The Swedish oligopoly system that prevailed within the provision-industry has during the latest years subsided. The competition on the market has increased when new participants were given the opportunity to enter the Swedish market. Today the provision-industry is characterized by different foreign participants. Among these new participants one can find Lidl and Netto, who have entered the market enable to provide the Swedish people with an inexpensive range of products. In pace with the growing rivalry the benefits favor the consumers whom are being given several options to choose between.

By using the cyborg as a structural tool to analyze certain aspects of human interaction with what can be perceived as landscape or landscape architectural elements, this thesis seeks to explore the concept of the cyborg landscape in order to place human practice in the context of postmodern ideas of the end of true nature. Ever since human kind has externalized evo-lution by using tools and extending the body with technological inventions, we have also taken our surroundings out of their natural trajectory. Everything we do that is conditioned by the use of technology is altering that which we perceive as nature and natural. Since we have been doing this for millennia we have of course also altered our surroundings by the influence of technology.This thesis uses three examples of landscape or landscape architectural elements that are conditioned by the integration of technology to explore this practice through a postmodern model of analysis based on the concept and basic premises of the cyborg, or the cybernetic organism. A cybernetic organism is in short an organism that has functioning technological parts integrated into its system.

The EU market is being deregulated, which sees Swedish farmers that have traditionally been governed by different support systems being forced to adapt to a free market system and having to deal with the concept of supply and demand. The farming sector has during the past several years experienced harder conditions and the deregulation of the market has directly affected farmers. This Master Thesis is a product development project that has been carried out in cooperation withLappset Sweden AB.The purpose has been to develop a group of products suited for parks andtraditional playground locations. The specific target area has been courtyards of newly builtresidential areas. (These pieces of open land resemble glades that can be found in the forest,which in Swedish is called ?gläntan? and has given name to the product family). Therefore thedesign should match contemporary architecture.

This graduation thesis is about baths and beach like places in city centers. It focuses on recreation and the creation and development of public, social spaces in the city containing water as a visual and useable element. The thesis is divided into three parts; background, inspiration and application. The background examines four factors which we consider important for the occurrence of inner city baths; water, the history of bathing, inner city recreation and social life in public places. A discussion of the (future) importance of inner city baths and beach like places' is then presented. The inspirational part is divided into examples of existing places and examples of types of places. The first is used in an attempt to examine the function and importance of inner city baths and beach like places as well as the opportunities and challenges associated with them. The latter contains a presentation of six categories developed by us to facilitate the planning of inner city baths and beach like places.

Tidi-gare forskning har i huvudsak studerat nätmobbning och nätkränkningar bland barn och ungdo-mar varpå föreliggande studie studerar fenomenet bland unga vuxna. Studien syftar i huvudsak till att undersöka förekomsten av nätkränkningar och/eller nätmobbning, via digital interaktions-teknik, bland unga vuxna, detta både ur ett förövar- och offerperspektiv.

Syftet med studien är åskådliggöra hur myndigheter, publika medier och medmänniskor skriver om och talar kring män som utsätts för våld i nära relationer, att beskriva den verklighet som dessa män befinner sig i och vad som behövs för att åstadkomma en attitydförändring.Metoden baserades på en narrativ analys utifrån vetenskapliga och populärvetenskapliga artiklar samt texter från publika medier från SocIndex och Google. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna har varit bland annat normer gällande kön, jämställdhet, konsekvenser av utsatthet för våld samt viktimologi. Utifrån det angivna syftet anser vi att narrativ analys är en passande metod eftersom intresset ligger i att studera hur språket, ordval och hur individer framställs och framställer sig själv som sociala och kulturella varelse.Resultatet presenterar attityder kring kvinnors våld mot män i nära relationer. Kapitlet inleds med en genomgång av de dominerande attityderna, vilka är att män inte kan vara offer och att kvinnor inte kan vara förövare. Vidare redovisas hur dessa attityder kan få för negativa konsekvenser för våldsutsatta män och avslutningsvis presenteras att dessa män bör inkluderas i jämställdhetsarbetet för att nyansera inställningen kring våld i nära relationer.Diskussionen inleds med en sammanfattande slutsats utifrån resultatet.

Background: The Swedish Parliament passed a law change in late 2010, suspending the former requirement for all Swedish incorporated companies to have an auditor. The new limit values allow the smallest incorporated companies to dismiss the auditor of the company (or not appoint one in the case of a newly started company). The opinions of abolishing mandatory audit vary, and little research has been done post to the law change. However, a new situation has arisen, meaning the optional choice of voluntary audit, for some companies.Aims and research questions: The aim of the thesis is to examine the reasons behind voluntary audit in Sweden, as well as what value companies, having chosen audit, see in their auditor. The following research questions have been used in order to fulfill the aim of the thesis: ?Why do small private owner-led incorporated companies in Sweden voluntarily choose audit?? and ?What value does the voluntarily chosen auditor add to the companies??Methodology: The research questions were formulated after reviewing relevant literature and scientific articles regarding the topic of voluntary audit, as well as the recent law change in Sweden.

Barnsexturism kännetecknas av ojämlikhet mellan den utvecklade och underutvecklade delen av världen. Barnsexturisterna är oftast västerländska män som reser till utvecklingsländer länder för att utnyttja barn. Det har dock sedan länge funnits såväl folkrättsligt bindande överenskommelser som juridiskt bindande lagar mot barnarbete och sexuellt utnyttjande av barn. Det till trots utnyttjas tre miljoner barn årligen inom barnsexturismindustrin. Många av utvecklingsländerna präglas nämligen av dysfunktionalitet såsom korruption och bristfällig tillämpning av de befintliga lagarna.
