriva ridsporten som fenomen för integration, att få klarhet i hur integration av invandrare kan fungera inom och genom ridsporten. Jag kommer att studera två stycken projekt som bedrivits i Norrbotten där man använt sig av ridsporten för att försöka uppnå ökad integration. Jag har använt mig av två stycken frågeställningar; Hur fungerar integration genom ridsport? Vilka effekter upplever de ansvariga för integrationsprojekten? I Sverige har under årtionden integrationspolitiken varit ett hett ämne inom politiken. En väl fungerande integration förutsätter deltagande och delaktighet inom skolan, på arbetsmarknaden, i föreningslivet och även i det politiska systemet.

This study deals with integration between core subjects and character subjects on the upper secondary schools Electrical Engineering Programme. The purpose is to investigate how four teachers define subject integration, which the advantages and disadvantages are according to them and what the purpose is whit integrate the core subjects and the character subjects.The finding in this study highlighted that between themselves the teachers had different definitions of subject integration.
