Syftet med studien var att beskriva distriktssköterskors upplevelser av att arbeta med motiverande samtal som arbetsverktyg. Studien hade en kvalitativ ansats med beskrivande design. Nio distriktssköterskor från fyra hälsocentraler i ett landsting i Mellansverige deltog. Data samlades in med semistrukturerade intervjuer och analyserades utifrån kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Tre huvudkategorier framkom (användningsområde, arbetsverktyg, och förändrat arbetssätt) och dessa bildade temat"Att förändra fokus i mötet och aktivera patienten".

In modern health care, the quality registry is anexcellent tool to monitor everyday work. Collected data forms a foundation, presented as online reports, from which local work efforts to refine care quality can be performed. All reports are coded manually by specially trained developers. This is a tedious process and hence becomes a bottleneck in the strive for improvement.This thesis evaluates whether an extended way of dealing with reports can fit into the existing work situation, with main focus on the idea of creating custom reports directly within a quality registry. It provides a set of conclusions regarding today's usage of reports as well as the users' general and specific needs within the area.

Ungdomsinnebandyn i Jämtlands län har de senaste 10 åren tappat spelare. Precis som övriga idrottsverksamheter i Sverige upplever innebandyn ett tapp av ungdomar vid 15 till 16 års ålder. Forskningen pekar mot att en ungdomstränare är av betydelse för att ungdomar ska fortsätta med sin idrott. Syfte Belysa betydelsefulla faktorer till att ungdomar fortsatt att spela innebandy till seniornivå, samt betydelsen av ungdomstränaren. Metod Kvalitativ manifest innehållsanalys utifrån semi-strukturerade intervjuer (n=5) med unga manliga seniorspelare (=21,8 år; sd=1,6 år) från Jämtlands län.

Vimek 404R is a fairly small machine that permits selective removal of stems, making it potentially suitable also for areas overdue for pre-commercial thinning. ABB Capacitors Ludvika started their LEAN-project in november 2010, but still has not the whole factory been introduced to the LEAN-tool called 5S. 5S is only implemented on the ?easiest? work-areas.By implementing 5S, at the workingstation called inburkningen, would make the workstation and the area around it much more structured, clean and systematized. The operators are a little bit skeptical to the work that includes continuous improvement today, because they can not see any progresses. Because of the currently large recruitment needs within the Swedish nuclear powerindustry, it is necessary to recruit trainers from other recruitment groups than that ofexperienced operators at nuclear power plants. The foundation for a trainingprogram regarding these recruitment groups, here called ?aspirants?, has in this thesisbeen prepared. It contains a suggestion for main topics in the program. It also includesdiscussion on the balance between forms of education and a concrete example ofhow a lesson could be performed.These suggestions has been developed through analysis of interviews and surveyresponses from student groups most suited for the propositioned trainee program,and individuals with service as a trainer or closely linked to training activities withinthe industry.The analysis suggests that the candidates gets, besides the opportunity to practice asoperating staff before the theoretical training begins, a training program, tightly boundto the power plant with multiple instances of practice and the chance of going intothe power plant and see how things that are being raised in theory, look in real life.The practice, in addition to helping to create an understanding of the plant, it will facilitate networking with the operations staff to build a relationship and trust.Candidates should have plenty of opportunity to educate and see both other aspirantsand experienced trainers train.

Frågeställningarna behandlar lärares kunskapsbehov, vilka faktorer som påverkar utvecklingen och av dessa kunskaper samt hur lärarens roll förändras vid introduktionen av interaktiva skrivtavlor.Litteraturstudiens resultat visar att en grundläggande kompetens inom IKT underlättar planering och undervisning med interaktiva skrivtavlor men är även en förutsättning för en lyckad vidareutbildning inom området. Genom att titta på tre stycken TV-program; Arga Snickaren, Lyxfällan och Rent hus har jag undersökt hur experterna/coacherna i TV-programmen verkar, vad är det för budskap och moral som de förmedlar samt vilken betydelse det kan få. För att förstå och analysera mitt material har jag använt mig av de teoretiska utgångspunkterna; orent och rent, privat och offentlig sfär, experter och coacher samt moral. Jag har valt att titta på TV-programmen och därefter jämföra materialet för att förstå och utskilja mönster och strukturer, skillnader och likheter. Jag har använt mig av den klassiska dramaturgin som ett slags utgångspunkt för att förstå uppbyggnaden av TV-programmen. Experterna/coacherna verkar på olika sätt i respektive TV-program. Den gemensamma nämnaren är att experterna/coacherna ska bidra med en kunskapsförmedling kring den problematiska situation som deltagarna befinner sig i. Hur detta sker skiljer sig mellan TV-programmen, allt från renodlad kunskapsförmedling till ett slags moralpredikan där experten fostrar deltagaren i att förändra sitt beteende och bli en god samhällsmedborgare, allt enligt normen.
