Syfte:. Uppsatsens syfte Àr att utreda vad som har gjort företaget Medscand Medical framgÄngsrikt och med denna kunskap som grund utveckla lÀmplig framtida strategi för företaget. Fokus i strategiformuleringen rör hur företaget skall attrahera, stimulera och utveckla innovationer. Metod: En kvalitativ metod har anvÀnts dÀr primÀrdata i from av intervjuer Àr den mest betydande informationskÀllan. Slutsatser: Denna uppsats har med vald teori och empiri analyserat Medscand Medicals framgÄngsfaktorer och utifrÄn dessa utvecklat lÀmplig framtida strategi för företaget.

Floorball is currently the second largest sport in Sweden, yet there is a low ethnic diversity. This study aims to describe, explain and understand how the leaders in Swedish floorball perceive the work with ethnic diversity from the Swedish Floorball Federation and within the associations they seem. The questions of the study are: How do leaders perceive that the Swedish Floorball Federation works to promote ethical diversity in the within the federation? How do the leaders describe their own efforts to promote ethnic diversity within their team / association? How do the leaders perceive their role in increasing ethnic diversity? How do the leaders perceive the sport as an integration arena? The study was based on a qualitative method with semi-structured interviews. The respondents were eight leaders from four different associations, two leaders from each association.

I flera studier beskrivs hur traumatiska barndomsupplevelser och försummelse har samband med psykosocial hÀlsa/ohÀlsa i vuxen Älder. Studier visar Àven hur personlighet (temperament och karaktÀr) har samband med utvecklande av psykiska problem. I denna studie undersöks dessa faktorer tillsammans, dvs hur förekomsten av problematiska barndomsupplevelser tillsammans med temperamentsfaktorer i personligheten kan predicera olika aspekter av psykosocial hÀlsa/ohÀlsa sÄsom mognad, depression, Ängest, social integration samt anknytning. Studien genomfördes i en studentpopulation (n = 228; 31 % mÀn) dÀr studenterna besvarade enkÀt inkluderade: CTQ BF som mÀter barndomsupplevelser, personlighetstestet TCI. Vidare inkluderades SS13 som mÀter social integration och anknytning samt HAD som mÀter Ängest och depression.

The purpose of this Masters thesis is to investigate how actors involved in a municipal's adult education view students access to information- and library resources. The adult education in the municipal is on contract which means that there are several different actors involved in the realization of the adult education. The raised questions in this study deals with; libraries role within adult education, students needs for becoming information literate and where responsibilities for students access to libraries lies. We used a qualitative method which includes interviews with two principles, a controller, three pedagogues and a librarian. The empirical data is analysed against taxonomies and categories which originates from the theories of David Loertscher and Christine Bruce.

AbstractMatchmaking on an organisational level? about co-operation between municipal introduction-units and voluntary organisationsEssay in Political Science D, by Rebecka Johansson, spring 2006The aim of this study is to examine co-operation between municipal introduction-units, which work to integrate newly arrived immigrants and refuges, and voluntary organisations in Sweden. The essay is a comparative case study which examines three local authorities and the main questions are;- Do voluntary organisations constitute a functioning co-operation partner to the municipal introduction-units? Are there conditions for future co-operation?The answer to the questions is that there are no, or rarely any, co-operation between voluntary organisations and municipal introduction-units. It is difficult to judge whether there are conditions for future co-operation.

Begreppet mÄngfald diskuteras allt oftare i samhÀllsdebatten och valet av uppsatsÀmne kÀndes dÀrför naturligt. Syftet med vÄr undersökning var att beskriva etnisk mÄngfald och integration pÄ tvÄ arbetsplatser inom bankvÀrlden.Undersökningen genomfördes pÄ tvÄ banker som aktivt valt att anstÀlla invandrare. Vi anvÀnde oss av en kvalitativ metod och halvstrukturerade intervjuer och genomförde totalt tio stycken. Resultaten visade att bankerna befinner sig i ett startskede dÀr det Àn sÄ lÀnge frÀmst Àr i rekryteringsprocessen samt inom ramen för kundanpassning som tankar om tillvaratagande av etnisk mÄngfald Äterfinns. Det finns Àven en skillnad vad gÀller hur de anstÀllda med utlÀndsk bakgrund integrerats i bankerna.

The essay aims to highlight the newly arrived immigrant students? experience of social integration and social security in the Swedish school system, which is important for their further language and learning development. This essay aims to see it from the student's perspective. The main question in this essay is: What factors seem to matter the most for the newly arrived immigrant students in their language and learning skills, and what does the students themselves think about the issue? The study is based on a qualitative research method in the form of interviews and observations conducted in a multicultural school for a period of two weeks.

