This essay takes its start in the problematic situation concerning source material in the study of the Norse religion before the Christianization of Scandinavia. There is a lack of written sources from the time when the religion was still practiced. There are plenty of archeological sources economic situation than their religious beliefs. The Icelandic stories written in the 13th and 14th centuries give us a broad pictureof the Norse mythology, but the writers were Christians which makes their reliability questionable.The focus of this essay is therefore on two texts written during the time when the Norse religion was still in practice. The first source is the travel notes written in 922 by the Muslim scholar Ahmad ibn Fadlan who met a group of the Rus? people.

Malt lymphoma is a malignant disease that can arise in a variety of extra nodal sites. Previous studies indicate that tumour arise from more mature B-cells.Our purpose was to examine the presence of clonality and somatic hypermutation of immunoglobulin (IgV?) of MALT lymphomas.Paraffin-embedded tumour samples from13 MALT lymphoma were subjected to rearrangement analysis, by using PCR, heteroduplex gels and sequence analysis.Successful amplification was seen in 10/13 cases and sequences of IgV? genes were obtained in 6/13, all of them were mutated. The percentage of mutation compared to germline sequences was 1,1% to 8,6% monoclonal rearrangemang. It was demonstrated that 5 of 7 clones were derived from the V?3 family, 2 from V?1 and 1 from the V? 4 family..

Såväl i staters och myndigheters hantering av flyktingfrågor som i den forskning som behandlar flyktingar, asyl och EU:s gräns- och flyktingpolitik talar man mest om flyktingar utifrån en manlig norm. Men vad händer när kvinnor försöker fly till EU? Har EU:s gräns- och flyktingpolitik några könsspecifika konsekvenser för kvinnor? De diskursiva och strukturella ramarna utforskas kritiskt med avstamp i den kunskap och erfarenhet som genereras hos den svenska flyktingrörelsens aktörer.Analysen bygger på intervjuer med sju personer från den svenska flyktingrörelsen. Med deras kunskap och analyser som utgångspunkt utforskar jag relevansen av kön i flyktsituationen och asylprocessen. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna bygger på ett ramverk av centrala statsvetenskapliga begrepp, så som medborgarskap, nationell identitet och politik, som jag utvecklar med tonvikt på feministisk teori och intersektionalitet.Jag konstaterar att kvinnors möjligheter att fly till EU och deras säkerhet och förutsättningar under flykten påverkas könsspecifikt av de lagar och regleringar som tillsammans utgör Fort Europa.

The purpose of this study is to get an idea of how active teachers in various stages are defining and working with values in their activities, and to highlight the similarities and differences in the way that they are working on this in the various stages. Qualitative interviews with teachers in preschool, primary education and recreational centres are the basis of the results.The study provides an overview of previous research in the area, and has a theoretical basis in Vygotskys sociocultural theory. The results show that respondents believe that the definition of values lays in relational values, which show us how to behave against fellow human beings. The way to work with value education proves to be different among educators, and we can divide them into different camps based on their attitude to value education. These attitudes are shown to be of importance for how the value education is designed..

Studien syftet är att undersöka om barn som har ammats längre än ett år har ökad risk för karies före sex års ålder. Metoden är en systematisk litteraturstudie där databaserna Cinahl, Cocharane och PubMed har sökts. Resultatet baserades på fyra kohortstudier och tio tvärsnittsstudier. However there are not enough studies in this field on the interaction between mobile devices and the physical world. In order to understand user needs, and to encourage users to interact, we simulated an interaction process through designing and testing a prototype in a specific indoor environment. It has been controlled through constrictive fashion, family and social virtues and through how we perceive gender and sexuality.
