Syftet med denna studie att undersöka yrkesverksamma förskollärares förhållningssätt till den organiserade rörelselekens betydelse för barns kommunikativa lärande. Bakgrunden ger läsaren en litteraturgenomgång kring barns kommunikativa lärande och den organiseraderörelseleken i förskolan samt samband mellan dessa två faktorer. Dessa faktorer framhållsäven utifrånett mångkulturellt perspektiv och utifrån Lev Vygotskijs pedagogiska teori. Datainsamlingsmetoden som använts för att samla in relevant data utifrån undersökningenssyfte, är genom halvstrukturerade intervjuer med utgångspunkt i en kvalitativ studie. Totalt treintervjuer med kvinnliga, yrkesverksamma förskollärare har genomförts.

In Sweden, lowest acceptable haemoglobin levels in blood donators are 125g/L for women and 135g/L for men for a test sample taken in the beginning of the blood donation. Levels, which are 10g/L lower, are accepted if the sample is taken after the blood donation. Earlier studies show that the haemoglobin level decreases for a person that is lying down.The two aims of this study were to examine how much the haemoglobin levels change during blood donation and to examine if the photometrical instrument Pronto-7TM shows equivalent results to that of the established method Cell-Dyn Sapphire.In the study, 120 blood donors participated. Blood samples were taken in the beginning and in the end of the donation. Analyses by Pronto-7TM were done before and after the donation.The haemoglobin level decreased significantly during the blood donation.

Denna studie utreder alternativ för hur en testutrustning för generatorskydd skulle kunna konstrueras. Den är utförd på uppdrag av Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery, SIT. Målet är att underlätta konfigureringen av generatorskyddet för de konstruktörer som arbetar på SIT samt förebygga fel i provningsfasen som försenar färdigställandet av de turbinanläggningar i vilka generatorskydden skall användas. Testutrustningen behöver vara billig vilket medfört att fokus har legat på att undersöka möjligheten för konstruktion av en egen lösning av signalgenereringen, som är den del av utrustningen som kostar mest.Konstruktionen är tänkt att fungera genom användandet av ett styrsystem vars analoga utsignaler förstärks till nivåer passande generatorskyddet. Spänningssignalerna transformeras upp med hjälp av en transformator och strömsignalerna förstärks genom användande av en förstärkarkrets innehållandes transistorer och en operationsförstärkare.Kostnaden för konstruktionen är låg jämfört med att köpa in en utrustning motsvarande det reläprovningsinstrument som används i provningsfasen.

The role of small businesses is fundamentally important for the economic development in countries. Within this context, business incubation is used as an entrepreneurship development instrument to promote and support new firms in the early stage of their existence. However, research in the field tends to disregard the perspectives of incubatee entrepreneurs. The performed investigation is based on interviews with entrepreneurs from two different business incubators at Swedish universities. This study uses a Situated Learning Theory (SLT) as a theoretical framework, to examine the entrepreneur's experience of the learning environment in a business incubator.

Syftet med denna studie var att få en större förståelse för vad förskolepedagoger och föräldrar, som i sin vardag är i kontakt med barnomsorg, har för uppfattningar kring fostran. Studien har genomförts som en kvalitativ undersökning med intervjuer som instrument, där fyra förskolepedagoger samt fyra föräldrar blivit intervjuade. Utifrån resultatet har en induktiv analys genomförts där fyra kategorier delat in resultatet i en struktur. Resultatet med de olika kategorierna värderingar, konflikthantering, utveckling samt kommunikation påvisar både gemensamma nämnare mellan respondenterna men även skilda tankesätt. Det visade sig att samtliga intervjupersoner har liknande grundläggande värderingar kring barnen, vad som är rätt och fel.

Demokrati är en grundsten i vårt politiska samhälle och med detta tillkommer ettkrav på ett visst mått av inflytande i den politik som förs. Vi tar med stöd ilitteraturen ett normativt ställningstagande för att detta inflytande, i form avinternt demokratiska partier, är något viktigt och värdefullt. Med denna uppsatsförsöker vi lyfta fram voice som ett potentiellt mycket bra verktyg för att utövainflytande och påverka partiets politiska produkt. Dock är det inte helt riskfritt attframföra kritik mot sitt eget parti och detta har vi försökt undersöka med hjälp aven fallstudie på Fredrik Reinfeldts användande av voice under sina år sompolitiskt aktiv inom moderaterna.Vi kommer visa att voice är ett bra instrument för att skapa debatt och belysaproblem inom organisationen men att det samtidigt för med sig negativakonsekvenser om det inte sker genom partiets strukturella plattformar. Inte hellerräcker detta utan det är även ett fall om att inte vara fel person med fel åsikter vidfel tillfälle, något som Reinfeldt utmålades att vara..

Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka vilka försvarsstrategier som svenska företag använder sig av efter det att ett fientligt bud har lagts, samt vilka som kan anses vara effektiva i avsikt att avstyra uppköpserbjudandet alternativt höja budet. Studien är en totalundersökning av fientligt lagda bud i Sverige mellan åren 1996-2006. Försvarsstrategiernas effektivitet mäts utifrån två parametrar, dels om köpet avstyrts och dels om försvarsåtgärderna resulterat i ett högre bud i de fall där uppköpet gick igenom. Den första regressionen visade att vit riddare och finansiell omstrukturering är effektiva instrument i avseende att antingen få budet att dras tillbaka eller att höja budet. Efter att en indelning i stark respektive svag effektivitet gjorts genomfördes ytterligare två regressioner varvid den första visade att användandet av vit riddare minskar risken för att ett fientligt bud går igenom.

Syftet med arbetet var att genom praktiskt musicerande undersöka skillnader och likheter mellan olika brassinstrument ur mitt perspektiv som trumpetare. Frågeställningar jag utgick från var: - Vilka svårigheter stöter jag på som trumpetare när jag spelar andra brassinstrument? - Hur kan jag komma förbi de eventuella svårigheterna? - Vilka kunskaper har jag som trumpetare nytta av när jag spelar andra brassinstrument? - Hur påverkas mitt trumpetspel av att jag spelar andra brassinstrument?Arbetet är avgränsat till instrumenten trumpet, valthorn, trombon och tuba. Jag har övat på och spelat in ett ensemblestycke för brasskvartett samt fyra solostycken, ett för varje instrument. Jag har även intervjuat tre musiker som spelar flera brassinstrument om deras erfarenheter i ämnet.Jag kom fram till att det viktigaste när jag spelar andra brassinstrument egentligen inte handlar om speltekniken på instrumenten utan mer om musikaliteten och hur jag vill att det ska låta när jag spelar.

Gender aspects on spatial city planning In this thesis, theories regarding gender and spatial planning are applied to the comprehensive plan Fortuna och Hemgården in eastern Malmö. Independent of factors like class, ethnicity and age women experience lack of safety to a larger extent than men do. Today, safety aspects on housing projects is scarcely a controversial issue, quite the contrary. However seldom are the central terms such as safety and security defined. Research has shown that women feel safe when they experience little risk of being subjected to violence; security is deeply interconnected with feeling safe.

AbstractMany of the refugees around the world today are children. Some of these children are travelling alone without anyone looking after them. These children flee from their countries to save their lives and as they are children they need special care and protection. This thesis has investigated the protection given to unaccompanied children during the asylum process in the two key instruments in the area: the Convention of the Rights of the Child and the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees. The Refugee Convention does not contain any procedural rights and does not specifically acknowledge children, even though they are included in the scope of the Convention.

The aim of this paper is to examine if the two latest Peace Plans in the Palestine-Israeli con-flict observes the sources of the conflict and presents measures in the purpose of solving them. The point of departure is William Azar?s theory of protracted social conflict (PSC). According to Azar, the internal sources of a PSC lies in three clusters of variables: the com-munal content of a society, the deprivation of human needs as an underlying source of PSC, and the role of the state in the deprivation or satisfaction of human needs. The study is de-signed as a multiple-case study where the units of analysis are the Roadmap to Peace and the Geneva Initiative.

During the last years a discussion has emerged around problems with Swedish state boards trying to influence the public opinion and even political bodies through different kind of information efforts. Several observers inside and outside the academy have studied how state boards increasingly use information as an instrument and also how political bodies increasingly have given such instructions to state boards. This essay put those studies into the context of both information political history and previous theoretical interpretations in that field of research.The analytical tool consists of four ideal typical ways ('state opinions') to arrange relations between the state and the citizen. Some critics focus on problems with too much political steering and how political majorities uses state boards to spread ideological propaganda. Others highlight problems with autonomy and bureaucratic organizations taking initiatives by themselves to spread normative information.

The aim of the project was to develop a method to investigate differences in adhesion of microorganisms to materials that contains lignocellulose. The method was tested on a gram-positive (Micrococcus lutea) and one gram-negative (E-coliJM109) bacteria.The study was begun by cultivation of the two microorganisms. The cultivation was done to calculate the generation times of the bacteria and to obtain growth curves. Cells from these cultivations were also frozen (-70ºC) and later used for inoculation.At STFI-Packforsk AB the total charge on the mass was measured and later a conductivity titration on the mass was executed as well, all to find out more about the different properties of the mass. Properties that in a later part of this study could possibly be linked to the adhesion of cells to the pulp.
