Tre av tiohade övervägande negativa attityder och tre av tio hade blandade attityder.Lättillgängligheten och att det är gratis är viktiga argument för de positiva. Man kan provlyssna och upptäcka ny musik samt få tag på sådant som annars kan vara svårt att få tag på. Ur artisters synvinkel ses det som positivt att de kan nå ut med sin musik .Negativa argument är att man stjäl någons musik, vilket i slutändan gör att artisterna inte har råd att producera mer musik och att skivaffärer då också försvinner.

Today?s electrical grid companies understand that better knowledge of and information about their grid can help realize a smart grid network. One way to gain better knowledge and information about the low voltage network is to install measuring equipment on the substation transformer´s secondary low voltage side that measures the low voltage network losses for that specific substation. By doing so, grid companies can, due to the calculation of the low voltage network losses, identify and address issues such as illegal power dissipation, unmeasured power outtakes, and unsatisfied technical documentation for the substations low voltage network.During 2012, Mälarenergi Elnät AB had a total electrical network loss (both medium and low voltage network losses included) of three to four percent of their total distributed electrical volume. Converting this energy volume into a monetary figure this accounts for a loss of around 30 million Swedish crowns.

De flesta piratkopior som sprids har sitt ursprung i en subkultur som de inblandade själva kallar för kort och gott Scenen. Det är en verksamhet där olika grupper tävlar mot varandra i att vara först med att lägga ut en piratkopia av ett nytt spel, program eller film. Det är en starkt organiserad verksamhet där grupperna jobbar efter givna regler och ramar. Uppsatsens syfte är att dels reda ut hur verksamheten fungerar men också att se varför invididerna väljer att delta trots de stora risker som deras deltagande är förknippat med. Med hjälp av Bourdieu och Thornton försöker uppsattsen reda ut vad det är som värderas inom subkulturen och vad individerna får ut av sitt engagemang..

Sedan flera hundra år tillbaka har människor immigrerat till Sverige. Efterhand har denna invandring mer och mer reglerats genom olika lagar och samarbeten. I Sverige har det så uppstått en grupp av personer som inte är asylsökande och som av olika skäl lever i landet utan uppehållstillstånd. En del av dessa har tidigare sökt asyl men fått avslag, medan andra aldrig sökt asyl. Dessa personer kan inte åtnjuta hälso- och sjukvård på samma villkor som den svenska befolkningen eller ens på de villkor som staten beslutat att asylsökande ska ha rätt till.

För att den svenska vargstammens överlevnad skall kunna säkras så måste 500 individer finnas inom rikets gränser. Vargen har gått från att ha varit nästintill utrotad till att den förekommer i allt större utsträckning. Detta har medfört att den illegala jakten efter varg har ökat. Jag kommer därför att i detta arbete försöka förstå hur detta brott kan förebyggas genom att utgå från rutinaktivitetsteorin och sedan beskriva de tre faktorerna i brottet (polis, varg och jägare). Detta leder slutligen ut i konkreta förslag på hur brottet kan förebyggas..

Som grund till denna rapport ligger de olyckor som varit i samband med illegal streetracing och det projekt som startat för att minska detta, samt att jag som motorintresserad blivande polis sannolikt kommer att träffa på streetracing ute i trafiken. Genom att fördjupa mig i Blackrace hoppas jag kunna bidra med mera kunskap om vad det är för någonting både för poliser och även andra myndigheter. Jag vill även visa om det har bidragit till att minska den illegala streetracing som förekommer på våra allmänna vägar. Mitt arbete bygger till största del av samtal med projektledare för Blackrace, polis och deltagare..

Hotel and restaurant industry have always been seen as an industry with low status and poorworking conditions. Low wages, temporary contracts, illegal work, and sexual harassment are the rule rather than the exception when the employee?s working conditions discusses. By using the right dogmatic approach together with a social science perspective the purpose of the study has been answered. The purpose has been to contribute to a greater understanding of how it is that the hotel and restaurant industry?s poor working conditions can be maintained, the extent to which the working conditions of the employees is ensured and why mostly young people, women and people with foreign backgrounds are employed in the industry.

