Mekanismen i generationsskiftet. Strategisk planering vid generationsskiften i familjef?retag: en kvalitativ unders?kning av processen

This study investigates the succession process in family businesses and aims to enhance the understanding of the process as a whole, as well as how family businesses strategically plan for succession. The research is based on a case study of a family corporate group undergoing a transition from the fourth to the fifth generation. A qualitative research approach was employed, involving interviews with individuals from both the fourth and fifth generations, as well as external stakeholders who have influenced the process. The results show that the planning and implementation of succession are complex and that there is a certain lack of existing theory. Empirical evidence indicates that contracts and documentation are crucial for advancing the process. Inclusion of external parties is also important, not only for their expertise but also to provide an objective perspective.

Research about what differences and similarities exists between UNHCR and UNRWA in the opinion of a refugee?This examination focuses on a study between The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and THE United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). Both organizations are UN-related and are in charge of refugees, however they differ by the fact the UNHCR controls all of the world?s refugees with the exception of the Palestinian refugees, for which UNRWA. The aim of this work will be to examine the definition of refugees as well as their entitlements and in what way they differ depending on which organization they belong to.As theory I have, among others, used Rainer Bauböck?s book ? Transnational Citizenship?.

The essay aims to highlight the newly arrived immigrant students? experience of social integration and social security in the Swedish school system, which is important for their further language and learning development. This essay aims to see it from the student's perspective. The main question in this essay is: What factors seem to matter the most for the newly arrived immigrant students in their language and learning skills, and what does the students themselves think about the issue? The study is based on a qualitative research method in the form of interviews and observations conducted in a multicultural school for a period of two weeks.

Today is one of the reasons that Sweden works for improved public health to reduce the incidence of the most common diseases. The eleven objectives are the key determinants of public health work and are thus assigned as the common positions for players to work towards the same goal. The purpose of this study was to examine which aspects of health promotion in Sweden examined in the scientific articles. The method is a literature review based on scientific articles. Searches have been conducted in the databases SAGE Journals Online, ASSIA and Cinahl.

Födoämnesallergi : Föräldar och barns upplevelse av förskolans bemötande

In this essay I have investigated how two families, with children, who have food allergies, experience what support and what treatment they get in preschool for their difficulties. I have interviewed two children and two parents. The study shows that the interviewed parents believe that more knowledge in the community and among staff in preschool, about food allergies, is needed. Parents wish that the staff should write an action plan that describes how to deal with children who have food allergies and that preschool invites parents and children to record results. It is important to consider an inclusive attitude so that children don?t feels excluded.There is some research going on around this subject and researchers agree that the incidence of food allergies in the society is growing, but that it is difficult to be able to present a certain theory why, and what the underlying factors are.

Vårdpersonals upplevelse av att vårda patientermed diagnosen afasi efter stroke : En litteraturstudie

Background: Stroke is one of the leading causes for longlasting sequelae, among themloss in cognitive function, like aphasia. Aphasia effects the patients ability to understandand express themselves in speaking and writing. To be able to reach a good level of care,the careproviders and patients ought to have the same goals and values. This requires agood communication between the careproviders and patients. Which can be problematicfor the caregivers when they don't feel secure in their way of getting close to these patients.Aim: The purpose of this study was to illuminate caregivers experience of caring forpatients with the diagnosis aphasia following stroke.Method: This is a literature study where nine studies, with qualitative design, has beenanalyzed and compiled.

Möjligheter och svårigheter : Lärares uppfattningar om att undervisa elever med ADHD

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer undersöka hur lärare ser på sin pedagogiska förmåga att individanpassa undervisningen för elever med ADHD, eller liknande svårigheter, samt vilka kunskaper lärare har om ADHD. Vidare undersöktes deras uppfattningar om möjligheter och svårigheter i undervisningen, vilka strategier de kunde använda sig av, samt hur de såg på inkludering. Med en hermeneutisk forskningsansats gavs lärarna möjlighet att fritt uttrycka sina tankar och åsikter kring forskningsfrågorna. Resultatet visar att möjligheter och svårigheter i undervisningen till stor del handlar om vilka resurser de har i form av tid, pengar och personal, eftersom elever med särskilda behov är en extra kostnad för skolorna. Majoriteten av lärarna är beredda att ta egna initiativ till vidareutbildning för att lära sig hur de på bästa sätt kan bemöta dessa elever.

Inkluderad eller exkluderad? : Synen på matematikundervisning ur SUM- elevers perspektiv.

