ABSTRAKTPersoner med psykiskt funktionshinder ärden persongrupp som statistiskt sett har minst chans att komma ut i arbete. Enarbetsrehabiliteringsmetod som enligt internationell forskning visat sig varaden mest effektiva för dessa personer är Individual Placement and Support(IPS), men kunskap om hur metoden fungerar i Sverige är ännu bristfällig.Syftet var att belysa IPS-coachers uppfattning om vad som påverkat arbetsrehabiliteringenför klienter med psykiskt funktionshinder inom två IPS-program i norraSverige.  Metoden som användes var attanalysera åtta IPS-coachers dokumentation kring 65 klientersarbetsrehabilitering under totalt två år med hjälp av kvalitativinnehållsanalys. Ett övergripande tema kunde skapas ?Motivation och förmåga att se värdet av IPS möjliggör en fungerandearbetsrehabilitering?, som bestod av de fyra huvudkategorierna: ?Klientcentrerat arbetssätt för att skapa ochupprätthålla klientens motivation, ?Klientens hälsa, livssituation ochstrategier för konstruktiv anpassning?, ?Betingelser för lämplig arbetsplats? och ?Spelregler i samarbetet?. Upprätthållandetav motivation visade sig vara mycket komplext då det påverkas av så mångaaspekter och för personer med psykiskt funktionshinder kan det vara extrasvårt.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this c-level essay shall try to illustrate how a good leader is formed. We have investigated what influences leadership style, personal characteristics or Individual competence have when recruiting a new manager. This study has been carried out with comparative applications because we wanted to study the similarities and differences between the Unemployment Office, the Social Insurance Office and the Social Welfare Administration.We have used a qualitative method in interviews both with employers as well as the from the trade union representative?s perspective. Part of our results indicates that the trade union representatives and the employers are not always unanimous and do not request equivalent characteristics and knowledge at recruitment.

In the future the Swedish pension system will face major problems. With an increasing aging population combined with a decreasing share of working population the financing of the pension system is becoming a bigger problem than previously predicted. This means the Individual himself will have a bigger responsibility to invest money for their future retirement. It has been shown that a large proportion of the people who invests for their future pension have neither the interest nor the time to actively invest their pension capital. To make it easier for those who invest for their retirement, some Swedish banks have created so-called generation funds.

Denna studies syfte är att se på rörlighet på arbetsmarknaden utifrån ett individperspektiv och hur vägledning kan vara till stöd på individnivå. De frågeställningar arbetet behandlar innefattar sju individers erfarenheter av arbete,vägledning och utbildning. Utifrån dessa faktorer behandlar vi teorier kring rörlighet och matchning till arbetsmarknaden. Vi har genomfört en litteraturstudie i kombination med en empirisk undersökning med sju kvalitativa intervjuer. De slutsatser vi drar är att vägledning kan påverka individers rörlighet på arbetsmarknaden och att vägledning kan bidra till att individer matchas till utbildning och arbete.

Our purpose with this study was to investigate whether there was any difference between high and low performing students from selected aspects such as choice of studies, achievement, self-image, motivation, confidence and career choices.A training professional in today's schools requires knowledge of how young people think about their lives for us to help students develop both high-and low-performing students. Students have different conditions, but no matter good or bad conditions, each Individual pupil must be allowed to develop.The concepts used in the study are of study, self-image, motivation, achievement in the future and career choices. In the background, describes these concepts through literature study. The method we have used was semi-structured interviews. Which means a fixed structure, but with room for follow-up questions.The results of our study indicate that there were clear differences between high-and low-performing students.

I olika perioder har ämnet våld inom psykiatrin lyfts fram i media, ofta i samband med att ett våldsdåd har begåtts av en ?våldsam psykpatient?. Varken i media eller i den tidigare forskningen är det vanligt att ämnet blir belyst ur ett patientperspektiv. Denna kvalitativa studie försöker fånga ett inifrån-perspektiv och tar sin ansats i att försöka beskriva vad som kan leda fram till att det uppstår konflikt- och våldssituationer på en sluten psykiatrisk avdelning. Studien har genomförts med hjälp av samtal med sju personer med erfarenhet av våld under sin vistelse på en sluten avdelning.

As a result of increased property prices on apartment buildings in Halmstad many local investors thinks that the market behaves illogical. This because these investors can?t find any profitability in many real estate transactions. The valuation between different investors on the same object therefore goes their separate ways. One example of this is a property in central Halmstad which starting price was about 23 million SEK.

The practice of residential treatment of youth has been up for debate for quite some time. The debate regarding institutional care has voiced concerns regarding the lack of follow-up and evaluation of treatment and its efficacy. It is especially important with additional research on residential treatment conducted from the perspective of those being treated, as well as the treatment providers. This study aims to add to this field of research. The study is based on two empirical studies conducted through qualitative interviews.

Despite the fact that society is investing substantial resources in Individuals not to relapse into crime, then relapse is still a large percentage of new crimes. Introduction: First line managers in the public sector, are under a great pressure from both senior management, leadership, politicians and often from a large group of employees. Few studies have been made on the first-linemanagers psychosocial work environment, even though in the studies found that the manager affects their employees work environment.Aim: How first line managers in municipal elderly describes the psychosocial work environment on the basis of demand-control - support model.Methods: The study was conducted through Individual interviews with six first line managers. Respondents were recruited through a strategic selection in a medium-sized municipality in Västernorrland. The interviews were conducted using an interview guide. Qualitative content analysis with an deductive approach was used as a method of interpretation of the results.Results: First line managers point out the difficulty in balancing the requirements and several managers also mentioned the importance of having clear role descriptions and objectives.

The study has got three aims. The first purpose is to implement the Newman et al.s rampage theory (2004) in a more dominant European context. In this way, the theory?s strengths and weaknesses can be exposed. The second objective is to look at the motive.

The purpose of this study has been to investigate the prospects for identifying and prosecuting Individuals suspected of war crimes, within the process of exclusion from refugee status under article 1F(a) of the 1951 Refugee Convention, and using subsequent mechanisms for extradition or prosecution in international criminal law. A number of principles within human rights law and public international law have been advocated by the UNCHR and several human rights NGOs as necessary for a thorough application of the exclusion clauses; one that takes Individual responsibility into account and upholds the aims and purposes of the exclusion clauses. The purpose of this essay is to examine how social welfare secretaries from the social service and welfare officers from adult psychiatry experience the cooperation between themselves in relation to mentally ill mothers and their children.Moreover, the study aims to shed light on social welfare secretaries and welfare officers views on potential gender related differences in the work with mentally ill mothers and fathers.Five qualitative interviews were performed in two separate municipals in the Stockholm area. Three of the respondents were social welfare secretaries in the social services and two were welfare officers in the adult psychiatry. Our theoretical starting point has been role theory and a model of different dimensions of cooperation.Our result showed that there were shortcomings in the cooperation between the two principals. How well the cooperation worked differed between the two municipals. In one of the examined municipals the cooperation could only be found on an Individual client or Individual patient case level, whilst in the other municipal the cooperation existed on a more general level in the form of project meetings.

When unlimited tax liability exists, the Individual is liable for all income, both which originates from other countries as well as from Sweden. The question raised in this thesis is whether the factor residence for year-round use is still regarded as a sufficiently strong basis to independently induce essential linkage for the taxpayer.A big difference between the two housing types exists.
