Det finns en hel del forskning om hedersrelaterad problematik. Det har också skrivits ett flertal skönlitterära böcker i ämnet samt skildrats i massmedia. Oftast skildras flickorna/kvinnorna som offer och pojkarna/männen som förövare, vilket naturligtvis är fullständigt relevant utifrån de händelserna som har skildrats. Det är emellertid intressant att höra pojkarnas röster i den här frågan, dels då de själva kan råka ut för hedersrelaterat våld och dels då de är bärare av denna kultur då de själva en dag kanske ska bli fäder. Med anledning av detta har jag valt att skriva en uppsats med syftet: Att studera hur unga invandrarmän som berörs av s.k.

The purpose of this study has been to investigate how psychosocial support for families where a parent suffers from a life threatening illness can be constructed. The intent was also to explore how the child's perspective is protected and what barriers and opportunities there are for family oriented support. The study has a qualitative approach and includes interviews with four social workers. The interviews were analyzed with a systems theory and attachment theory. The conclusions are that the whole family suffers psychological and social pressures when a parent is sick.

I den här uppsatsen kommer korruptionens påverkan på Bosnien-Hercegovinas demokrati att analyseras. Korruptionen har ett starkt fäste inom landet då det ses som en vanlig del av samhället både från medborgare och politikerns synvinkel, detta ses som ett hinder för fortsatt utveckling på flera nivåer. Tanken finns, om att Daytonavtalet möjliggör för korruption på grund av avtalets stiftande av landets komplexa struktur och uppdelning. Uppsatsen metod är en fallstudie, där landets korrupta tillstånd kommer analyseras utifrån ett teoretiskt ramverk. Korruptionens påverkan på demokratin kommer att analyseras utifrån Marks Warrens (2004) teori: den moderna tanken om korruption, där korruptionens effekt inom olika domäner i samhället analyseras.

This thesis is an evaluation of the campaign [The digitally curious] that is part of the regional marketing campaign Futurum.kom. Its purpose was to strengthen the library's role in society. The campaign includes Regionbibliotek Kalmar, Länsbibliotek Sydost and also 25 public libraries in Kronoberg, Kalmar and Blekinge. The campaign [The digitally curious] is one of several cluster campaigns targeting their marketing to a specific audience and aims to promote awareness of what libraries have to offer and provide information on digital media and services. The target group for the campaign is a man between 45-65 years old, who is interested in digital technology.

The technical evolution has a great influence on the public libraries. Electronic media becomes more and more common. This Master´s thesis is based upon the Swedish Library law 9§ (SFS 1996:1596) which says: Public- and school libraries should pay special attention to children and teenagers by offering books, information technology and other media, adapted to their needs, to encourage development of language and stimulate reading. From this point of view we have examined why the children´s departments in public libraries offer CD-ROM games which are based upon characters from the literature, how they are used in the daily activity and how they can contribute to the development of the children´s department.We have made literary studies and empirical investigations including interviews, observation studies etc. The results from this studies shows that both young and adults appreciate the CD-ROM games.

This thesis is a feasibility study for a future product development project. The purpose ofthis project is to evaluate the possibilities and difficulties associated with the design of anelectric power assist servo for all terrain vehicles (ATVs). The project has been carriedout in collaboration with Nira Control AB. Nira designs and manufactures electric andelectro mechanic products mainly for the motor sport market segment.Nira Control AB is developing a fuel injection system for a new line of large ATVs oncommission. To be able to compete with manufacturers like Yamaha and Honda thecommissioner should be able to offer optional power assist steering.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate how gender and sexuality are made in the videogames Prince of Persia and Fable II, and more specifically to look at possibilities and limitations for the construction of gender and sexuality in these games. I understand videogames as an interactive media form that differs from other types of media like film and literature. It is a media form that depends on a player to be played. At the same time it is constituted by rules of how it can be played. I have analyzed my material by a method called close-playing.

The aim of the current study was to highlight the social service work with domestic violence against women. In this study, we examined whether there was a difference in the way the social service works and if their effort differ in terms of domestic violence. Moreover, this study investigated how social workers work to prevent future violence against victims also what method they use to find out the causes behind men?s violence against women.A total of four administrative officers were interviewed from two different municipalities. All four officers were actively working with questions concerning domestic violence against women.

