Revision : - framtidens tråkiga drömyrke?
Revision är ett yrke som präglats av sin trista image och revisionsbyråerna har haft svårt att attrahera nyutexaminerade studenter. Denna bild gäller inte längre då många studenter utbildar sig till revisorer och redovisningsinriktningen är ett populärt val. Syftet med denna uppsats är att ta reda på vad ekonomistudenter anser om yrket revision samt hur de stora revisionsbyråerna kommunicerar med studenterna. Detta har vi tagit reda på med en enkätundersökning gjord bland studenter på ekonomlinjen, Stockholms Universitet, samt med intervjuer av respondenter från revisionsbyråer och Svenska Revisionsakademin. Flera faktorer har i kombination med varandra påverkat yrkets image.

The purpose of the essay was to examine the way the SwedishCounty Administrative Board works with crises communicationbefore, during and after a disaster. A qualitative comparisonbetween the County Administrative Board in the Swedish regionsHalland, Jönköping and Kronoberg has been made in order to seeinequalities and simmulariteies in their strategies and policies forcommunication. In order to fulfill the purpose two main questionswere asked:? How does the County Administrative Board in Halland,Kronoberg and Jönköping work with crises communicationbefore, during and after a disaster?? In what way does the three County Administrative Boardsco-operate with other organizations before, during and aftera disaster regarding crises communication?The theoretical base of the essay was classical and postmodernstrategic communication. I interviewed communicators at theboards and took part of their communication plans and strategies toseek answers to my questions.
En organisations employer brand image riktad mot redan anställd personal : En kvalitativ studie om en organisations satsningar för att påverka sin employer brand image utifrån sociala och ekonomiska utbyten på arbetsplatsen
Syftet med denna studie är att utifrån intervjupersonernas perspektiv undersöka vilken betydelse sociala och ekonomiska utbyten har för en organisations möjlighet att attrahera redan anställd personal. Detta eftersom mycket tidigare forskning kring ämnet är av kvantitativ art och inriktad på att attrahera potentiella rekryter snarare än redan anställd personal. Denna studie jämför även likheter och skillnader mellan chefer och personal. För att undersöka hur en organisation kan attrahera redan anställd personal tas avstamp i hur tidigare forskning redogör för hur fenomenet employer brand image används. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten för studien är att individer i sociala interaktioner gör utbyten där något ges och fås.

Background: Since the start of the twenty-first century it has become very important for companies to act in a responsible manner, in guides of CSR. The idea is that companies have more responsibilities than to achieve a higher profit for their shareholders. This paper is a case study of a local labour market project. The aim of the study is to investigate the staff?s way of working with unemployed people, receiving social assistance, in order to reduce the payment of social assistance in four adjacent city districts of Stockholm. Other objectives of the study are to investigate which criteria the staff uses when selecting participants for the project, in which way the participants? background affects the measures taken by the staff and how the staff experiences working as part of a project.

The aim of this thesis is to map important strategies and factors that a firm, in this case Gunnebo Lifting AB can use when establishing themselves at the Russian market. The Russian market is today considered to be an emerging market. Within this study several areas of theory connected to entering new markets have been touched upon. These areas are market analysis, relationships and networking, internationalization processes, distribution chains, export issues and finally cultural distances. The empirical data for this thesis were collected through qualitative interviews.The results that arose when analyzing the theories combined with the empirical data pointed towards five strategies and factors of importance.

This study deals with a Swedish company in a food industry that got affected by product failure, which led to consumer trust crisis followed by media and was needed to be managed. Situation had a negative impact on company?s trademark, which acquired long recovery work by the company. Study is following a case example of Findus problems with having horse meat in their meat product that was supposed to contain beef meat. Study aims to research how the company dealt with situation, through crisis communication and recovery strategies.
"Hur dricker du?" : En studie av kommunikationsstrategiers utfall hos målgruppen med avseende på olika konsumtionsbakgrund
In this paper the authors aim to examine the effects on consumers using different strategies in a campaign within social marketing. A model by Evans et al (1996) has been used in order to see the different steps in which advertising catches the viewers? attention and eventually leads to action or purchasing. However, in the case of this thesis, the intention of the chosen campaign is to change the consumers? attitudes and behavior towards alcohol.
Hur organiserar forskare sitt material? : Personlig informationshantering i en vetenskaplig forskningsmiljö
The domain of this thesis is Personal Information Management (PIM) which is a sub-domain to human-computer interaction (HCI) that specifically concerns the interaction between human and information. The purpose of the study is to make an exploration of information management in a scientific research setting, to study which tools and strategies for information interaction that are used in the context and to suggest possible improvements of today's practices. Three in-depth interviews with scientific researchers have been conducted followed by a qualitative analysis of the results. The results show that there are great variations among the three respondents and that there can be distinguished as much as 15 different dimensions that when put together forms a unique PIM profile for each individual. The recommendation following this is that tools for PIM have to allow a high degree of individualisation.
Identitetens och imagens betydelse för varumärket : En studie av IKEA Uppsala
Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur väl IKEA Uppsalas identitet stämmer överens med företagets image i tre led:Skillnaden mellan hur varumärket uppfattas mellan ledningen ochanställdaSkillnaden mellan hur varumärket uppfattas mellan anställda ochkunderSkillnaden mellan hur varumärket uppfattas mellan ledning och kunderEtt varumärke skapas genom interaktionen mellan dessa tre grupper. Hur starkt varumärke företaget lyckas skapa beror på om grupperna har samma uppfattning av varumärket och hur väl relationerna mellan dem fungerar.För att uppfylla syftet har dels en intervju genomförts för att ta reda på ledningens uppfattning av varumärket och dels två enkätundersökningar, för att ta reda på kunders respektive de anställdas uppfattning av varumärket. Resultatet av den empiriska undersökningen visade att alla tre grupperna har en liknande uppfattning om vad varumärket IKEA står för, vilket tyder på att IKEA har ett starkt varumärke. Förbättringar kan dock göras i varumärkeskommunikationen för att öka medvetenheten av varumärkets värderingar och förbättra relationerna mellan de tre grupperna..
En kommunikationsgeting: En kvalitativ studie i hur ett medtech-företag ska använda sig av sociala medier
Today, social media is used mostly by people in their private life. However, companies are more and more tapping into the area of social media. To this date, mostly B2C companies have been successful in their social media strategies. This qualitative thesis aims to investigate how B2B companies can benefit from using social media as a means to communicate and build relations with their customers. The medtech industry has been chosen as the object of study.Through depth interviews with people in the medtech industry and social media experts, data has been collected in order to answer the questions of (1) how ready customers in the medtech industry are to receive information through social media and (2) how companies can build the best possible social media strategy.
