This degree project has been done in parallel to the advertising agency Hera in Uppsala, and containsthe creating of a logotype and graphic profile for Aircall, a new big chain of shops dealing with telecommunication.Aircall was found 1 February 2004, when three smaller companies became one. Thisnew company were in need of a common brand and a uniform profile. The created graphic profile hasbeen applied to visiting cards, letterhead, envelopes, letter cards, bags, cars and advertisement. Thegraphic profile has also been used when designing the shop interior end exterior. Research has beendone on competitors graphic profiles and advertisement.

In the year 1800, about 5 % of the world population lived in cities (World Wide Fund for Nature, 2012, 3). Today that number is about 70 % in Europe and North America, and in 2050 it is expected to be 86 % in the developed world and 67 % in the developing world (www, UN, 2009). In addition, the global population is expected to increase with 2.2 billion people until 2050. As a result of the population increase more food has to be produced which requires more transport from the countryside to the cities. However, this flow of resources faces some difficulties.

Bakgrund och problemformulering: Det finns en komplexitet vid användandet av olika styrmodeller och därför är det av vikt att kritiskt granska vilka styrmedel som implementeras i organisationen. Det är även viktigt att se till att styrmodellerna samverkar och välja den rätta kombinationen av dem. Problematiken handlar om att organisationer använder sig av styrmodeller som inte är kompatibla med varandra. Styrmodeller som bygger på olika styrlogiker riskerar att motverka varandra vilket kan leda till obalanser och negativa effekter.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att, via enkätstudie, beskriva om mellanchefer upplever balans mellan ekonomistyrningsmodellerna; mål- och resultatstyrning samt detaljstyrning och förklara om skillnaden i ägandet kan vara en förklaringsfaktor till eventuella obalanser. Vi vill även veta hur det tar sig i uttryck.

I detta examensarbete har en studie genomförts av hur väl 3D-skrivning kan tillämpas i Volvo Cars i Skövdes produktion. En litteraturstudie har genomförts för att åskådliggöra de olika 3D-skrivningsteknikerna och deras användningsområde. För att på ett överskådligt sätt jämföra de olika teknikernas duglighet har en bedömningsskala utvecklad av Nasa använts. Denna skala benämns som Technology Readiness Level (TRL). Den teknik som bedöms som mest lämplig med avseende på fullskalig produktion samt prototyptillverkning är Selective laser melting (SLM).För att åskådliggöra fördelar med 3D-skrivare har en förenklad 3D-modell av Volvos cylinderblock I5D modellerats.

AbstractThe project "Sound and Play" have been implemented in collaboration with the toy company BRIO in Malmo. The purpose of the project was to examine whether and how BRIO in the future could develop toys around sound for Toddlers.The problem formulations that would be answered after completion of the project was "How could BRIO broaden its product range with the help of audio toys?", "How can you combine toys and sounds in an interesting way for children?", "How do you create a toy with sound that is fun for the child, but not annoying for parents?". Currently BRIO only has two toys with sound in this age group.The expression of the toy was going to be a mix of classic and cool and the overall feeling of the toy was going to be explorative and arouse curiosity in the child. This feeling would be communicated through simplicity and joy.

Syftet med rapporten är att utvärdera vilka hot och möjligheter som uppstår i anslutning till implementeringen av kulturförändringen och hur kan en förförståelse av dessa hot och möjligheter omsättas i en effektivare implementeringsstrategi.Tidigare forskning/Teori: I denna rapport används Edgar Scheins organisationskulturs teori används som analysverktyg för att skapa en förståelse för organisationskultur. Magnus Forslunds ledarskapsteori används i rapporten som analysverktyg för att förklara chefers påverkan på organisationen. Dean Fixen och Bo Ahrenfelt förändrings- och implementerings teorier kommer att användas som analysverktyg. Den tidigare studien från ord till handling som handlar om arbetarnas förutsättningar, tillvägagångssätt och reaktioner på ledarskapet, används för att skapa en förförståelse om det valda företagets tidigare kulturförändringar.Metoden för studien är kvalitativ och datainsamlingen skedde genom nio stycken personliga intervjuer med medarbetare och chefer på Volvo Cars Sweden. Det kvalitativa tillvägagångssättet är uppbyggt av tre faser, datainsamling, bearbetning av data och analys av data.

