 The luxury market has steadily grown from the industrial revolution and onwards. Changes in society, trends and the increased living standards has enabled more people to consume luxury goods.The world is going through a major economic crisis at the moment. Studies shows that companies that have focused on added value rather than lowering prices has survived past financial crisis. It is also obvious that companies act very different during times of crisis. Adding to the problem is trends that point to a more careful consumption and environmental awareness.

Samverkan mellan myndigheter : En kvalitativ studie om hur ett integrationsprojekt utvecklat integrationsprocessen i Hörby Kommun.

During the past twenty years the immigration to Sweden has changed significantly. Earlier immigration mainly focused at filling the vacancies in the Swedish industry, today immigrants primarily come to Sweden as Refugees. This change of immigration combined with the restructuring of the Swedish industrial sector has resulted in great a deterioration of the chances for immigrants to gain entry to the Swedish labor market.This study aims at examining how the cooperation between authorities in the municipal of Hörby in Sweden fosters integration. The study primarily examines how the cooperation between authorities in a integration project can contribute to a better integration to the labor market.Through a qualitative study, five persons who occupy important roles in the project have been interviewed. The results of these interviews have been complemented by internal documents as well as extern material to validate the results.The most important findings that have been revealed are the importance of language in the process of gaining entrance to the Swedish labor market.

Background: The way in which corporate managers interpret, reason and evaluate uncertainties and constant changes, and how they take advantage of their experiences and wisdom can make a big difference for the long term survival of their companies. The requirements for efficiency and flexibility have increased in many ways, especially concerning the workforce needed and its degree of competency. In Sweden, employee recruiting industry has grown concurrently with the changes in the Swedish economy. Purpose: The purpose is to better understand the recruiting industry by performing a theoretical evaluation from a cognitive perspective. Delimitation: We intended to study the cognitive characteristics of the Swedish recruitment industry.

It has a deductive and qualitative approach as the purpose is to study the Investor model.

When it comes to investigating the motives behind activism, the members of political study have a lot to say. I aimed to critiqually rewiev this in my thesis. I asked the question ?What do the actor themselves claim lay behin their decision to become motivated?? To highlight this complex dilemma, I sought to discuss new social movement theory by comparing it to reality. This includes a literate examination on contemporary political science approaches, and a study of two organisations in the south of Sweden, choosen not to despise any excisting theory, but to give it a sense of reality.

Violent crime can traditionally be classified as a reactive or an instrumental aggression. A reactive aggression is often characterized by some sort of provocation by the victim and the act is impulsive and the offender reacts by harming the victim. The provocation can be a threat, an insult or an attack and the act can be said to be a reaction induced by emotions. An instrumental act of violence however, often described as planned, targeted and emotional cold. The goal of the act can be to acquire money or power to maintain their status.

Pojkar och stress: en kvalitativ studie om hur pojkar och fritidsledare diskuterar och tänker om stress hos pojkar

The aim of this paper is to examine how boys in grade nine experience and handle stress, to find reasons why stress occur and what help the boys can get to handle stress in a good way. Our supervisor was Gunilla Lindén. In our study we used qualitative interviews to answer these questions. We interviewed four fifteen- to sixteen-year-old boys and two recreation in-structors. We also conducted a group interview with the boys.

Todays travel trends go towards independence and self planning. If you need advice or help when performing your trip, there are several different series of guidebooks on the market and one of these series comes from the travel magazine Vagabond. This degree project concerns the redesigning of the travelguides of Vagabond, or to be precise: their cityguide over Istanbul. The purpose of the new design is to assure the resemblance between the guidebook and the magazine, as wanted by the Art Director of Vagabond Angelica Zander.Prior to the redesigning process preliminary studies that make up the fundamental ideas were made. Three other big titles of guidebooks on the market were analyzed, and in addition a great deal of focus ? considering the final purpose ? was put on the concept of magazine design.

A water treatment unit consisting of two aeration basins, two settling tanks, a residence basinand a horizontal subsurface flow wetland were used to treat wastewater from an eggprocessing factory in Brazil. The aim of this paper was to determine the efficiency of thesystem in reducing nitrogen, phosphorus, BOD5 and TSS (among other parameters) andgetting a further understanding on different kinds of constructed treatment wetlands as well astheir nitrogen and phosphorus removal processes. The wastewater from the factory consistedof process water from manufacturing and water used for cleaning, no stormwater or sewagewater entered the system. Tests were taken three times a month from October 2013 ?til April2014.

Möjligheter och hinder för ämnesintegration : En studie av karaktärsämneslärares uppfattning av ämnesintegration på Industriprogrammet

Ämnesintegration är ett sätt att organisera undervisning för att eleven ska se det som förmedlas i ett större perspektiv, i syfte att skapa en helhetssyn på kunskaper, i ett effektivare lärande. Meningen är att elevernas motivation ska öka liksom måluppfyllnaden för undervisningen. Studien har för avsikt att undersöka hur karaktärsämneslärare på Industriprogrammet uppfattar ämnesintegration. Det som undersöks är vilka möjligheter och hinder för ämnesintegration karaktärsämneslärarna uppfattar genom kvalitativa intervjuer med 6st karaktärsämneslärare på Industriprogrammet. Undersökningen kompletteras också med en jämförelse av kärnämneslärares uppfattning om infärgning i en annan studie.

Om Ideellt engagemang och dess betydelse för yrkesrollen

The aim of this study was to reach a better understanding of voluntary work and its possible influence on the work role. Based on a phenomenological approach, five voluntary workers from the leisure field were interviewed. The interpretation of the empirical data was based on the Humanistic psychology and its theories about personality, self-realization, motivation and emotion. The results show that the motive behind the voluntary engagement varied amongst the participants and all of them stated more than one motive. However, social motives, wanting to learn more and develop their skills and also wanting to help others, were the most frequent motives among the participants.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka huruvida det finns ett samband mellan upplevt ledarskap, arbetstillfredsställelse och mental hälsa bland kyrkoherdar i Lunds stift. Ytterligare ett syfte med studien var att undersöka huruvida manliga och kvinnliga kyrkoherdar skiljer sig signifikant vad gäller upplevt ledarskap, arbetstillfredsställelse och mental hälsa. 41 kyrkoherdar från Lunds stift besvarade en enkät. Svarsfrekvensen var 82%. Upplevt ledarskap, arbetstillfredsställelse och mental hälsa mättes med hjälp av COPSOQ (Kristensen, 2001).

Detta är en kvalitativ undersökning som handlar om när man upplever lycka i ett parförhållande. Undersökningens huvudsyfte är att skapa förståelse för lycka och när man upplever det. Författaren har med hjälp av intervjuer försökt besvara frågeställningen: När upplever man lycka i ett parförhållande? 5 par intervjuades och totalt spelades 10 intervjuer in och transkriberades. Intervjuerna varade 5 - 10 minuter och författaren ställde sammanlagt 8 frågor.

Jakten på berättelsen : en modell för att testa berättelsers potential tillämpad på valfilmerna vid Riksdagsvalet 2010

In 2010 Swedish political parties used commercials broadcasted on TV for the first time in order to gain votes in a general election. In connection with the election the parties were criticized for not succeeding to formulate a story to the voters that conveyed how they wanted to change Sweden. In this paper I use central concepts from rhetoric, storytelling, postmodernism and psychology to formulate three demands each on the narrator, the story and its reception. Using the resulting image of what distinguishes a good narrator, a good story and a good reception as a starting point, I investigate to what extent the critique was justified. My findings indicate that the degree to which the commercials fulfill these demands vary greatly.
