Arbetet handlar om att skapa en mönsterkollektion för Eco-Boråstapeter. Kollektionen består av fem mönster som behandlar struktur, volym, rörelse och rytm. Tapeterna trycks med djuptrycksmetod på slätt bestruket non woven-papper. Målgruppen är unga designintresserade människor. En designprocess utifrån en inspirationsfas redovisas som består av experimentella filmer (Grey Gardens, Gummo och The Brown Bunny) och av fotografier tagna under promenader i Växjö.

People who live in northern part of the world spend much more time indoors than those who live in warmer countries. In addition that home should be safe, it should also protect one against heat, cold, sunlight and pollution. The indoor environment is affected by installations, material and how the building is formed. Those anomalies that are visible, felt or smelled can be noticed and be rectified. But it?s much more difficult if these abilities are missing.

This paper aims to give an account of, and to discuss the view-points and theories of different researchers on the christianization of Sweden, especially the province of Öland, during the early middle ages. Its purpose is to investigate how, and in what sense, their positions can be said to correspond to what we may know of the historical ?facts?. This will be possible by comparing different points of view with a study of the development in a single parish. An overall difficulty however, is the nature of the sources relating to the time in question, they are scarce or even non-existent.Part I of the paper consists of an outline of the field of research and the different theories put forward on the subject.

Syfte: Syftet med denna systematiska ?versikt var att unders?ka effekten av medelhavskost p? HbA1c j?mf?rt med annan kost hos vuxna ? 18 ?r med prediabetes och diabetes typ 2. Metod: Litteraturs?kningen genomf?rdes den 29 mars 2023 i databaserna Scopus och Pubmed. Inklusionskriterier var vuxna ? 18 ?r med prediabetes eller diabetes typ 2, intervention och kontroll var medelhavskost j?mf?rt med annan kost och utfallsm?ttet var HbA1c. Vidare inklusionskriterier var RCT som studiedesign, studien skulle p?g? i minst tolv veckor, humanstudier samt studier gjorda p? svenska/engelska.

The aim of this study was to examine if the predictions of the herbage quality in the software Grazemore Decision Support System (DSS) gives a reliable ground for milk production in the north of Scandinavia. Pasture samples from one research farm (Umeå) and one organic farm (Nordingrå) was analysed on crude protein and organic matter digestibility. The results were statistically compared to the predicted values. Measured and predicted herbage mass was compared and a control if the predictions of milk production improved if the predicted input were replaced by the values from the analysis, was made. The concentration of crude protein was underestimated by the model on both farms and the relationship between actual and predicted values was poor. Mean Prediction Error (MPE) was 24% and 31% respectively.

The reason I am writing this essay is due to my curiosity on how children are interested in and how their understanding in geometry is at preschool years.My interest lies in children and arithmetic and especially geometry, which is something I belive that children deal with a great deal in their everyday routines, both in school and at home.What do children do when they work with geometry, and are they aware of what they do? To figure this out, I have taken my findings from three different interviews that I have done atmy preschool with a group of children that have been preselected.I am also curious about whether there is a difference in different types of schools. In this essay I have compared the preschool I work with a Montessori school and a third type of schoolwhere the children spends most of their day´s outdoors called ?Ur och Skur?In my results I can not see any major differences in these three preschools work with mathematics. The childrens knowledge is at a similar level and the work with geometry hasbeen implemented in a similar way..

Först definierades och avgränsades konsumentfrågorna med hjälp av konsumtionsprocessen (Bjurström, 2004, McGregor, 2011a). Det andra steget i analysen var att kategorisera det befintliga konsumentinnehållet utifrån tre undervisningsstrategier: fakta-, normerande- och pluralistisk undervisningsstrategi (Skolverket, 2002, Kronlid & Öhman, 2010). In the project Barn av vår tid (Children of our time), I have worked with Fryshuset in Malmo and created an interior concept which is designed to express Fryshusets identity, support and encourage its activities and to create a functional environment for young people as well as staff. The purpose of this concept is to help teenagers to feel involved, important and safe. Floor plan, materials and furniture is carefully adapted to support the activities of Fryshuset and to give young people a feeling of coming home. They are also of course chosen with care for the environment. I have studied interior branding, how the rooms can give a sense of security and homely atmosphere and how young people can actively participate in the design of the premises..

But what happens when the small talk around the coffee machine in the workplace gets out in public spaces? Instead of complaining to my closest colleague when my boss is acting like a fool or when my workload sky rocketed, I might now instead update my status on facebook with my complaint. But what am I actually allowed to write about my employer? I have worked with patterns for textiles, and the goal of the project was to makethree patterns in one colorway. My wish was that the patterns would be relatedeither in motif or colorway, or both. I wanted the patterns to be seen as a minicollection. My aim was to make three patterns that would serve as home textiles.I decided to print the patterns digitally on fabric, but also to customize the designof the pattern repeats to be printed in rotary printing. I wanted to work within thelimits of what is possible to produce in terms of colors and repeat sizes.One of my goals with the project was to clarify for myself what the essence of mydesign is, and to create a collection that reflects me as a designer.

Purpose/Aim: The purpose of this study is to examine how the advertisements of houses in the newspaper of Dagens Nyheter, have developed in layout, by text and image, during the last fifty years and to examine what part of the home is highlighted, as evident values of lifestyle.Material/Method: By examining twenty advertisements from the newspapers every decade during the period of 1958-2008, the layout and lifestyle will be described and analyzed by a quantative and qualitive (discourse) method.Main results: The advertisements has changed in many ways. The layout has drastically developed to a more personal layout of the estate agents and the trends of lifestyle have had an impact on how the agents have created the text in the advertisments to entice customers..
