Den legala acceptfristen omfattar tre delar. Dels den tid som krävs för anbudsgivaren att befordra anbudet till mottagaren, dels den tid som denne har på sig att ta ställning till anbudet och slutligen den tid som krävs för mottagaren att sända svaret till anbudsgivaren. Utifrån den begränsade mängd rättsfall som föreligger på området kan konstateras att parterna i de flesta fall kommer överens om den skäliga acceptfristen. NPÖ effectively enables health-care records to be shared across organizational boundaries. This thesis is based on a demand by a mobile application that can give district nurses access to health-care records wherever they are.This thesis describes the development of a prototype of a mobile application aimed for NPÖ. This includes investigating a suitable mobile platform, investigating available card readers for reading electronic identification from SITHS cards and the ability to connect to external services such as NPÖ.

Den här uppsatsen utgår från en svensk översättning av ett avsnitt ur Steven Pinkersbok The language instinct: the new science of language and mind (1994), samt enanalys av några av de problem som påträffades i översättningsarbetet. De problemområden som analyseras berör översättningen av de språkliga exempel, kulturspecifika företeelser och det personliga bildspråk som förekommer i källtexten. Collections, compilations and databases currently stand under a solid intellectual property protection in Sweden. This legal protection is partly a product of the old Nordic ?catalogue-rule? seen in the former 49 § of the Swedish copyright act (upphovsrättslagen) but was further extended by the implementation of the EU directive on the legal protection of databases 96/9/EG and the new sui generis-right. Since major values are represented digitally combined with the fact that Internet serves as the main provider for information a strong legal protection for databases must be carefully crafted. When crafting this kind of legal protection the right to freedom of information is balanced against the database producers? interests of property protection as well as social and public interests such as increased innovation.

The aim of this thesis project is to produce an algorithm for finding a topologicalrepresentation of a polygon, called a straight skeleton, using floating pointarithmetic. Various straight skeleton algorithms are examined and discussed witha focus on time complexity and one is chosen for implementation. This implementationis then compared with the open source library CGAL with regards torunning time. The result is an algorithm which is based on an algorithm by Felkeland Obdrzalek and which, for polygons with more than five thousand vertices andthree significant digits representing points, runs around 25% faster than CGALsimplementation. In a database environment, when you create or alter tables you often want to have a basic interface for standard operations such as insert, delete and update. This thesis report covers an analysis of what programs there are on the market for generating such interfaces and compares them against the demands of a real company. The analysis showed that none of the programs were completely meeting the requirements and therefore an own implementation of an interface generating program was created. The result is a PL/SQL program capable of generating files, storing them in a version handling system and executing the files into the database..

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att undersöka vår litterära kompetens genom att studera ett litterärt verk. I vår forskning har vi studerat vår egen litterära kompetens genom att läsa och analysera Alice i Underlandet av Lewis Carroll med hjälp av en tematisk textanalys med temadefinitionen av Romberg (1987). Sedan har vi jämfört vår analys med olika litteraturforskares analyser av samma verk. I jämförelsen har vi valt att använda oss av en teoretisk modell om litterär kompetens av Torell (2002) för att kunna urskilja hur vi läser litteratur och vilka kompetenser ur Torells modell som vi besitter. Vad vi kom fram till i forskningen var att vi bland annat frekvent använder oss av subjektiva och erfarenhetsbundna tolkningar när vi analyserar och ofta brister i kompetenser som innebär ett bredare förhållningssätt till mönster och strukturer.

The aim of this study is to describe and examine the characteristics of inclusion of children with disabilities in the kinder garden and primary school in Belarus. The data in this study were collected through interviews with special teachers and staff at the Developing and Rehabilitation center. The interviews were supported by child-observations and a literature study. Staying in boarding schools prevents handicap students from integrating with the society as well as getting social experience. Integrated education demands the combination of two regularities: education of children with normal development and special education of children with psycho-physiological problems.

Denna studie syftar till att undersöka vilka vardagsföreställningar 4-5-åringar har kring naturvetenskapliga fenomen, i detta fall regn och vattnets kretslopp. Detta undersöktes med hjälp av individuella kvalitativa intervjuer, vilka videofilmades och transkriberades. Ett kodningsschema grundat på tidigare studier användes vid dataanalysen. Resultatet visar bland annat att flertalet av barnen, fem av sju, har en initial förståelse av vattnets kretslopp då de ofullständigt förklarar begreppen avdunstning respektive avrinning, samt att regn kommer från moln. Barnen förklarar även att det regnar på grund av att moln krockar, det blåser alternativt att Gud eller solen släpper regnet.