We examined why file sharing is such a widespread phenomenon and what drives the persons that using file sharing, and what consequences it has on their consuming and ownership. We reached our goal by interviewing ten people who download files, using a qualitative method. We present the internet community where sharing files, copyright and the IPRED law are important ingredients for how the new generation consumer?s patterns look like. Today you can travel all over the world with a push on a button in just a few seconds.

With the development of the Internet, illegal copying of electronic documents has become a growing problem. There is an increasing need of prevention in the field of pirate copying. One method is to mark the document by changing some of the words to synonyms. In this way it is possible to construct legal copies which do not differ in content but still are unique. Since the copies of the documents are unique, it is possible to trace the owner of a document and accordingly call him or her to account for pirate copying if several exactly similar copies are reaching the market.

The aim of this paper is to define the perceived consumer values that physical record stores create in order to compete with other distribution technologies. A qualitative method has been used, based on interviews with managers of three records stores in Stockholm. Interviews with their customers have been conducted also. The content has been analyzed with passable theories and the two sources have been compared when adequate.The conclusion of the study is that the physical record stores create many different consumer values, and that many of these are hard to transfer to other distribution technologies. One of the most important values for the consumer is that the personnel have a broad knowledge about music.

This thesis takes its starting point in the 27 Chapter 1, section 1 of the Swedish code of judicial procedure, where the following is found:?objects reasonably presumed important to a criminal investigation or taken from a person through a criminal act or subject to criminal forfeiture may be seized?In this thesis we have investigated what kinds of problems occur when the seized object is part of an investigation of IT-related criminality. We have used methodological investigations of Swedish laws, legal usage, and the preliminary work with laws. Further have three interviews been made with different actors affected by or involved in seize of objects. These persons were a police officer, a public prosecutor, and a person whose object has been seized.The result we present is that there exist three kinds of problems related to objects that are seized within the demarcation of this study.

An employee that informs on illegal or unethical behavior in the workplace is what has been called a whistleblower. Employees that have become whistleblowers have often faced tragic consequences, like threats from the organization, unemployment, bankruptcy and divorce. The purpose of this paper is, on the basis of different ethical perspectives to describe the justification of the whistleblowing phenomenon and apply this to the Swedish whistleblower Ingvar Bratt who ?blew the whistle? when he found out that Bofors AB, the company he worked for, were smuggling arms to the countries Dubai and Bahrein. The method that has been used in this paper is what Björn Badersten call a normative ?givet att?- analysis.

Unaccompanied minors who are fleeing and being sent way from their countries of origin are nothing new. In 2011, 12 225 unaccompanied minors where registered in The European Union, none undocumented minors included. Most of the minors are coming from Afghanistan and Somalia. The aim of this essay is to investigate how The European Union?s migration policies are applied in reality and how United Nation?s Convention on the Right of Children are put in practice by the member states of The European Union and Norway.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka hur folk väljer att se på sina tv-serier och varför. För att ta reda på detta genomfördes två stycken fokusgruppsintervjuer där deltagarna svarade på frågor om tv-serier, dvd- boxar, play-tjänster och fildelning. För att skapa mig en förståelse för dessa val använde jag mig av Users & Gratification theory som en vetenskaplig teori. Resultaten från fokusgruppsintervjuerna användes senare för att sammanställa en frågeguide som besvarades av representanter för de största svenska tv-kanalernas play-tjänster. Anledningen till att kontakta tv-kanalerna var att jag ville ha både producenternas och konsumenternas åsikter med i uppsatsen.

This paper examines the professional role of the music journalist and how it has been affected by the expansion of the Internet. The study aims to examine  the profession's outlook and how professional music journalists are working to reach the public with interesting information, despite the fact that the audience of today often can be first to deliver the news. Through qualitative research interviews with three current music journalists the professional role and its development is examined. Based on theories and previous research on journalism, how the media communicates and its importance to society, what it is to be a music journalist and the spread of digitization and the impact of file sharing the results are analyzed. The conclusions of the study are that it isn?t a profession that is disappearing but rather a profession that is working towards a new future.
