This study intends to explain the problem with the implementation of new Swedish accounting rules called K2. The rules are simplifications of the general accounting rules and the purpose is to make it easier for small companies to account. Despite this, few small companies have adopted the rules. This study seeks to explain the weak response to the K2-rules using institutional theory.The research objects of this study are Burger King, McDonald?s and two audits and accountants.

On Ericsson Ltd in Borås a wireless communication system called MINI-LINK? is produced. In order to sell their product with the best possible quality guaranty, there is a signal processing circuit called ATLAS implemented in the system. This circuit would eventually be useful in the production and for the repairs of the radio units. Our commission was to examine the possibility for this use.

Uppsatsen analyserar den tyska planeringen av Ardenneroffensiven med hjälp avNATO:s planeringsprocess, GoP 99. Inledningsvis så beskrivs planeringsprocessen ochdess koppling till militärteorin. Därefter så analyseras den tyska planeringen införArdenneroffensiven med hjälp av de olika stegen i planeringsprocessen i syfte att hittaskillnader och likheter. Slutligen så förs en diskussion kring planeringsprocessensanvändbarhet som analysinstrument. Resultatet av analysen visar att den tyskaplaneringen i huvudsak har haft samma innehåll som de olika stegen i GoP 99.

Conflict prevention is a term which has gained much influence during the last decades. To prevent conflicts from occuring have both humanitarian and economic incentives as the cost for war are much greater than the cost of acting preventive. To act in this matter has been regarded a priority for the United Nations during several years, and the European Union have also expressed a wish of playing a more active part. The essay compares the actions taken by the international organisations in Macedonia, a country which headed toward a violent conflict. The UN acted through the mission UNPREDEP and the EU through the mission of Concordia.

This thesis aims to further study the interpersonal risk taking within groups and thereby the importance of a climate promoting a reflective behavior. The increased demand in complexity and exposure towards teamwork leads to increased call for knowledge integration, which can be explained as the ability to integrate the collective knowledge within the group. We have therefor identified a need for better understanding what makes a group more effective. Key factors for self-estimated effective collaboration have been shown to be a group's reflective behavior and ability to coordinate the skills that each individual possesses. These factors are greatly affected by the psychological safety within the team.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att ta reda på hur dagens blockflöjtspedagoger arbetar med Tidig Musik med sina elever, och hur dessa elever mottar den repertoaren. Jag har också ställt mig frågande till den ?popifiering? som jag tycker pågår i blockflöjtsundervisningen, där man i allt större utsträckning rör sig bort från blockflöjtens ursprungsrepertoar.Jag har djupintervjuat tre erfarna blockflöjtspedagoger, och utifrån dessa intervjuer kunnat dra slutsatsen att det visst spelas mycket Tidig Musik med blockflöjtseleverna, och att pedagogerna själva inte upplever någon egentlig motsättning mellan Tidig Musik och den populärmusikaliska repertoaren. Dessutom verkar det som att eleverna själva instinktivt uppskattar och accepterar den Tidiga Musiken, eftersom den fungerar bra och låter fint på instrumentet. Därmed finns det ett egenvärde i att spela just Tidig Musik på just blockflöjt..

Concerns for the environment and our impact on it are becoming more prevalant; however, we rarely act accordingly. Consumers mainly choose products based on perceived personal benefits despite the environmental motives that increasingly affect them. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the major drivers behind the purchase of ecological wine. A quantitative study was conducted, using Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as an initial starting point. The subsequent model was then completed with three variables: environmental concern, feelings and word-of-mouth.

De instrument som används för att mäta patienters förväntningar av omvårdnaden finns i olika utformanden men det är få som är utvecklade med inverkan från patienternas egna förväntningar. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva patienters förväntningar av mötet med sjuksköterskan. Sju vetenskapliga studier analyserades med en manifest kvalitativ innehållsanalys och resulterade i tre kategorier: Att få en bra relation, Att kunna vara delaktig, Att vilja bli sedd och lyssnad på. Resultatet visade att patienter förväntade sig att etablera en god relation till sjuksköterskan där medbestämmande i den egna omvårdnaden var av stor vikt. Resultatet visade också att patienter ville bli sedda som individer och att sjuksköterskan tog sig tid för att lyssna på dem.

Vi har i vårt arbete studerat hur ART (Aggressive Replacement Training) som metod kan användas ute i skolans värld. Frågan vi ställde oss var: Kan ART användas som resurs i grundskolan och i så fall hur? Arbetet syftar till att belysa och konkretisera ART både som behandlingsmetod för elever med aggressivt beteende samt i förlängningen, integrerat i skolverksamheten som skolämne. I teoridelen beskriver vi ART utifrån litteratur i ämnet, tillvägagångssätt och metodik. I empiridelen har vi intervjuat både elever och pedagoger/tränare ute i verksamheten.

Många barn tillbringar en stor del av sin tid på fritidshem tillsammans med en eller flera fritidspedagoger. Denna studie syftar till att undersöka vilka kunskaper som fritidspedagoger har om barnens utveckling. Tycker fritidspedagogerna att det ingår i deras roll att följa och bedöma hur barnen utvecklas? Hur använder de dokumentation och andra instrument för att följa denna utveckling? Slutligen avser undersökningen att ta reda på vad fritidspedagogerna gör med den kunskap som de har om barnen. Denna studie är en kvalitativ studie där sju fritidspedagoger, tre kvinnor och fyra män, i Kristianstad kommun har intervjuats.

The scope of this thesis is to examine the acquisition and maintenance of the literature about the killing of Sweden's Prime Minister Olof Palme 1986. This literature will serve as an instrument to measure the extent to which Swedish public libraries adhere to the rules set by the Swedish parliament, United Nations' universal declaration of human rights article 19, UNESCO's public library manifesto and the principles of the Federation of Library Associations and Institutions..

Independent of how one chooses to name this society, most individuals seem to agree upon the fact that knowledge grows more and more important. New competencies, such as new knowledge and new forms of organising, will be demanded for corporations to be successful in the future. In recent years it has become more common with corporations based on projects.

Livestock animals affect their environment in a number of different ways, mostly through grazing and trampling. This study focused on the effects of Gotland pony grazing on forest structure and diversity, and the impact on ground cover. To compare the fenced and grazed area with a reference area outside the enclosure a number of transects were used. The study showed that there was no significant difference in height structure and diversity between the compared sites; however, there were a significantly higher proportion of damaged trees inside the enclosure. The ground cover variables showed a higher amount of bare soil, plant litter and wood-rush (Luzula sp.) inside the enclosure whilst grass was more frequent in the reference area.
