This thesis has aimed to study steering process and institutionalization in the context of educational policy work. This has been conducted by using empirical material from the political decision-making process that preceded the implementation of a new national program on how principals should be educated and certified. By using an aggregated theoretical point of view containing new institutionalism and traditional Swedish curriculum theory, the process was analyzed from different perspectives. The results depict a process that contained several actors who tried to shape the principal education program differently. From the theoretical perspectives, the decision-making process could be understood as an act of both self-interest as well as trust in their own beliefs and cultural values.

The purposes of this literature review were to study how nurses use intuition in health care, how these experiences are described by nurses and if you as a nurse can learn how to use your intuition. We also want to make nurses attentive of and give them the courage to use their intuition. The study is addressed to both nurs-ing students and practicing nurses. The method is a literature review based on nine scientific articles. The results implicate that nurses use their intuition to know how to do something, when additional measures needs to be done and which measures they are.

Införandet av ett IT-system är en socioteknisk förändring som ställer många krav på en orga-nisation om det ska betraktas som framgångsrikt. Det finns utmaningar av både teknisk, social och organisatorisk karaktär. I beskrivningar av lyckade systeminföranden framträder ofta fak-torer som påverkade införandets framgång. Syftet med uppsatsen är att få kunskap om dessa faktorer och hur de kan påverka systeminföranden i kommunala organisationer. I detta arbete identifieras dessa faktorer som kallas framgångsfaktorer i teori och genom studier av verkliga omständigheter i organisationer.

Background: Delirium is a serious condition that often affects hospitalized elder. The condition can be described as an overstrain of the brain which results in a disturbed consciousness. Elder people are particularly vulnerable since many of the risk factors develops with old age. The treatment aims to find and treat the underlying cause. Purpose: The purpose of this literature review was to illuminate factors beneficial for the nursing care of hospitalized elder with delirium.

The aim of this study is to analyze how intercommunication between offenders are presented with artefacts during the planning and implementation of a robbery in a cash depot in Stockholm. The methodological approach is based on empiricism from police investigation protocols, which leads this study to a case study. The ambition is to analyze the empirical material from a sociocultural perspective. The results shows that the offenders use artefacts to plan the crime with artefacts within an internal intercommunication between the offenders. After the planning artefacts such as a helicopter, explosive material, telephones, saws and ladders have been used in an intercommunication to implement the robbery which leads to an analysis that hierarchy depends on the role of the artefacts, only when technical artefacts are included in the term of hierarchy..

Utifrån teorierna inom det naturalistiska beslutsfattandet beskrivs hur människor fattar beslut i dynamiska situationer under tidspress. Syftet med undersökning en är att ta reda på hur människor söker information för att kunna fatta ett beslut som är tillräckligt bra för att accepteras, och därigenom kunna formulera guidelines för programmerare av intelligenta agenter till olika informations- och beslutstödsystem.En kvalitativ undersökning har genomförts med hjälp av observation och tänka högt-protokoll. Resultatet ger inget entydigt svar på frågan hur människor söker information. Den tendens som kan noteras är att en objektivt värderad risk ger en inriktning mot bredden först-sökning. Människan vill ha reda på vilka alternativ som finns för att kunna fatta ett beslut som är tillräckligt bra för att accepteras med hänsyn till dynamiken och tidsbegränsningen i beslutssituationen..

Every year about 210 000 tones dry weight of sewage sludge is produced in Sweden. Most of the sludge is applied to agricultural land, plantsoil and landfill cover. Sewage sludge contains essential nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus. Nitrogen is limiting growth on solid ground in Sweden and can therefore be used as fertilizer to increase productivity. In order that the sludge can be spread to forest land it requires first a conversion of sludge to pellets, to make it more manageable.

The purpose of this essay is to study the process of developing electronic subject guides for the Internet. Our focus is the content, structure and layout of the subject guide. The study has resulted in a number of guidelines that may be of help in the development of future subject guides. To achieve this purpose we have studied the existing subject guide at one of the faculties of the University of Lund, Sweden. We performed a series of interviews with the originators, and made a questionnaire for the users.

The aim of this thesis is to examine possibilities concerning subject access to fiction film, i.e. appropriate ways to describe fiction film for subject retrieval. Problems regarding subject indexing in general, and subject indexing of fiction film in particular, are identified, as well as the uniqueness of fiction film and film genres. Four types of subject aspects are discussed: form and genre, fictitious characters, setting, and general topics. Several guidelines, form- and genre lists, and subject headings lists are examined and treated as potential indexing tools.

Based on the Migration Board's statistics report, the number of children that has gone missing within a time interval of 4 years (2010-2014) comprises 1331 children in total, of whom 146 are girls and 1185 are boys. A rising interest about what has happened to those children created a fundamental platform for this thesis. The result shows that there are currently no present guidelines for how and when the handover should take place, it is up to each individual to provide themselves with the relevant information.If the handover of the work environment would occur to the extent it should it would lead to minimized proportions of unforeseen risks and events that may occur during the production phase, which ultimately leads to a better and healthier working environment..

The local council of Eskilstuna has a lot of fans on their Facebook page, but not so many people that ask questions, likes, comments or share their posts. This is a bachelor-thesis on how to inspire dialogue and encourage the fans to be a part of Eskilstunas Facebook page.I have made guidelines for the council how to use Facebook as a way to reach out to those who live in Eskilstuna, based on results from literature studies, analysis of several other Facebook pages and interviews. I've also made examples of statuses for the Facebook page for one week, in May 2012.The result shows that the fans want's to read about their local environment. It is important to have a personal appeal. Post should be no longer than 400 character, if they are, the posts will be truncated, and hidden.

The purpose of this qualitative thesis is to describe and analyse the implementation of an education system in the newly independent state, Timor Leste. One question to be discussed is whether an emergency phase is still going on in the development of a functioning school system, or if Timor Leste already reached a capacity building phase? Via the participant's answers in field observations and interviews, the study analyses the clashes between generations, social classes and different levels in relation to the choice of Portuguese as an official language and the international environment in the country. Målet med detta arbete är att bättre förstå hur riktlinjer ska skapas och användas. Utgångspunkten har varit att media uppmärksammat ett flertal incidenter där främmande människor tog oönskad kontakt med olika förskolor i Karlskronaområdet. Författarna ville då se över hur kommunen arbetade med frågor om yttre hot vilket medförde att arbetet utmynnade i ett försök om att bättre försöka få förståelse för riktlinjer och dess användning då kommunen vid arbetets start saknade riktlinjer för yttre hot av denna typ. Metoden som använts är av kvalitativ art i form av intervjuer med några säkerhetsansvariga för förskolor i andra svenska kommuner. Resultatet av dessa intervjuer tillsammans med kompletterande material från generella tillvägagångssätt för identifikation och analys av säkerhetsproblem resulterade i ett förslag på arbetsmetoden vid skapandet av riktlinjer samt en påminnelse om att se över befintliga riktlinjer för yttre hot..
