Privat annonsering har flyttats från dagspress till nätet vilket har bidragit till bättre sökfunktioner och rikare beskrivning. Då tiden vi spenderar på nätet ökar så öppnar det för att kunna kommunicera i realtid med användare som är online. Tyvärr finns det ingen bra tjänst idag för att kunna kommunicera på något annats sätt än telefon och e-mail.För att skapa ett rikare sätt att kommunicera så skapade jag denna tjänst som gör det möjligt för användare att föra olika konversationer. För att öka säkerhet mellan både säljare och köpare har det skapats betygsättning och att användare registrerar personuppgifter för kontroll av den andra parten. Detta arbete har varit av stort eget intresse för att öka kommunikationsmöjligheterna mellan människor.De tekniker som jag använt har bestått av PHP ramverket Codeigniter som bygger på MVC.

This essay aims to broaden the understanding of intolerance towards people with religious and/or cultural Islamic association or background. This thesis has intolerance and Islamophobia as central components and starts with the question: In what manner do twelve pupils talk about Islam and Muslims in their third year of the vocational program, in small towns and in the countryside? The survey took place in the south of Sweden in a rural municipality where a total of twelve students from the industrial, electricity and vehicle program in the Swedish gymnasiums participated in two separate focus group interviews. The essay will use an intersectional analysis to see where the students position themselves and Muslims in relation to each other and to society. The essay also contains a comparison of Islamophobia in the country side and in the city environment.

These expectations and guidelines are documented in a company?s management system, which can be designed differently depending on what standards the company chooses to implement.

Since destinations consist of several parts such as the train trip to the destination, restaurant visits, shopping, hotel stays etc., it is difficult for the DMO?s to fully control how a tourist perceive the destination.

When a leader changes to a new post in another kind of organisational culture, what happens then? Could a leader use the same kind of leadership when leading different kinds of groups? Different cultures have different needs and ways to handle things and in the end it all comes to situational leadership. Both leaders and theorists claim that the leader must adjust to what the organisation and its members needs. This paper contains an inquiry of how officers have handled their new assignments as leaders in the civilian world of the municipality. The research shows that a former military leader must also be able to lead another kind of group if they change to a civilian career.
På egna ben? En kvalitativ studie om gymnasieelevers framtidssyn.
AbstractThe purpose of this essay was to examine how young people who are about to graduate from high school define and value their future. We also wanted to se which emotions they associate with their future and what or who influences them in their choices in life.The questions for our study were:What does it mean for these youths to become an adult?What images do they have of future education, profession and unemployment?What or who influences the picture they have of their future?What kind of attitude do they have towards the future?We approached the research with a qualitative method and interviewed ten youths in high school. Our conclusion was that the youths had an ambivalent attitude towards becoming adults; it was scary and yet exciting. The youths had the impression that education was important in order get a good job and to avoid unemployment.
Cause-Related Marketing: En kvalitativ studie i hur Cause-Related Marketing påverkar svenska konsumenter
Cause-Related Marketing (CRM) is a marketing activity that has grown popular in the USA and studies have been carried out that explore how American consumers perceive and react to CRM. In Sweden, however, CRM has not yet found ground to any greater extent, and therefore there is limited research on how Swedish consumers react to CRM and how they perceive it. In this study, eight Swedish consumers are interviewed regarding their perception of CRM. The main findings of the investigation are that Swedish consumers fit well into a model that is based on American consumers? responses to CRM.

Domestic weekly magazines in Sweden are characterized by an emphasis on practical editorial material such as cooking recipes and knitting patterns, and also contain a comparatively large share of reader material. This makes it possible to study the readers through texts produced by themselves. The aim of this study of columns of readers' tips on domestic work is to analyze how readers embody a specific femininity centered around the woman as responsible for the home, in the sense of everyday maintenance as well as aesthetic development. The author defines this femininity as "home maker". The theoretical framework for the analysis is the sociological theory of Pierre Bourdieu, and Jonathan Potter's and Margaret Wetherell's model of interpretive repertoire is also used where modality is discussed.

