The main question in this thesis has been to see how the brand strategy of Linköpings Hockey Club has changed during the years in the Swedish elite league. We will also look at the content of the brand, as well as the association as the city of Linköping. This thesis will also see the sponsorship view of the development of the brand, because of the sponsorship power to help the association to build and strengthen the brand.We have been interviewing important persons at the association Linköpings Hockey Club and also done interviews with a few sponsorship partners to get important information to analyze.As an association it is of outmost importance to disseminate the association?s image in the right way, which Linköpings Hockey Club has according to their sponsorship partners. The association has during the last years been working hard to take care of and strengthen the brand, which can be seen among the sponsorship partners.

När en kock komponerar en maträtt som skall fotograferas kommer han behöva göra en medveten estetisk bedömning innan maträtten tillagas, för att sedan analysera och förstå hur betraktaren uppfattar matfotografi.I denna litteraturstudie är syftet att undersöka hur estetiska begrepp och bildanalysmetoder tillämpas inom matfotografi.Uppsatsen bygger på en litteraturstudie, där fyra vetenskapliga artiklar har tillämpats för att besvara syftet.Resultatet i litteraturstudien visar att det är svårt att finna en metod att applicera på matfotografi, men om det går att skapa ett språk med flera metoder tillsammans finns det stora fördelar ur ett analytiskt perspektiv.Tillämpningen av estetiska begrepp tillsammans med bildanalyser är komplicerat och forskningen som gjorts är inte tillräcklig.

ASSAs passersystem ARX består av tre delar; en server, en eller flera undercentraler samt ett klientprogram. I denna rapport ligger fokus på klienten som är den del av ARX som hanterar administrationen av systemet. Rapporten syftar till att undersöka användbarheten i ARX klienten samt identifiera brister och föreslå lösningar på de användbarhetsproblem som påträffas.Användbarhet handlar om hur lätt en produkt är att använda och för att vara säker på att slutprodukten ska bli användbar är det viktigt att även utvecklingsprocessen sker på ett användarcentrerat vis. Arbetssättet usability engineering presenteras i rapporten, vilket är ett terativt arbetssätt där användarna är i fokus för utvecklingen av produkten. Arbetssättet innebär att djupgående analyser av användarna och den uppgift som ska genomföras med produkten genomförs, samt att tydliga användbarhetsmål ställs upp.Den empiriska delen av rapporten inleds med en användarundersökning som visar på att vissa brister finns i ARX klienten, men att användarna överlag är relativt nöjda med systemet.

The aim of this master thesis is to study the reliefs of a Romanesque tombstone from 1130 AD, with the intention to form a plausible understanding of their meaning. During the course of the investigation, my main focus will be on collecting materials of an iconographical and historiographical nature, as they appear in previous studies. I will also use performative analysis when examining the tombstone. Consequently this thesis can be seen as a survey of history and place; early Christian iconology as well as the experience of the viewer. As a result, the 900-year-old tombstone will not only be seen as a memorial in this text, but also as a performance of one man?s faith and as representing the core message of the early Christian church.The tombstone is a rarity in Swedish art history and well worth a closer examination.

Syfte: Denna studie granskar informationen som getts till allmänheten av tre dagstidningar under tsunamikatastrofen i Japan under dess första vecka. Under kristider har medier en viktig roll som informatörer till allmänheten, därför är det viktigt att granska hur denna uppgift utförs. Vi har fem frågeställningar som tillsammans täcker olika delar av mediebevakningen: Vilket har huvudfokus varit i katastrofbelysningen? Vilka källor har använts? Vilka aktörer har fått komma till tals? Hur frekvent förekommer värdeladdade ord? Har medierna valt att göra en koppling till den svenska kärnkraftsdiskussionen?Undersökningen: Uppsatsen bygger på en nyhetsbevakning av den första och mest kritiska veckan av katastrofen, från den 12:e mars till och med den 19:e. Vi har gjort ett urval av tre tidningar, exklusive bilagor.

This report describes the procedure in which we accomplished our task, which was to implement a present algorithm. This was made using C++. The algorithm is developed by Sasan Gooran, who is our examiner in this project. The algorithm uses an iterative method to produce the halftoned images. The reason for this project is to speed up the existing program which is made in Matlab.

Abstract Förhållningssättet till genus är centralt i pedagogers arbete med barn, då det enligt läroplanen är förskolans uppdrag att arbeta för jämlikhet samt att motverka traditionella könsmönster (Lärarens handbok, 1998). Idag används barnböcker som en del av förskolans pedagogiska verksamhet, både gällande underhållning och ur ett mer centralt och lärorikt syfte. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att studera genus i barnböckerna. Vi har undersökt hur könsroller framställs i böckerna. Följer de normen för vad samhället föreskriver eller framställs karaktärerna som normbrytare? Vi kommer även att studera om det finns förändringar i karaktärernas gestaltning beroende på vilket årtal boken är skriven.

Inom restaurangbranschen tillämpas två olika typer av måltidspaus i form av måltids-rast och måltidsuppehåll, som i sin tur har olika för- och nackdelar. Måltidsrast är en schema-lagd, obetald måltidspaus medan måltidsuppehåll är en betald måltidspaus, då arbetstagare måste vara ständigt tillgängliga under hela matpausen. Måltidspaus under arbetsdagen har stor betydelse och en ostörd, ordentlig måltidspaus av tillräcklig längd leder till bättre hälsa och arbetstrivsel för medarbetare. Därför fokuserade denna studie på restauranganställdas måltidspausformer med syftet att ta reda på deras åsikter och upplevelser kring måltidsrast och måltidsuppehåll.

Grön IT är ett begrepp som har fått mer uppmärksamhet i Sverige de senaste åren. Grön IT handlar mycket om att minska energiförbrukningen och med denna uppsats framgår det att arbetet kring detta redan pågår i viss mån, men företagen har inte kommit så långt än. Det finns fortfarande stora möjligheter att göra förbättringar. En viktig del i miljöarbetet är att engagera personalen genom utbildning. Grön IT innebär mer än bara klimatpåverkan, det innebär också lägre kostnader, ökad effektivitet och en stärkt image.

This project is a study in how to represent the Swedish magician and variety artist Carl-Einar Häckner in a web-based environment. With a starting point focusing on illustration I wanted to produce a web environment that would function as a prototype for a webpage. My personal aim was to explore and gain new experiences from working in a digital interactive environment. I wanted to use animation and illustration to create an atmosphere and communicate emotions, and in the end find out a way of how to integrate that with a more text based content. The project is a personal project based on my interpretation of the work of Carl-Einar Häckner and an effort to translate Häckners expression and the emotions he evokes in his variety shows into image..

This bachelor thesis is a study about the change of the classificationsystems in Swedish libraries. The empirical data was collected through four qualitative interviews with both research and public libraries. The data was analyzed by the use of organizational theory based upon Joacim Hanssons book Libraries and identity: the role of institutional self-image and identity in emergence of new types of libraries. The empirical result points to a major change in how libraries and librarians look and work with their collections, it can also be said that the librarians do not seem to think that the users will be affected at all.The analysis was based on these issues: What positive and negative effects introducing DDC will there be on research- reflective public libraries?What will be the effects on the librarysector introducing the new classification system DDC?What will be the effects on the users introducing the new classification system DDC? .
