Den här uppsatsen skrevs för att belysa de hinder som kan uppstå när man som musiker tar sig an nutida musik, i detta fall japansk sådan. Den inriktning som arbetet tagit är hur man genom att förändra notbilden kan komma närmare musikens kärna, samt göra instuderingen så effektiv som möjligt under en relativt kort tid. För att nå de resultat jag gjort har jag använt mig av två informanter som arbetat med två stycken för solo flöjt av Kazuo Fukushima (1930), Mei (1962) och Shun?San (1969). Fallstudiens genomförande har tagit tre veckor där informanterna som är studenter har fått studera in båda verken och därefter notera om det ena av dem (Mei) för att se om de med denna metod kom närmare kärnan i musiken och kompositörens intention.

The present case study was conducted in collaboration with Schenker AB and Schenker Åkeri in Jönköping, to help these two company branches serving under the same major corporation to solve a common problem they both encounter, namely the fact that it regularly occurs handling abnormalities in the terminal process that affects overall quality for customers.The study aims to find out how the daily quality control concerning the handling of goods in the terminal process can be improved hopefully resulting in a higher quality in cargo shipments.

Följande är en studie som tar sin utgångspunkt i ett förändringsarbete som pågår på Abba Seafood. Initiativet till en förändring har tagits på ledningsnivå där målet är få till stånd en förändring inom kulturen, genom att ta avstamp från ett mer problemorienterat förhållningssätt till ett mer lösningsorienterat. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka de föreställningar som ledningsgruppen respektive produktionspersonalen har gällande den pågående förändringsprocessen och att ställa dessa i förhållande till varandra. Studien avgränsas till att fokusera på hur förändringsarbetet tagit sig uttryck inom produktionen i Kungshamn samt på en ledningsnivå, övriga delar av företaget är således inte inkluderade i denna studie. För att uppnå studiens syfte användes följande forskningsfrågor: ?Hur uppkom förändringsinitiativet och vilka uttryck har det tagit sig inom ledningen respektive produktionen??, ? Hur kan Abba Seafoods förändringsprocess beskrivas utifrån olika förändringsstrategier? ?Vad krävs för att implementeringen av ett förändringsarbete skall nå samtliga led inom en organisation??.

What is the relation of image and word, of sentences and pictures? What kind of message does this combination produce when juxtaposed on a single material plane? And how do we read its ?infinite? relation? These are the questions at the center of this Inquiry. My main interest concerns the exact nature of the relation between photographic images and textual elements of poetic language when these are juxtaposed in what I call Phototext poetry.The thesis calls into question the conventional reading habits of the conjunction of photographs and texts, and seeks to understand the more complex connections intrinsic to the relation image/word and its material and perceptual play in poetic works. Does a text always ?anchor? the multiple meanings of an image, as Roland Barthes argues? What if the alterations of an image could ?anchor? certain fractions of a poetic, polysemantic textual construct? Is a photograph indifferent to the visual, material permutations of texts that certain contemporary poetic practices produce?I discuss phototextual works and collaborations of various kinds, from Molin fontän [?Molin?s fountain?] (1866) over classic surrealist poetry to language-oriented writing.