The single market is one of the underlying ideas of the European Union. Free movement of goods and efficient competition are central for the function of the union and are therefore carefully protected by the Treaty of Rome. Exclusive rights of trademarks in the EU can be seen as a method of dividing the common market, preventing the free movement of goods and to be anti-competitive. What comes out of this is that there is a conflict between exclusive rights of trademarks and the rules of both free movement of goods and competition. The aim of this work is to see in which kind of situations the exclusive rights of trademarks can be a part of this conflict but also to study how this problem is resolved by the European Court.

landsbygdsutveckling är att undersöka om, och i så fall hur, föreningslivet bidrar till att skapa sammanhållning. Genom att intervjua föreningsaktiva och göra observationer har jag undersökt föreningslivet i ett samhälle på landsbygden. Genom att använda begrepp som bygd, lokal gemenskap och community undersöker jag om föreningslivet
kan bidra till att skapa gemenskap och hur detta går till.
Studien visar att föreningarna där människor träffas genom ett gemensamt intresse också kan bidra till gemenskap lokalt.
Arbetet med en produktportfölj på en konsoliderad marknad
Problem: En konsoliderad marknad kännetecknas av en hård konkurrens med många sammanslagningar och uppköp. Ska företaget kunna överleva på egen hand måste det växa snabbare organiskt än konkurrenterna för att inte bli uppköpt. För att uppnå detta krävs att företaget har en unik strategi samt en välutvecklad produktportfölj. Vi har följt Pharmacias arbete med denna problematik. Syfte: Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att analysera betydelsefulla faktorer vid arbetet med en produktportfölj för företag som verkar på en konsoliderad marknad.Detta vill vi åstadkomma genom att utföra följande delsyften: ·att beskriva den konkurrenssituation som råder på den svenska marknaden för receptfria smärtstillande läkemedel.·Med hjälp av teorierna försöka utröna den aktuella utvecklingen på OTCA.

The purpose of this master's thesis is to describe and analyse the origin and development of the library of Workers´ Educational Association in the community of Oskarström. This library is special because the organisation run it much longer than usual, until 1977, and to find an answer to why, we have the following questions: Why does the library of Workers´ Educational Association start their activity in Oskarström, and how does it develop, in relation to premises, librarians, financing, the stock of books and the numbers of books out on loan? What is the reason that the library in Oskarström is municipalized as late as 1977? The methods we use are hermeneutics and evaluation of the sources. The library is founded in 1914 and become important for the workers. Important sources of income are the subventions given by the state, municipality and other associations.

The society today is full of new changes within the companies and their middle chiefs. Middle chief?s visions have changed during recent years. The female chiefs have grown in numbers, and because of that people have started to focus on whether there are any similarities or differences between the female and male leadership behaviors. The essay is about similarities and differences between female and male middle chief?s idea about effective leadership behavior.Our analysis is based on a qualitative study, where we have made four interviews with four chiefs in industrial companies.
Rätten till rättvisa - om flyktingars tillgång till rättssystemet i Sydafrika
Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om rätten att föra talan inför rätta, enligt artikel 16 i FN:s flyktingkonvention, verkställts på ett effektivt sätt i Sydafrika. Rätten att föra talan inför rätta är intressant att analysera eftersom den ofta är förutsättningen för att förverkliga andra mänskliga rättigheter och spelar en central roll för ett fungerande rättssamhälle. Det är vidare intressant att se hur rättigheten implementerats i ett land som Sydafrika. Det var relativt nyligen som landet demokratiserades och befriades från tiden med apartheid. Den nya konstitutionen är i dag starkt präglad av landets historia och sätter ett tydligt fokus på mänskliga rättigheter.

Focusing on both what kind of messages the organizations publish, and what kind ofmessages engage the organizations? followers. This is achieved by quantitative content analysis:categorizing messages into the categories Information, Community and Action, and measuring whichof these categories got the most shares, comments and likes.