However, the number of people educated to handle information also increases. Business intelligence has for a long time been a well-known tool for companies to be competitive. Because of the increased access to information the competition between companies has intensified and more people have become aware of the advantages of business intelligence and how it can help them compete.

The purpose of this master thesis is to use marketing theory on the library?s activities. The marketing theory used is the 4Ps; product, price, promotion and place, as it's presented by Philip Kotler. Because the library can be seen as a service oriented organization Christian Gronroos theory of marketing in the service industry also has been used. A case study of the public library in Broby was made to illustrate how the public libraries? activities can appear in the light of marketing theory.

Background: According to the Swedish Social Board induced abortions are increasing in the modern day society. Nurses who work with in the gynecological department can come across patients seeking care for an induced abortion.Theoretical framework: The findings of the study will be discussed in relation to Peplau's nursing theory, ethical concepts and nursing concepts.Aim: The aim of the literature review was to illuminate the experiences of nurses working with induced abortion.Method: A systematic literature review with an inductive approach was chosen. The findings are based on seven qualitative and two quantitative studies. The articles were assessed through two different modified templates based on qualitative or quantitative design.Findings: Nurses and midwives experienced their work with induced abortions as emotionally stressful. However, it was highlighted that all women have the right whether to choose abortion or to proceed with the pregnancy.

Bakgrund: Kvinnor som utsatts för våld i nära relarion kommer mer frekvent i kontakt med sjukvården än andra kvinnor. Flera kvinnor som söker vård för sina skador identifieras aldrig som offer för våld i nära relation. Detta beror på att flera sjuksköterskor saknar utbildning i att identifiera att våld förekommer. Det finns en osäkerhet hos sjuksköterskan i mötet med våldsutsatta kvinnor som gör att mötet med vården av kvinnan påverkas.Syfte: Syftet var att belysa sjuksköterskans upplevelse och föreställningar av mötet med våldsutsatta kvinnor inom hälso-och sjukvården.Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie där sex kvalitativa artiklar och två kvantitativa artiklar har granskats, analyserats och kategoriserats.Resultat: Det fanns en tydlig emotionell påverkan hos sjuksköterskor under och efter mötet med våldsutsatta kvinnor. En påverkan som ibland var så stor att det påverkade deras privatliv.

AbstractThe aim of the study was to describe how school nurses experience the work with overweightchildren and youths from the compulsory school to upper secondary school and what kind ofnursing interventions they perform. The study had a descriptive design and ten school nursesfrom a municipality in the middle of Sweden participated. Data were collected by semistructured interviews and analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The result is presentedin six categories and one theme. The category to identify and investigate describes how theschool nurses, based on the result from the health interviewing, identified and investigated theoverweight children.

The purpose of this study is to highlight the situation for youths leaving foster care and entering adult life. The study examines the services provided by the social service in the Stockholm area when a youth is leaving foster care, and if a recent change in the legislation has had any impact on the operating procedures of the social service. The study includes interviews with youths who recently left foster care, as well as information collected from social service offices through a survey, supplemented by interviews with practicing social workers. All the assembled data have been analyzed using Ecological Systems theory with focus on the child perspective and the term significant others. The study shows that the respondent youth have trouble identifying the formal ending with social services, as well as the support they received or were offered.

I möten mellan människor sker samspelet på ett kommunikativt plan där den professionella förhållningen innebär att bemöta och inte bara att möta en annan person. Polisens bemötande har stor betydelse för hur ett brottsoffer bearbetar upplevelsen av brottet hon upplevt. Syftet med studien var att undersöka och beskriva polisens uppfattningar av bemötande av brottsoffer, utifrån deras personliga erfarenheter av att vara brottsoffer. Studien genomfördes med en fenomenografisk forskningsansats och kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer av sex poliser. I en fenomenografisk studie är avsikten att försöka hitta variationen i och kategorisera människors erfarenheter i det tilltänkta undersökningsområdet.
