Bakgrund: Ett sätt att minska risker vid handel med finansiella instrument är att bygga portföljer. För att kunna hantera portföljer med olika finansiella instrument och valutor samt kunna hantera flera portföljer samtidigt, används portföljhanteringssystem. Studenter kan genom att använda sig av sådana system lära sig hur finansiella marknader fungerar. Kraven på ett portföljhanteringssystem är inte desamma som kraven på ett kommersiellt system och därför finns det ett behov att utveckla en modell för denna kontext.Syfte: Denna uppsats ämnar bygga en modell i PowerPlus Pro som studenter kan använda sig av för att befästa sina kunskaper och öka sin förståelse för hur finansiella instrument fungerar.Metod: För att bygga modellen har kvalitativ metod används och för att studera hur portföljhanteringssystem ska byggas och anpassas efter studenters behov har kvalitativa intervjuer använts.Slutsatser: Vår modell uppfyller de krav som ställts på den och är anpassad för undervisning på ett universitet genom att den är användarvänlig och pedagogiskt uppbyggd. Modellen lämpar sig inte för användning av markadsaktörer.     .

Syftet med undersökningen är att ta reda på om det finns ett samband mellan KASAM och motivation till att öva på sitt instrument, hos gymnasieungdomar i årskurs tre, två klasser, på estetiska programmet. Undersökningen är en kvantitativ enkätstudie med 29 gymnasieelever på en skola i en mellansvensk stad, med bortfall noll. Aaron Antonovskys livsfrågeformulär (KASAM 13) användes för att mäta gymnasieelevernas grad av KASAM, enkäten kompletterades med en egen fråga (benämnd Egen) gällande informanternas motivation till att öva på sitt instrument. De undersökta elevernas motivation till övning (EgenO) hade ett medelvärde på 3.79 varav 7 var det högsta värdet för maximal motivation till övning, vilket kan anses vara varken högt eller lågt. För att sammanfatta resultatet kring korrelationen mellan KASAM i förhållandet till motivation att öva på sitt instrument kan det konstateras att studien visar att informanterna har en relativt låg känsla av meningsfullhet i det de gör.

Our purpose is to analyse three different epistemological discourses that exist in the social practice, Library and Information Science LIS, using the strategy for interpretation from the mimesis model by Paul Ricoeur and the terms from the critical discourse analysis by Norman Fairclough. The aim is also to explore there different views of knowledge organisation. We review previous research involving epistemology, knowledge organisation and discourse analysis in LIS. These show that there are many different epistemological standpoints and that later research has shown a more critical and sceptical state of knowledge organisation than earlier traditional positivist ideals. Discourse analysis is described as an important theory and method in LIS.

Den här uppsatsen behandlar ett konstnärligt projekt där fem låtar inom rockgenren skrivits och spelats in av en och samma person. Syftet är att utvecklas på sitt huvudinstrument, i det här fallet trumset, genom att spela in låtarna och spela samtliga instrument själv. Undersökningen fokuserar på varför man kan ha nytta av att bemästra andra instrument för att bättre förstå sitt eget. Loggbok har förts under hela processen för att kunna kartlägga vad som lett fram till nya upptäckter och insikter.Många duktiga musiker har det gemensamt att de bemästrar fler än ett instrument. Att gå in i de andra ensemblemusikernas roller ger individen en bredare koll på helheten.

The aim of this study was to investigate patients? experiences of pain during dental hygienist treatment and scaling. The study is based on a questionnaire and includes 129 patients, from four dental clinics in Skåne, Sweden. The questionnaire consisted of ten questions with a Visual Analogue Scale as a main question. Questions about age, gender and dental anxiety were also included.

AbstractObjective: The aim of this study was to investigate the statistical properties of a self-assessment instrument for depression, Känsloläge, with regard to validity, reliability and factor structure. Method: The data collection method used for the study was mail questionnaires. The sample consisted of patients who had received treatment for heart failure, arrhythmic disorders or coronary heart disease at a hospital in Uppsala, Sweden. The study population consisted of 53 patients. The self assessment form?s validity was analyzed by measuring the criterion validity.

AbstractThe aim: The aim of the study was to describe what women are most satisfied with in maternity care and if women´s childbirth experiences can be described by means of the QPP-I, who contains 32 statements related to maternity care. Design: The study is part of a national cross-sectional study which lasted for two weeks in Sweden in 2007. This paper analyzes one of the two questions with open answers, which reads: "What was the best with maternity care??. The purpose with this essay is to examine and create an understanding for what meaning graffiti and street art has for those who practice it. Furthermore, the practice of graffiti and street art is seen in relation to how urban space is produced. Five semi-structured interviews and one group interview has been made to answer the questions "What meaning does graffiti and street art has for those who practice it? Can it be seen as a way to construct identity?" "How do the artists relate to existing ideals about public space?" and "Does the artists see graffiti and street art as a resistance against the normative representation of the city, in that case, how?" The theoretical framework consists of Mitchell's ideas about public space, Tonkiss' definition of social order, Lefebvre's spatial triad, de Certeau's concept of strategy and tactics, the concept of appropriation and Castell's theory about collective identity. The results showed that the practice of graffiti and street art can be understood as a more complex practice than earlier research has shown.

The intention of this paper is, by studying gender pattern in outdoor recreation practices in Gothenburg, to describe gender patterns in outdoor recreation of Swedish urban areas. This subject is important to study because of the practices of outdoor recreation forward public health. Today many people suffer from diseases caused by stress and too little exercise, which could be prevented if they practiced outdoor recreation. Not everyone has the same possibility to practice outdoor recreation because of the inequalities between women and men.

In this two years master?s thesis I examine the library?s representation of research and its influence upon the relationship between the library practice and the research practice. I also intend to find out what controls the representation and if it is possible to see changes in the representation over time. My source material has been texts published in the Swedish library journal ? and social domain ? Biblioteksbladet during the last decennium (2001?2011).
