Today, there are no standardized ways to characterize SOA, many are talking about SOA and many say they are using SOA. One way that we have chosen to characterize this phenomenon is through an evaluation that will indicate whether SOA have been used in the development. Basedon a Service Oriented Architecture literature study, we have created an evaluation pattern resulting SOA principles of integration, architecture and services. This evaluation was applied to Logica's own integration system AgrCom through an empirical study to result in a response indicating whether AgrCom is SOA based. The results of the evaluation show that AgrCom is part of an SOA solution but not an SOA as a whole concept.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka varför fyra olika organisationer använder vissa rekryteringsmetoder. Utifrån detta syfte formulerades en frågeställning om vilka bakomliggande orsaker som kan påverka valet av rekryteringsmetoder i dessa fyra olika organisationer. Studien genomfördes med hjälp av kvalitativasemistrukturerade intervjuer med fyra organisationer, varav två verkade inom privat sektor och tvåverkade inom offentlig sektor. Studien visar att de fyra olika organisationerna använder ett flertal olika rekryteringsmetoder vid tillsättandet av lediga tjänster. Valet av de olika metoderna kan ses grunda sig på olika bakomliggande orsaker; organisationernas uppgift, organisationens omvärld, makt och styrning samt tillgången på resurser.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka vilka styrmekanismer som förekommer i innovationsintensiva organisationer och hur dessa påverkar innovationsförmågan. På detta sätt är förhoppningen att skapa en förståelse kring samspelet mellan ledarskap, individ och organisation. Arbetet har utförts genom en fallstudie med en komparativ design. Då syftet är att skapa en förståelse kring studieobjekten har vi utgått ifrån en tolkande ansats och uteslutande använt kvalitativ data. Studien har genomförts på fyra organisationer: Gambro, BMC, BioInvent och Jolife.

Inertia beskrivs i litteraturen som ett organisatoriskt förändringsmotstånd och förklaras ofta vara orsaken till att organisationsförändringar misslyckas. Uppsatsen syftar till att genom litteraturstudie öka förståelsen för vad inertia är för något, vad organisationsförändring innebär samt hur dessa två faktorer påverkar lärandet i organisationen.Resultatet av denna litteraturstudie är att inertia konstateras vara en del av det som utgör organisationskulturen samt att inertia som begrepp i sig är olämpligt eftersom detta är i grunden naturvetenskapligt. Avslutningsvis konstateras att det som betecknas som inertia skulle kunna vara såväl ett hinder som en möjlighet för lärande i organisationen. Detta beroende på vilket synsätt man har på organisationer och organisationsförändringar. Sandberg & Targama (1998) konstateras förespråka ett synsätt som skulle kunna vara till stor nytta för organisationer inför förändringar då lärande bör ske.

Bakgrund: Projektifiering innebär att företag går från en stark linjeorganisation mot att betona projektdimensionen. Denna förändring skapar nya förutsättningar för medarbetare och torde även ha samband med företagets syn på sin personal som strategisk resurs. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att kartlägga och analysera de förändringar som sker inom Human Resource Management i samband med företags projektifiering. Genomförande: Det empiriska materialet består huvudsakligen av intervjuer med nyckelpersoner på Posten och Saab Aerospace. Resultat: HR-funktionen har en viktig roll i projektifieringsprocessen.

Although  ?naming and shaming? paedophiles are growing in Sweden, professionals working with the rehabilitation and treatment of paedophiles describe that the naming and shaming might not prevent child sex abuse. On the opposite naming and shaming alienates the perpetrator from any ordinary life. The alienation could lead them to only having other paedophiles as friends. Previous studies show that professionals are often distancing themselves from working with paedophiles, even if there is competence.

The company Sound Precision has developed a new Line Array loudspeaker system (VHA-40). When using this system, their customers need computer aid to get the best possible sound-quality and control of sound levels for the whole audience. The aim of this thesis is to develop a truly useful sound quality simulator for the VHA-40. The system will help the sound engineers to position the loudspeakers for optimal sound by simulating loudspeaker configurations and visualizing the resulting sound quality and quantity. To solve this a human-centered design (HCD) approach is taken to implement a system that is truly useful for the users, meaning that they will use it more and hence deliver better sound for the audience.

Idag blir organisationer allt mer distanserade och kommunikationen sker mer och mer elektroniskt. Tekniken för detta finns men hur arbetar medarbetarna i organisationerna med tekniken för att säkerställa lärandet? Syfte: Med denna uppsats vill vi bidra till andra människors lärande så väl som till vårt eget lärande. Vi vill skapa förståelse för elektroniska kommunikationsmedel i lärande organisationer.

The subject for this Master's thesis is the mission of the public library concerning target group everybody. Control documents, traditions, norms and trends influence how this is interpreted and how the library's service is being formed. The often very abstract terms used to describe the public library's mission makes it open for different interpretations. We are of the opinion that the public library's service should be formed to reflect the needs, interests, and priorities of the community it services, in order to be more attractive and useful.The aim of our study is to examine how the public librarians define and adjust to the mission to satisfy all citizens needs. Why do they choose to concentrate on certain target groups? And what does that show of how the public libraries reflect their communities? Our investigation includes examining six activities aimed at a certain target group and the six public libraries that carried these out.

This essay is about human beings. These human beings in particular are priests and LGBTQ-persons who work in the Swedish Church in Växjö diocese. During research I have conducted qualitative interviews with people who are LGBTQ-persons and work as priests in Växjö diocese. These interviews have been analyzed through queer theory and Mary Douglas theory about anomalia.My aim with this essay is to find out what it means to be a LGBTQ- person and work as a priest in this diocese.I wanted to learn more about where the difficulties lie. How the priests are treated by others and how they see themselves.

To be able to analyse the term advertisement it is crucial to separate it from the term marketing and observe advertising as a part of the complete marketing. We have two main focuses with this qualitative research and the first one of these is to analyse the changes in advertising when considering style, message and characteristics. The advertiser has a wide range of tools that he or she can use to make commercials follow the trends and changes in society.

The rise of social media has created an endless source of possibilities for companies to interact and connect with their target audiences. As it is a new channel, companies may experience uncertainty on how to use it to its fullest potential.The purpose of this study is to describe how the Public Service radio channel, P4 Kalmar, use its Facebook page and how its members perceive the communication on this platform. We have also presented recommendations on how P4 Kalmar can improve the relationship with its members. To reach our conclusions we have combined theoretical references with a quantitative content analyze, a survey and qualitative depth interviews.By analyzing our findings we came to the conclusion that P4 Kalmar have to develop a strategy for communicating on social media. But since no general communication strategy for the organization exists they have to develop one before developing one for social media.

Dynamisk lokalisering av tjänster via en registertjänst används för att applikationer skall finna andra applikationer. Vi designar och implementerar en mekanism i Web services som gör det möjligt att byta en tjänst under exekvering. Ett sådant byte kan vara intressant av två skäl, tjänster kan registreras utan att vara tillgängliga, eller att det uppstår ett fel under exekvering som gör att tjänsten blir otillgänglig..
