The purpose of the thesis is to investigate whether a higher income make individuals more likely to exceed the speed limit. In addition to income the variables age, sex, perception of the speed of the average driver and offense history for the last three years are taken into account.The method used is based on a survey performed at the mandatory annual motor-vehicle inspection (Bilprovningen). 177 individuals were asked to participate, of these, 124 completed the survey which in turn left us with 117 usable observations.The analysis is based on two forms of regression, a linear regression and an ordered logit regression to confirm the results for the ordinal data.The final model indicates a result where income and age are statistically significant. Sex is considered insignificant for our data material and is excluded from the model. Age has a negative effect on the propensity to exceed the speed limit while income has a positive effect.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine how venture capitalists implement ESG issues internally, as well as before the investment decision and during the investment period.Theoretical framework: The theoretical framework consists of previous studies that identify different driving forces behind the work of the ESG and present a number of different strategies for implementing ESG issues in the investment process.Method: This study aims at providing an understanding of a phenomenon which implies an inductive approach. This thesis applies a qualitative method of data collection in the form of semi-structured interviews. The sample in this study consists of venture capital companies that were members of the SVCA (Swedish Venture Capital Association) during the time of the survey, 2015.Result: The empirical findings in this thesis consist of a presentation of the data that was generated from eleven interviews conducted with eleven different investors in the venture capital sector.Conclusion: This study indicates a lack of written policies regarding internal work with ESG-issues which were offset by the application of the "unwritten" policies. Implementation of ESG-issues during the pre-investment phase was dominated by an avoidance of investments in sectors which lead to a negative impact on society. During the post-investment phase ESG-issues was integrated by monitoring the portfolio companies' operations.

The purpose of this study is to get the cadastral procedure for condominiums to become more affordable. The aims of the study is to examine how the number of condominiums, the number of joint facilities and the number of joint property units that are formed in a condominium cadastral procedure in Sweden influences the cadastral procedure cost. To get an overall perspective the study also explores how the chosen forms of co-operation have worked out in association management.A condominium is a type of three-dimensional property unit, which may only contain one residence.  This form of property formation has been allowed in Sweden since 1 May 2009.  At the end of 2014 less than 1000 condominiums had been formed despite the legislator?s expectations for 3000-5000 condominiums a year. The property unit can have access to necessary facilities, not available within the property boundaries, by establishing joint facilities or form joint property units.

During the period 1952-2008, real prices of wood before taxes and charges declined. However, the actual net income has not changed by the same percentage as the price list, because taxation, driving costs and the ability to make deductions has changed. This report considers the inflation by using the Swedish consumer price index. The study explores how the text in the newspapers attributes the word and what the consequences might be for the readers and for the political agenda when it comes to the discussion of justice and responsibility. The attributes that characterizes basic income in the media are mostly negative and there is no discussion where work strategy and basic income is seriously spoken of. Work strategy is taken for granted and is not questioned by anyone. The alternative that basic income could be is being ridiculed which becomes clear by the attributes that are chosen. The figuration of basic income in these media is characterised mostly by negative and depreciatory attributes.

Fram till och med våren 2000 utgjorde aktier i småbolag populära investeringsobjekt för såväl privata som institutionella placerare. Svenska venture-capitalföretag tjänade stora pengar på att börsintroducera sina portföljbolag. Den kraftiga börsnedgången förde med sig ett minskat antal börsintroduktioner. Dessa förändringar innebar att venture-capitalföretagen fick finna andra handlingsalternativ för att kunna genomföra en exit från portföljbolagen. Mot denna bakgrund frågar vi oss hur venture-capitalföretagen handlar då en marknadsnotering av portföljbolagen inte längre är genomförbar på grund av det rådande börsklimatet.

Venture capitalbolagen kan förutom kapital bidra med andra viktiga mervärden till sina portföljbolag. Tidigare forskning som har undersökt relationen mellan venture capitalbolag och deras portföljbolag har kommit fram till att det kan skilja sig åt beroende på i vilken investeringsfas företaget befinner sig i. I den här studien har författarna valt att svara på följande problemformulering: Hur ser portföljbolagen på venture capitalbolagets bidrag/roll i olika livscykelfaser? Syftet är att beskriva och undersöka portföljbolagens uppfattning om venture capitalbolagens bidrag/roll samt undersöka om det skiljer sig åt beroende på om företaget befinner sig i uppstart- eller expansionsfasen. Aphasia is a linguistic impairment which affects communication and may have an impact on a person?s narrative ability. The purpose of the present study was to analyse the narrative ability in aphasia by narrative interviews with people with aphasia and their partners. The interviews were scrutinised for strategies used in joint narration involving couples where one of the spouses has aphasia. The definition of strategies was methods to cope with communicative difficulties often due to aphasia.

Uppsatsen behandlar hur tre svenska byggföretag (Skanska, NCC och PEAB) har valt att internationalisera/etablering sig på den polska byggmarknaden. Eftersom byggföretags internationalisering kan tänkas se annorlunda ut än ett produktionsföretag finner vi detta som ett intressant ämne att studera vidare. Detta sker först via en genomgång av möjlig teoretisk data där vi granskat fyra olika internationaliseringsstrategier (international, multidomestic, global samt transnational), Uppsalamodellen samt sex olika etablerings former (t.ex. export, joint venture, dotterbolag etc.). Empirin har samlats in genom både sekundära samt primära källor.