Allt större och större andel företag väljer att presentera och förmedla varor och tjänster via e-handel. En viktig aspekt vid e-handel är att kunden känner förtroende för e-handelsapplikationen och företaget. Denna rapport redogör för vilken inverkan multimediala inslag har för förtroendet av en e-handelsapplikation, vid initialt användande. En undersökning har genomförts med hjälp av en kooperativ utvärdering av fyra e-handelsapplikationer vilka innehåller olika typer av multimediala inslag har.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att multimediala inslag inverkar positivt på förtroendet för e-handelsapplikationer. Däremot finns indikationer på att för hög grad av multimedialt inslag inverkar negativt på förtroendet för e-handelsapplikationer..

Today, high-yielding leys of good quality are a must for Swedish dairy and beef enterprises if they are to become profitable. Thus, it is of interest to evaluate the quality of the recently released high-yielding Festulolium hybrids ((Festulolium braunii (K.Rich.) A.Camus). The aim of this project was to determine at what phenological stage three different Festulolium hybrids should be cut in order to get the highest nutritional value. The hybrids studied were Hykor, Perun and Paulita. In the study I also investigated if leaf proportion of the crop could be useful for predictions of the crop content of metabolizable energy. The cultivars were grown in plots within a variety trial with ryegrasses.

Detta examensarbete är utfört på Volvo Cars i Torslanda, hädanefter refererat till VCT. På Torslandaverket tillverkas bilmodellerna S80, V70, V70XC och XC90. Varje bil skräddarsys för kunden och är näst intill unik. Detta medför att antal artiklar ökar och det i sin tur leder till ökade lagernivåer. Idag har VCT problem med att det inte finns tillräckligt med lageryta och de måste finna lösningar för att reducera lagernivåer.

Uppsatsens syfte är att utreda hur EU:s förändringar i moder/dotterbolagsdirektivet kommer att påverka svensk lagstiftning i form av IL och SFL. Förändringarna i direktivet har gjorts för att förhindra bolagens användande av s.k. hybridlån för att uppnå dubbel icke-beskattning i medlemsstater. Utöver den här förändringen har det även infogats gemensamma skatteflyktbestämmelser i direktivet, bestämmelser som samtliga medlemsstater måste följa. Sverige har sedan tidigare implementerat moder/dotterbolagsdirektivet i svensk lagstiftning och har även en lag mot skatteflykt.

This report concentrates on why more people do not choose an environmentally friendly car instead of a conventional car. To find this answer we have used theories that include decision - behavior and environment - philosophy. We have also made four surveys, which includes several interviews. The results of these interviews, together with the secondary data we have found, have been analyzed against the theories made by our choice. We have found that the stimulus that we have today isn?t enough to make more people choose an environmentally friendly car instead of a conventional car.

Under konferenser distribueras det ut mycket material mellan konferensarrangörerna och deltagarna. Idag sker det mesta av denna distribuering i pappersform. Genom att utnyttja den tekniken som finns inom datakommunikation kan datanätverk användas för att underlätta denna informationsspridning. I denna rapport har två olika nätverkstopologier undersökts för att se hur dessa kan användas för att tillgodose de önskemål som finns på kommunikation vid en konferens. De topologier som undersökts är trådbundna LAN samt spontana nätverk.

This work examines the students´ thoughts on climate change with a focus on carbondioxid through photosynthesis and the carbon emissions from cars. The study is based on two subject areas, one with a focus on enhanced greenhouse effect, and the other focusing on photosythesis. The survey was conducted by means of qualitative interviews with students in grades four and six. The results describe that student´s understanding for photosynthesis and the carbondioxids function for photosynthesis doesn´t change significantly from grade four to grade six. I have divided the students inte three levels based on their understandingof the various fields, and their use of adequate concepts.
