Bakgrund: Rörliga ersättningar och så kallade bonusar har varit väldigt debatterat i Sverige sedan finanskrisen 2008 och åsikten huruvida de de är av positivt karaktär eller inte är delad. Bonus har blivit vanligare och vanligare i Sverige under den senaste tiden samtidigt som företagsledarens lön växt i snabbare takt än den genomsnittlige inkomsttagaren. Den finns en hel del forskning gjord inom området men många visar olika resultat och kommer fram till skilda slutsatser. Problemet är att det är svårt att jämföra bonusar mellan varandra. Dessutom finns det ett metodproblem eftersom det finns många andra faktorer förutom bonussystemet som spelar in på företagets framgång som kan vara svåra att bortse ifrån i en studie.Problem: Frågan om ett incitamentsprogram fyller sin funktion finns att hitta i litteraturen i corporate governance och därför är forskningsfrågan: Hur relaterar SEB:s incitamentsprogram för ledande befattningshavare till litteraturen i corporate governance?Syfte: Syftet med studien är att i en jämförelse med litteraturen och utformningen av SEB:s incitamentsprogram analysera skillnader och undersöka vad de kan betyda ur ett effektivitetsperspektiv.

Introduction:Children in early age diagnosed with scoliosis and in need of surgery will grow up to undergo several operations in the back. Parents play a major role in the care of their children during hospitalization.Purpose:The purpose of this study was to investigate parents´ experiences of having a child diagnosed with scoliosis before the age of five undergoing repeated surgeries in the back.Method:The study had a qualitative descriptive design. Five parents with children aged 5-15 years, who have undergone several operations were interviewed about there experiences of the child?s illness and treatment. Phenomenological-hermeneutical analyze where used.Results:The parents felt a sense of shock when they were told about their child?s diagnose and treatment.

The main purpose of this essay is to investigate professional artists experience of the need and use of information in their creative work. I have collected the material through qualitative interviews with four professional artist working with different materials and techniques. One of the results of the study is that the artists first of all used information as a source of inspiration in their creative work. They gathered their information from various scources, for example; pictures, exhibitions, visual arts, books and novells, depending on what project they are working with. Other important information scources were colleges, especially for the technical information need.

In 2005 the Swedish social democratic government settled a defense treaty with Saudi Arabia. Ten years later, a new Social democratic government ends the treaty. This thesis will study the Social democratic party?s motives behind their actions regarding the treaty. Kjell Goldmanns theory regarding the three fields of interest concerning state?s foreign policy, security policy, economy and international values, will serve as the theory and operationalization of this thesis.

For most people it is strange, unexpected and for many something completely new to be a patient and undergo surgery. Awake conduction anaesthetic patients? experiences from the intraoperative period were little studied. The purpose of this study was to examine awake conduction anaesthesia patients? experiences.

The IPv6 protocol offers with some new functions, one of them is auto configuration. With auto configuration it is possible for nodes, i.e. hosts and routers, for automatically associated with IPv6 addresses without manual configuration. Auto configuration it is another protocol as it uses Neighbor Discovery protocol (ND) messages (ND is mandatory in the IPv6 stack). The main purpose of ND is that nodes can discover other nodes on the local link, perform address resolution, check that addresses are unique, and check the reachability with active nodes.There are exactly the same vulnerabilities of IPv6 as IPv4 and is now exception, ND if not properly secured.

Water related problems are highlighted as a challenge to sustainable development and the topic of forests and water is gaining increased attention worldwide. Governing forest and water is a complex issue, as the interactions are affected by policies and actors from multiple levels and sectors. In Sweden, forests cover much of the land and forestry is an important land-use, inevitably impacting the water in the landscape. This study aims to understand and explain the existing governance framework around forestry and water in Sweden. Based on the Policy Arrangement Approach, the study?s research questions focused on the actors involved, the formal and informal rules, the resources and power structures and the discourses related to forestry and water in Sweden.

The aim of this paper is to find an algorithm to establish and maintain a virtual enclosure around a mobile unit. The area may take any form and should be scalable up to and including national borders. The enclosure is managed on the mobile unit. The target system is Android. Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att se hur redovisningen av bonus- och incitamentsprogram förändrats för åren 2003 till 2006, för de svenska börsbolagen som är listade på OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm.Vi vill veta om det skett en förändring och om denna förändring beror på införandet av IFRS/IAS standarder år 2005, den Svenska koden för bolagsstyrning år 2005 eller Skandiaskandalen.Metod: Denna studie är till stor del av deskriptiv karaktär, då vi valt att genomföra en dokumentstudie. Vi har vidare valt att tillämpa en öppen ansats, genomfört en longitudinell undersökning och använt oss av metodtriangulering för att på bästa möjliga sätt uppnå syftet med studien.Teori och regelverk: Vi har valt att tillämpa Corporate Governance och Agentteorin. Vidare har vi använt oss av svenska och internationella regelverk, dessa är IFRS 2 samt IAS 19. I denna studie har vi även valt att tillämpa den svenska koden för bolagsstyrning.Empiri: En granskning av 116 stycken årsredovisningar har gjorts och dessa har vi noggrant redogjort för i resultatet, analysen och i undersökningsmallen.Slutsatser: Vår undersökningar visar att rörlig ersättning inte påverkats av några förändringar alls. Optionsprogrammen har inte förändrats över den valda tidsperioden.

Shorter hospital stays increases the need for well functioning post hospital aftercare. Persons close to the patient are often involved in the aftercare and need information about self-care. This need is frequently not satisfied. The aim of this study was to investigate if the next-of-kin of patients cared for at the thoracic clinic at Uppsala University hospital, have received information about self-care and how they perceive the information they have been given. METHOD: To investigate this, questionnaires were sent out by mail.

SummaryIntroductory: Since the mid-90s, the numbers of places in psychiatric inpatient settings have decreased and accommodations for individuals with schizophrenia have become increasingly common. In addition to the basic needs that we humans have, individuals with schizophrenia may be in need of special support. Social support can be seen as a protective factor for maintaining health and the recovery of the individual. Lack of social support has shown to be linked to mental illness. The extent of need and support of individuals with mental disabilities may be such that they live in a special accommodation where such assistance can be provided by staff.
