The purpose of this thesis is to investigate if there are environments that use some kind of central authentication system within Institutions/schools. The hypothesis is that an institution not using a form of central authentication service has more need for maintenance and as such is considered a higher cost for the organization. The gathering of data has been done through interviews with technical personal at Blekinge Tekniska Högskola and Linköpings Universitet. Based on the technical background of the authors, and the system limited to discussing Windows and UNIX operating systems, a discussion and analysis of the systems working today has been done, with emphasize on the hypothesis..

This master is a study of the co-operation between "Angered?s culture schools" and compulsory schools. In many reports of today one can see that there is a lack of co-operation between compulsory school and other cultural Institutions. Value-at-Risk (VaR) is among financial Institutions a commonly used tool for measuring market risk. Several methods to calculate VaR exists and different implementations often results in different VaR forecasts. An interesting implementation is historical simulation, and the purpose of this thesis is to examine whether historical simulation with dynamic volatility updating is useful as a model to calculate VaR and how this differs in regard to type of asset or instrument. To carry out the investigation six different models are implemented, which then are tested for statistical accuracy through Christoffersens test. We find that incorporation of volatility updating into the historical simulation method in many cases improves the model.

The token economy program, which is a method for behaviour modification, has been used worldwide for different groups within different settings in order to vhange behaviour.Research has found the token economy program to be effective. However, research is limited to quantitative and experimental studies, and Swedish research in this field is brief. Nevertheless, the program is used in several Institutions n Sweden. A qualitative study in Swedish settings could therefore be useful. The purpose of this paper is to examine the experiences of a token economy program using qualitative interviews.

Denna studie belyser sex stycken behandlingsassistenter, verksamma på en LVU-Institutions uppfattningar om vad ett behandlingsklimat utgörs av, vad ett behandlingssammanbrott är samt om ett behandlingsklimat kan minska behandlingssammanbrotten. Behandlingssammanbrott är av stort intresse då det lagts fram att ett sammanbrott kan leda till sämre prognos för ett behandlingsresultat.Studien har ett interaktionistiskt synsätt som teoretisk utgångspunkt. Empirin har samlats in med intervjuer av sex stycken behandlingsassistenter.Syftet med studien är att få fördjupad kunskap om några behandlares kunskap och erfarenhet av behandlingsklimatet vid Institutionsvård av unga. Studien belyser även behandlingsklimat i relation till behandlingssammanbrott.Resultatet vad gäller behandlingsklimatet visar att de intervjuade ser resurser som en stark faktor för behandlingsklimatet, samt att säkerhet och trygghet är grundläggande. Resultatet har även visat att det kan finnas två sidor av ett behandlingssammanbrott..

This essay revolves around the organization Mobile Art Production, MAP, and their artexhibition Street View shown on Kungsportsavenyn, Gothenburg two weeks in April 2010. Beingan alternative to traditional art Institutions, MAP sets out goals for their activities and the aim ofthe essay is to examine whether the main goals of the organization were fulfilled through theexhibition.
