Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka om ansiktsattraktivitet hänger samman med kvalitet i vänskapsrelationer. Hypotesen utgick ifrån att likhet i ansiktsattraktivitet påverkar valet av viktigaste vän samt att en låg skillnad i ansiktsattraktivitet mellan personerna gynnar relationskvaliteten. Tidigare forskning har antingen undersökt attraktivitet eller vänskapsrelationer. Vår uppsats knyter samman dessa två faktorer. 150 tonårspojkars ansiktsattraktivitet bedömdes med hjälp av ett eget utformat instrument.

Uppsatsen analyserar den tyska planeringen av Ardenneroffensiven med hjälp avNATO:s planeringsprocess, GoP 99. Inledningsvis så beskrivs planeringsprocessen ochdess koppling till militärteorin. Därefter så analyseras den tyska planeringen införArdenneroffensiven med hjälp av de olika stegen i planeringsprocessen i syfte att hittaskillnader och likheter. Slutligen så förs en diskussion kring planeringsprocessensanvändbarhet som analysinstrument. Resultatet av analysen visar att den tyskaplaneringen i huvudsak har haft samma innehåll som de olika stegen i GoP 99.

Conflict prevention is a term which has gained much influence during the last decades. To prevent conflicts from occuring have both humanitarian and economic incentives as the cost for war are much greater than the cost of acting preventive. To act in this matter has been regarded a priority for the United Nations during several years, and the European Union have also expressed a wish of playing a more active part. The essay compares the actions taken by the international organisations in Macedonia, a country which headed toward a violent conflict. The UN acted through the mission UNPREDEP and the EU through the mission of Concordia.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att ta reda på hur dagens blockflöjtspedagoger arbetar med Tidig Musik med sina elever, och hur dessa elever mottar den repertoaren. Jag har också ställt mig frågande till den ?popifiering? som jag tycker pågår i blockflöjtsundervisningen, där man i allt större utsträckning rör sig bort från blockflöjtens ursprungsrepertoar.Jag har djupintervjuat tre erfarna blockflöjtspedagoger, och utifrån dessa intervjuer kunnat dra slutsatsen att det visst spelas mycket Tidig Musik med blockflöjtseleverna, och att pedagogerna själva inte upplever någon egentlig motsättning mellan Tidig Musik och den populärmusikaliska repertoaren. Dessutom verkar det som att eleverna själva instinktivt uppskattar och accepterar den Tidiga Musiken, eftersom den fungerar bra och låter fint på instrumentet. Därmed finns det ett egenvärde i att spela just Tidig Musik på just blockflöjt..

 The purpose of this essay is to examine some teachers' reflections on the importance of mathematics in preschool and the importance of language, communication and conceptualization in children's mathematics learning. The study's methodology is based on a qualitative approach, where I interviewed four teachers who work with the 6 -year-olds in two different municipal schools. The study shows the importance of language and communication in mathematics learning. It also shows the importance of the teacher's attitude as well as the educational environment to capture children's curiosity and interest.  Purpose and Issues: The purpose of this study is to investigate some pedagogue?s descriptions of mathematics in the preschool class.

Purpose: The purpose of the essay is; to explain and clarify how the company is acting to lead members in social media to achieve valuable external communication. The authors believe that it is important to act with credibility and quality in social media, to accomplish long lasting relationships. When employees communicate with consumers their conduct is relevant to the company's credibility.Methodology: An inductive approach has been used for the empirical data collection since the authors have been studying the reality without existing theories. A qualitative research method has been used for collecting the empirical material. Primary data was collected from telephone interviews with seven companies, active in social media.Conclusions: The study shows that the power of employees? can be used when designing strategies for social media.

But many employees do not know the organization?s overall strategies and goals, nor how well the organization achieves these. De instrument som används för att mäta patienters förväntningar av omvårdnaden finns i olika utformanden men det är få som är utvecklade med inverkan från patienternas egna förväntningar. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva patienters förväntningar av mötet med sjuksköterskan. Sju vetenskapliga studier analyserades med en manifest kvalitativ innehållsanalys och resulterade i tre kategorier: Att få en bra relation, Att kunna vara delaktig, Att vilja bli sedd och lyssnad på. Resultatet visade att patienter förväntade sig att etablera en god relation till sjuksköterskan där medbestämmande i den egna omvårdnaden var av stor vikt. Resultatet visade också att patienter ville bli sedda som individer och att sjuksköterskan tog sig tid för att lyssna på dem.

The aim of this thesis is to examine discourses about the user category young people in two well-established Swedish library journals between the years 2005 and 2010.The empirical material consists of 65 texts derived from the library journals Biblioteksbladet and Bibliotek i samhälle. By using discourse theory and methodology I discover several different ways in which young people are categorized in the library context. As a complementary theory I have analyzed the material from an intersectional perspective. The result shows that young people most of the times are defined by adults. Several characteristics such as creativity, interest in modern technology, messiness and need for support are repeated in the descriptions of the young, suggesting that there is clear idea of how young people are.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to describe the perception of value and risk in CSR as well as analyzing how financial institutions influence responsible behavior in business in order to create sustainable economic growth.Methodology: The study has a qualitative research method used by an abductive process. Data has been collected through semi-structured interviews with respondents from three venture capital companies and three banks. The sample of respondents was done through a convenience sample with respect to access and expertise in the research area.Conclusion: The most important meanings of the research results have shown that CSR holds an intrinsic value concerning contributing value as its conceptual meaning in terms of sustainable development. CSR can also be regarded as a dimension of risk management to reduce the risk of negative externalities on corporate activities. Investors and financiers contribute to sustainable companies through active ownership and improvements in the CSR dimensions.

Vi har i vårt arbete studerat hur ART (Aggressive Replacement Training) som metod kan användas ute i skolans värld. Frågan vi ställde oss var: Kan ART användas som resurs i grundskolan och i så fall hur? Arbetet syftar till att belysa och konkretisera ART både som behandlingsmetod för elever med aggressivt beteende samt i förlängningen, integrerat i skolverksamheten som skolämne. I teoridelen beskriver vi ART utifrån litteratur i ämnet, tillvägagångssätt och metodik. I empiridelen har vi intervjuat både elever och pedagoger/tränare ute i verksamheten.

We conducted this study because a new school reform begins in 2011. Our study is in between 1960 - 2011. The survey methodology is the following; we use literature, previous studies and curricula. Rating has returned to a more equitable system. This means that the range has decreased in each grade level. Industry has been involved and affected programs and curricula. Short courses have disappeared and GY11kommer to tighten eligibility requirements. This places greater demands on schools and students. The new grading scale will be fairer to the students. The courses have been following the development of society. It is also true that businesses have had opportunities to customize programs for their purposes, so that they have professionals with the basic knowledge they need.