In this master thesis, control algoritms using arm side sensors are investigated for an industrial robot. The sensors can be position encoders placed after the gearbox and accelerometers on the robot arms. Control strategies are discussed and evaluated for different models of the robot, after which chosen strategies are applied to a realistic model. Control algoritms using arm side sensors (LQ, dual-loop and PD-PID) are compared to a PID-controller that only uses measurements of motor position for feedback control. The comparison are done with respect to disturbance rejection, oscillation damping, robustness and tracking performance of a reference trajectory.

Uppsatsen syftar kartlÀgga den kÀnsla av social tillhörighet som individer med utomsvensk bakgrund upplever i dagens Sverige. Hur Sverige och svenskhet erfars och utefter vilka villkor vardagen struktureras. Kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes och den subjektiva verklighetsupplevelsen analyserades med hjÀlp av en abduktiv ansats. Det empiriska materialet tolkades mot bakgrund av ett socialkonstruktionistiskt ramverk kombinerat med stigmabegreppet och behovet av tillhörighet för skapandet av identitet. Resultaten visar att det i Sverige existerar en strukturell diskriminering baserad pÄ etnicitet och ett andregörande av individer med utomsvenskt pÄbrÄ, ett andregörande vilket har sin grund i ett förgivettaget vitt tolkningsföretrÀde. Maktobalansen tvingar individen in i en avvikande roll som paradoxalt nog krÀvs för att integreras.

Beslutsfattning om militÀra vÄldsmedel varierar med en nations civil-militÀra mönster. Genom att teoretiskt anvÀnda maktbegreppet för att beskriva vilka normativa styrprinciper som formar den civil-militÀra relationen kan den ocksÄ beskrivas. Teorin appliceras pÄ Falklandskonflikten och UbÄtsincidenterna i Sverige under tidigt 80-tal. Effekterna som undersöks Àr tid och uppfattning om det strategiska mÄlet som operationen syftar till.  Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att undersöka hur olika typer av relationer mellan civila makthavare och den militÀra organisationen pÄverkar utformningen av beslut om militÀrt vÄld.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate how people can return from a marginalized position and become a part of society. Also how a model for returning from a marginalized position should be formed. The intention is to make a contribution to those in society that are helping people to return from marginalized positions. The survey is based on 5 thematic qualitative interviews on individuals that have returned from homelessness, criminality, drug abuse and prostitution. The main results of the investigation are that those who took part in it started their role exit with a turning point.

Emerson Network Power Energy Systems Àr ett globalt företag som skapar system för avbrottsfri strömförsörjning för tele- och IT-kommunikation. Till följd av uppköp av företag har Emerson utveckling i flera lÀnder. De olika lÀnderna anvÀnder dessutom olika CADsystem. Detta Àr ett hinder för samarbetet mellan utvecklingsavdelningarna. Den svenska avdelningen av företaget har lagt mycket tid pÄ att utveckla ett PDM-system och anpassa det till det CAD-system som anvÀnds i Sverige (NX).

Test bench for air bearingsThis thesis work consisted of bringing forward and defining the test parameters relevant for a test bench and constructing a test bench that can test and verify the largest existing air bearings that are of use in Micronic Laser Systems AB machines. Because the knowledge about air bearings is limited it is thought that with the help of the test bench the knowledge would increase and in that way improve the air bearings.After learning more about air bearings and their purpose at Micronic Laser Systems AB, I started the concept phase for the test bench. For each part in the test bench I consulted my two tutors, Torbjörn HedevÀrn and Johan Bergqvist, at Micronic Laser Systems AB. The final concepts where documented as 3D-modells in Solidworks and some of them have been tested in Solidworks FEM-program.The test bench is designed so that, with the help of a pneumatic cylinder, 25 kilo weights are placed on the air bearing to test its stiffness, damping and the pressure performance under its surface area. To test these parameters the test bench has to have a pressure meter, accelerometer and a microcator.

I dagens svenska samhÀlle har vi blivit allt mer mÄngkulturella och integration har dÀrmed blivit en viktig frÄga. Vi prÀglas av en mÀngd olika nationaliteter, etniska minoriteter samt olika kulturella bakgrunder. DÀrför Àr det viktigt för ett land som Sverige som anses vara demokratiskt att ha förstÄelse och respektera alla mÀnniskor, oavsett vilken etnicitet och kulturell bakgrund en person har. FörstÄelse för varandra Àr oerhört viktigt eftersom alla som Àr en del av samhÀllet inte skall kÀnna ett utanförskap eller bli diskriminerade. Detta förekommer dock enligt en rad olika (författare och forskare) som har hÀvdat att den integrationspolitik som har förts i Sverige de senaste trettio Ären har misslyckats.