I denna studie undersöks vilka uppfattningar SUM-elever, elever med särskilda utbildningsbehov i matematik, har av matematikundervisning när de i klassrummet får specialpedagogiskt stöd i ämnet och hur de känner sig när de följer med specialläraren ut från klassrummet. Det övergripande syftet med studien är att belysa inkludering och exkludering ur ett elevperspektiv. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats och har genomförts i form av semistrukturerade intervjuer med åtta SUM-elever från åk 4 och 5. Till grund för analysen används Asp-Onsjös (2006) tre olika aspekter på inkludering; rumslig, social och didaktisk. Resultatet visar att den inkludering som eleverna anser vara viktigast när de lär sig matematik är den didaktiska inkluderingen, inte den rumsliga eller sociala. Alla elever i studien kände sig socialt inkluderade och vad gäller den rumsliga inkluderingen spelade den inte någon större roll för dessa SUM-elever.

Delta på lika villkor? : En studie om ekonomiskt utsatta barns skolsituation sett utifrån ett lärarperspektiv.

The aim of this essay was to create an understanding of teachers strategies to respond to children in economic hardship in school and if these children can participate on equal terms in school. To examine this, we chose to do semi-structured interviews which is a qualitative method. Eight teachers were interviewed from four different elementary schools. In our interviews, we found that all the schools both had elements of Inclusion and exclusion, which can result in both equal and unequal terms for participation in school. We also found that the school with the most students in economic hardship had the most inclusive strategies.

Inkluderat eller exkluderat : En kvalitativ studie om att jobba med barn med språkstörning i förskolan

7 % of children in preschool have some sort of language disorder. How should preschool teachers best help these children? In a small special group where they can focus on the child´s individual linguistic development or in an ordinary group were the other children can be linguistic models for the child and help his or hers development?The purpose of this paper is to see what preschool teachers, who work with children who has language impairment, says about working with these children in a special group as compared with working with them in an ordinary group together with children without language impairment. What are the advantages and the disadvantages related to the different ways of working? Another focus point is how the children collaborate with each other.

Effekter och upplevelser av aromaterapi, taktilmassage och akupunktur inom palliativ omvårdnad

The aim of the present literature review was to describe and evaluate the effects and experiences within the complementary approaches such as aromatherapy, tactile massage and acupuncture amongst palliative care patients. Search through Medline (through Pub Med) database and additional manual search was conducted. In total 16 articles fulfilled the Inclusion criteria and were reviewed. The result was presented under respectively category: aromatherapy, tactile massage and acupuncture. Physical and psychological effects as well as experiences from the treatments were also documented under the different complementary approaches.

Mot alla odds : Tre föräldrars berättelser om icke-talande barns tidiga läs- och skrivlärande

Syftet med min studie var att, utifrån ett föräldraperspektiv, undersöka vilka faktorer som har bidragit till att tre barn utan talförmåga, som använder alternativ och kompletterande kommunikation (AKK), har kunnat uppnå läs- och skrivkunnighet. Som datainsamlingsmetod användes en kvalitativ samtalsintervju med föräldrar till barn som saknar talförmåga och använder AKK. Resultatet visade att det är många faktorer som spelar in, för att ett icke-talande barn, som använder AKK, ska kunna få bra förutsättningar för sitt läs- och skrivlärande. De faktorer som föräldrarna anser har varit mest betydelsefulla för barnens framsteg i läs- och skrivlärande är positiv inställning och tro på barnets förmåga att lära sig läsa och skriva, tidig tillgång till datorer, ett fungerande och språkutvecklande AKK-system, tidiga insatser i läs- och skrivinlärning samt inkludering i vanlig skola. Andra viktiga faktorer som framgår av föräldrarnas berättelser är deltagande i varierande läs- och skrivaktiviteter, mycket högläsning från tidig ålder, en person i skolan som har teknisk-/specialkunskap, nära samarbete mellan hem och skola samt helhetssyn i barnets lärande..

Indexering av humanistisk litteratur och humanistiska databaser ? exemplet MLA International Bibliography

This thesis aims to answer the following questions: What type of vocabulary is used in the humanities? What does this implicate when it comes to indexing in the humanities? How do humanities scholars seek information and what type of information do they need? What consequences does this have when it comes to the development of humanities databases? How is the MLA International Bibliography organized? How does its indexing system ? CIFT ? work? How does the MLA International Bibliography correspond with the needs of the humanities scholar? The study shows that the type of vocabulary used in the humanities differs significantly from that used in the sciences. Therefore, information retrieval is often said to be problematic in the humanities when compared to the sciences. This is, however, not completely true. If consideration is taken to the different type of vocabulary used in the humanities, subject access proves to be more straightforward than has been generally recognized.

I klass med alla andra - två fallstudier om grundskoleplacerade särskoleelevers upplevelser av sin skolvardag

The number of students in the program for pupils with intellectual disabilities has drastically increased over the last decades. Most of those pupils, but far from all, are attending special classes. Today approximately 22 % are attending classes in compulsory school. The purpose of this paper is, from a social psychological perspective, to increase the knowledge and understanding of how pupils with intellectual disabilities, partly or fully attending the compulsory main-stream school, experience their school-days. This paper is composed of two case studies for which the empiric material has been collected through interviews and observations.
