In the current study, the aim was to investigate whether tail posture and motion can be an indicator of the emotional state of pigs and if the tail posture of the pig is affected by social breeding value (SBV), coping style and/or housing. Emotional state can be defined in two dimensions: valence and arousal. Two batches of 96 finishing pigs were studied in a one generation selection experiment with a 2x2 set up and were housed in a barren or straw bedded pen. In each pen, 6 pigs (3 male, 3 female) were housed. A back-test was done to determine the coping style of the pigs with two categories; high resister and low resister pigs.

This paper is divided into different sections, containing the patents of the automation of different steps in the process.

En kvalitativ intervjustudie med syftet att beskriva hur personer med fraktur upplever rehabilitering i sitt eget hem. Intervjuerna ägde rum i sex personers hemmiljö med hjälp av bandspelare och en egenhändigt framarbetad intervjuguide. Deltagarna upplevde bland annat att det sociala nätverket och motivation hade stor betydelse samt att personalens goda bemötande, tillgång till hjälpmedel och den välkända hemmiljön bidrog till en upplevelse av trygghet under hemrerhabiliteringen.Slutsatsen är att deltagarna uppskattade möjligheten att få vara i sitt hem under rehabiliteringen..

This study is about children that have been forced to flee to another country, due to conflict, poverty or natural disasters, without their families. They are known as unaccompanied refugee children. The aim of the study is to, by focusing on individual children's feelings and experiences of being forced to flee create greater knowledge and understanding of what is hidden behind some of the statistic of migration.To answer the aim of the study, I used the following research questions: How is a child affected by being forced to leave home and to flee to a foreign country? How does an unaccompanied refugee child perceive the exodus? How do the unaccompanied refugee children handle their situation during the flight and at arrival in Sweden?The study is based on a qualitative method and consists in semi-structured interviews with five unaccompanied refugee children aged 17 to 21. The theoretical framework is based on three theoretical concepts; refugee crisis, identity and coping.The study results show that these children are a very vulnerable group, who were forced to be exposed to several losses and traumas.

MYDATA Automation AB är ett svenskt ingenjörsföretag vars marknadsområde omfattar maskinerför ytmontering av komponenter på kretskort. Företaget startades 1984 och har sedan dess vuxitoch blivit ett globalt företag med kunder i hela världen.En av MYDATAs huvudprodukter är en stencilfri lodpastatryckare, den såkallade MY500jetprintern. Maskinen är en relativt ny produkt och använder en modifierad inkjetteknologi för attapplicera lodpasta och andra fluider på kretskort.Medan dagens jetprinter är kvalificerad att använda ett antal olika lodpastor, är MYDATA ochföretagets kunder intresserade av att kunna skjuta även andra vätskor i framtiden. Det är därför avvikt att inneha en robust och smidig metod för att karakterisera vätskor som användbara eller inteför den ejektor som finns i MY500 jetprintern.Syftet med detta examensarbete är att utveckla och testa en prototyp på en piezoelektrisk reometerutifrån tidigare utförd extern forskning. Arbetet har bland annat inkluderat design av mekanik,elektronik och mjukvara men även en kortare litteraturstudie inom reologi.Rapporten beskriver utvecklingsarbetet, teori bakom de designbeslut som tagit, den färdigaprototypen och testresultat.Resultatkapitlet i denna rapport visar att den färdiga prototypen kan ta fram intressant data om defluider som testas, men att det behövs mer forskning kring mätdatan för ge en förståelse för hurden skall tolkas..

Med en växande energiförbrukning har det under de senaste åren uppenbarats diskussioner rörande samhällets hållbarhet och miljöpåverkan.  Samtidigt sker det en kontinuerlig teknikutveckling och människan är mer beroende av konstant elförsörjning än någonsin tidigare. Teknologiska framsteg, tillsammans med önskan att sträva mot ett mer hållbart samhälle med hög elleveranssäkerhet, har mynnat ett begrepp kallat smarta elnät.Till följd av att elnätet involverar en stor bransch råder det delad mening över vad som utgör ett smart elnät. Detta har lett till uppkomsten av olika definitioner och modeller av konceptet. I syfte att skapa en övergripande uppfattning har en litteraturstudie utförts för att sammanställa de huvudsakliga områden som utgör det smarta elnätet.
