Purpose of this study is to describe and analyze school social work in rural area and being alone in social work at the school welfare/health team and how this affects the individual, professionally and privately.The theoretical framework highlights the empirical data through Goffman's dramaturgical perspective. The study highlights school social workers role on the scene as Goffman divided as the front and rear arena and how school social worker find strategies to cope with it alone work it takes to be a counselor in rural areas.One way to handle her role involves acting in one of the following three characters: the self-employed, infiltrator and tough guy.The study describes how the social worker harboring the stress in the profession; through recovery - physical and mental, on the back stage, backstage.On stage there are other players such as student health team, which also acts and affect what happens on the front stage.School social workers are working hard to position itself in relation to other professions in student welfare/health team and to have a mandate to act.In the analysis, it appears that the school social workers want a clearer role profession/ occupation profession and mandate to act, which may be complicated by today is the only counselor in student welfare/health team lacking identity. There is also a desire for further/ continuing education, but this is seen as an organizational pitfall when the manager does not have the same educational background as school social worker.Ultimately, it is the peripatetic life as a social worker at the school who is considered the most exhausting part of the work as a school social worker in a rural area. This study is intended to study how the social worker in financial assistance relates to the social workers exercise of its authority, regarding the Social Services Act and the Administrative Procedures Act. In concerning how the social worker treats and handles the cases of their clients, but also what significancethe organization's policies and goals have on the social worker?s role and the formation of their professional identity. To answer these questions the study chose a qualitative approach. Because the purpose of this study is to investigate the social worker?s personal beliefs about their way of conducting social work.

Utemiljön har stor betydelse för barns utveckling och lärande då den engagerar flersinnen samtidigt. Syftet med vår studie var att undersöka vad pedagoger i förskolan harför uppfattningar om utemiljöns betydelse för barns utveckling och lärande samt hur deuppfattar sin egen roll i relation till barns utveckling och lärande i utemiljön. I studienanvände vi oss av en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer utifrån en fenomenografiskansats. I resultatet framkom det att pedagogerna anser att utemiljön har stor betydelseför barns utveckling och lärande då barnen ges möjlighet att träna sin motorik, fantasioch kreativitet, olika lärande innehåll samt att den främjar barns hälsa. Pedagogernauppfattar sin egen roll som medupptäckare och observatör.

The aim of the current study was to highlight the social service work with domestic violence against women. In this study, we examined whether there was a difference in the way the social service works and if their effort differ in terms of domestic violence. Moreover, this study investigated how social workers work to prevent future violence against victims also what method they use to find out the causes behind men?s violence against women.A total of four administrative officers were interviewed from two different municipalities. All four officers were actively working with questions concerning domestic violence against women.

För nästan hundra år sedan började motivationsteorierna spira vilket innebar att hög produktivitet skulle belönas med hög lön följt av bland annat arbetsmiljöns påverkan samt inre och yttre drivkrafter. Även hur utökat ansvar och hur högt satta mål kan motivera oss i arbetslivet varför syftet med denna studie var att få en bild av vilka faktorer som motiverar den anställde om arbetet erbjuder utveckling eller ej. Fördelat i två grupper intervjuades totalt sex personer och det transkriberade materialet analyserades tematisk. Resultaten pekar på att utan möjlighet till utveckling finns fortfarande en önskan om utveckling och lärande. Av störst betydelse för motivationen är uttalad uppskattning och den sociala omgivningen.

The aim with this study is to see how social workers apprehend the law, support and service for persons with certain functional impairments (LSS) and the application. We interviewed six social workers in six different municipalities to get a distribution between small and big municipalities. In the study we have used a qualitative method with half structured interview questions, since we wanted to get a comprehension for the social workers apprehensions. We have used a communication theory and a role theory in the study. The result showed that the social workers consider that the LSS is important, but that there are a few difficulties in the application.

This study is about a social workers? knowledge of shame. Shame in this context is the embarrassment and humiliation that many people feel when they have to apply for financial assistance which equates to approximately half a million people each year in Sweden. The aim of this study is to understand if and how social workers in this field become acquainted with shame, and how it is exposed and then handled by the social workers in the meeting and work with clients. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we also to some extent, need to study knowledge and how social workers obtain knowledge in social work.

This paper examines how organizations work with their recruitment. The organizations in thispaper are mined in the trade of recruiting and staffing. The paper will further influence howorganizations work or will work with recruiting through social medias. It describes therecruiting process in the traditional way and what costs it brings. The next part is a descriptionof network and the importance of networking in a general way.Our results demonstrate that social medias probably will stay as a complement to other moretraditional methods and will not be an own recruiting method.

Bakgrund: Språkets utveckling är det mest betydelsefulla i ett barns liv, vilket ger identitet och tillhörighet i en gemenskap. Detta kan i dagens samhälle vara ett problem för barn med grav språkstörning. Eleverna i studien har börjat sin skolgång i en tal- och språkklass där målet är att de så småningom skall inkluderas i en ordinarie klass i grundskolan. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka vilka förutsättningar elever med grav språkstörning har att inkluderas i en ordinarie klass i grundskolan. Undersöknngen har genomförts med utgångspunkt i hur det pedagogiska arbetet bedrivs med elvernas fortsatta tal- och språkutveckling och kunskapsutveckling, samt hur pedagoger och elever beskriver den sociala utvecklingen, dvs interaktionen mellan eleverna och deras lärare/klasskamrater.

Hållbar utveckling är ett välkänt begrepp som alltfler företag väljer att ta med i deras redovisning. Genom att utforma en hållbarhetsredovisning kan företag framföra deras påverkan på samhället och vad de åstadkommit under ett år. Samtidigt ökar trovärdigheten hos företagens intressenter när de väljer att få deras hållbarhetsredovisning externt granskad, vilket i sin tur skapar legitimitet.Under utvecklingen av hållbarhetsredovisning har Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) blivit ett begrepp som påverkat företag att redovisa ett miljömässigt socialt och ekonomiskt ansvar. Genom att synliggöra detta, skapas en möjlighet för företagen att generera starka band till sina intressenter och i den dagliga verksamheten.Syftet med vår studie är att få en förståelse för vad som påverkat hållbarhetsredovisningens utveckling de senaste åren. Vidare vill vi se på de förändringar som skett kring området och vad experter tror, att hållbarhetsredovisningen kommer få för roll framöver.Studien har varit av kvalitativ ansats där vi valt att intervjua experter inom hållbarhetsredovisning.

The internet has become an increasingly part of everyday life with digital artefacts like smartphones and tablets. We?re looking at the usage of social networks and how the usage relates to traditional addiction. We conducted a quantitative research where 84 poeple finished our web survey. Our research focused on addiction, time spent on social networks, normal and non-normal usage and general user patterns.
