The use of balanced scorecards have spread explosively throughout the world during the last decade. This management tool have become very common in a vide spread variety of organisations on all continents. Many balanced scorecard fails though and scorecard theorists often blame the identification- and implementation process as they claim that these lay the foundation for the use of the tool. As my literature study shows, academic research on the area is rare. Particularly the effect on the implementation process from organisational dynamics and organisational structures needs further research.

Jag upplever det som att dagens samhälle är i ett konstant läge av förändring, vilket borde medföra att de företag som finns ute i samhälle måste befinna sig i ett konstant läge av anpassning. Utifrån det undrar jag hur företagen kan klara av att hantera de mänskliga resurserna samtidigt som de måste klara av den föränderliga omgivningen. Jag har därför valt att undersöka personalhanteringen på tre företag inom samma bransch för att fastställa ifall personalhanteringen utvecklas åt liknande håll. Eller om företagen utvecklas åt helt olika håll utan några likheter. De företag som jag undersöker lyckas uppenbarligen med konststycket att anpassa sig samtidigt som de hanterar sin personal och det jag är intresserad av är hur lyckas de med en sådan balansering.Mitt syfte är således inte att hitta ett gyllene snitt för personalhantering utan om möjligt finna liknelser mellan hur de företag jag kommer i kontakt med hanterar personal.

This field study examined how elderly and cognitively disabled people used and experienced a social companion robot. The following pages explores the questions: Which are the physical, social and affective qualities during the interaction? The aim was to through observations see how qualities of interaction could activate different forms of behavior. The results show that motion, sound and the eyes together created communicative and emotional changes for users who felt joy and were willing to share the activity with others. The robot stimulated to some extent users to create their own imaginative experiences but often failed to involve user or group for a long time and was also considered too large and heavy to handle..

I denna uppsats har jag studerat förändringsledningen vid en förändring avstrategisk HR (Human Resources). Syftetmed rapporten är att undersöka hur det går att tillämpa teorier kring förändringsledningi praktiken. Studien kommer att undersökaområdet Talent Management (ett företagsstrategiska HR) i syfte att förstå hur förändringsledning bedrivs. Frågor som därmedblir relevanta att besvara är i vilken omfattning etablerade förändringsledningsteorier används vid en Talent Management-­?förändring och omanvändandet är lågt, identifiera orsakerna till detta.

Charles Hartshorne (1897-2000) was a religious philosopher. He adopted and developed the cosmologic thinking and concept of God from the philosopher Alfred North Whitehead, he was also influenced by Heidegger, Spinoza and other philosophers. There is a discrepancy between national school guidelines towards inclusive education, and the current political trend towards economic efficacy, that may be problematic for teachers. The aim of this contextual study is to formulate a contextual understanding of the participating teachers? perceptions of their effort to help all their students achieve the goals set forth by school curricula, and use this understanding for the purpose of suggesting points of entry for special needs educators´ guidance of teachers? practices towards more inclusive education.Information was gathered by sending an extensive web questionnaire to all teachers within a given headmaster´s administration, sending web questionnaires to a majority of third grade students taught by those teachers, conducting interviews with a few of the participating teachers as well as with the special needs educators, carrying out a classroom observation, and gathering additional information concerning working conditions and social interactions.The data gathered in this case study has been subjected to an analytical process comprising of an assessment of the degree of inclusive approach, using the Inclusive Approach through Participation as well as the Framework of Participation, technical triangulation of all data post the inclusive assessment, and analysis of context by the Ecology of Human Development/the Bioecological Theory.The analytical process has resulted in a contextual description that has enabled me to suggest possible points of entry to be used in special needs educators? guidance of teachers? practices towards inclusive education. The degree to which there exists a collegial sense of security, varied forms of teacher-student interactions, collegial cooperation, pedagogical discussions, a dialogue in search of mutual understanding, and consequent follow-ups appears, in the light of the limited selection of participants, as relevant to these teachers ability to help their students.Further research is needed to identify valid points of entry for special needs educators? guidance of teachers? practices towards inclusive education.

The purpose with this essay is to see if billingualism is understood within the litterature, in the society and among students and facultyteachers. We have read interresting theoris about billingualism and we brought this with us to the schools when we interviewed two principals in two seperate schools and when we performed an investigation, in a form of questionnaries, in one of the schools. They where made with teachers and students in ninth grade. We´ve divided the studie in three parts: the first part contains a theoretical background of what billingualism is. The second part is a presentation of the interviews and the answers from the students and the teachers.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka, beskriva och analysera musiklärares syn på sitt arbete med gruppdynamik i ensembleundervisning inom olika musikgenrer. Metoden som har använts för att uppnå detta är kvalitativa intervjuer enligt hermeneutisk metod samt analyser. Analyserna utgår från teoretiska perspektiv hämtade från Lewin, Forsyth och Blumer och används för att definiera informanternas syn på ensembler samt beskriva hur olika faktorer påverkar varandra när det gäller dynamik i grupper. Resultatet handlar om hur informanterna definierar grupperna de leder och därigenom vad de anser skapar en grupp. Det handlar även om vilken energi som finns i en grupp, hur informanterna går till väga för att fånga gruppen i stunden samt varför de anser det vara viktigt och hur gruppers sammansättning påverkar gruppdynamiken och lärandesituationen.

The intention of this thesis in political science is to understand how the European Union fights and prevents discrimination against the Roma minorities in Sweden and Romania, and how the implementation works in reality. The study consists of defining what it means to be objectively discriminated, what ethnicity really means and how the implementation process consist of a comparison and statement has been made by the national governments and comparing how two socioeconomically different member states handle EU directives and implement them in Sweden and Romania. The main findings of this study was that EU policies lack the capital and explicitness that is needed for great results to be accomplished and that the governments in both countries have different issues with implementing the protection of the human rights and Roma culture, and that EU needs to be more practical and develop in a faster pace. .
