Syftet med denna studie är att få mer kunskap om hur man kan använda kroppen i sångundervisning. Jag undersöker vad ett urval av sångpedagoger anser om förhållandet mellan röstorganet och resten av kroppen och hur de tillämpar det praktiskt i sin undervisning. Metoden jag använder mig av är en kvalitativ intervjuundersökning och resultatet visar bland annat att pedagogerna använder kroppen i sångundervisningen genom övningar med rörelser, olika muskelspänning och avslappning. Några av slutsatserna är att det är viktigt med balans mellan anspänning och avspänning, att använda rätt sorts muskler och rörelser samt att använda dessa på rätt sätt.The purpose of this study is to get more knowledge of how you can use the body in voice-training. I examine what a selection of singing-teachers think about the connection between the vocal organ and the body and how they use that knowledge in their teaching.

Bakgrunden till studien grundar sig i ett ökat fokus på hälsofrämjande arbete i arbetslivet. För att utveckla ett mer hälsofrämjande förhållningssätt har ledaren en viktig funktion, en aspekt vi beslöt oss för att studera närmare. Uppsatsen är en intervjustudie av kvalitativ karaktär, där sex ledare samt en hälsopromotor i Lunds kommun har intervjuats. Syftet med studien är att belysa ledarnas arbete med, och deras uppfattningar om hälsofrämjande arbete. Vi identifierar de insatser som utförs för att främja hälsa på arbetsplatser, samt studerar de olika sätt på vilka ledarna inhämtar och vidarebefordrar kunskap inom området.

This paper examines constructions of identities in Swedish news paper articles concerning the European Unions?s Tobacco Products Directive. Using critical discourse analysis (CDA) supported by theories of discourse, semiotics and identity formation, this paper argues that constructions of a Swedish ?Us? are distinguished from a non-Swedish ?Them?. These constructions depends on categories such as use of tobacco, science, history and war, which are frequently used in the discourse to separate ?Us?, ?the good? from ?Them?, ?the bad?.

Title: This is not Africa - West African teaching methods in Sweden. This is a work of "translation". The study started with a musical journey to Guinea, West Africa. It was a field study where I had the opportunity to open my senses towards another culture and another kind of music. I found another learning tradition and decided to try to bring it with me back to Sweden, into the Swedish school system.

Uppsatsen syftar till att analysera hur ledare i olika typer av organisationer uppfattar sitt ledarskap i förhållande till den organisationstyp de verkar inom. Med organisationstyp avser vi ideell, privat och offentlig organisation. Vår utgångspunkt är att analyser detta utifrån de förutsättningar för ledarskap som organisationstypen ger, till exempel i form av organisationskultur, samt utifrån faktorer som kommunikation, handlingsutrymme och ledarens uppgifter.Den metod vi använt är kvalitativ och bygger på sex intervjuer med ledare inom ovan nämnda organisationstyper och fokus för intervjuerna har legat på ledaren egen uppfattning om sitt ledarskap.Vi har funnit att likheterna mellan de olika ledarskapen är tydligare än skillnaderna och att de skillnader som återfinns till stor del kan kopplas till respektive organisationstyps mål. Dessa skillnader kan bero på dels de förutsättningar som varje specifik organisationstyp ger, och dels ledarnas förmåga att anpassa sig till de krav som ställs på ledarskapet i olika situationer..

Denna uppsats syfte var att undersöka vad elever i grundskolans senare år har för attityd till grammatikundervisningen i svenska. Min hypotes var att den allmänna attityden är negativ. Om detta antagande stämde ville jag undersöka vad som låg till grund för denna negativa inställning, samt ta reda på hur eleverna tyckte att man kunde göra för att förändra undervisningen till det bättre. De metoder jag använt mig av är dels en enkätundersökning bland 70 elever i skolår 6-9, dels mer djupgående intervjuer i gruppform med elva elever. Tyvärr så bekräftades min hypotes.

Vi hör ofta att vi har kommit långt i jämställdhetsfrågan i Sverige och på många punkter har vi det också. Men på andra kan man tro att vi fortfarande lever kvar i 1800-talet. Ett exempel är de svenska teaterscenerna. En stor del av pjäserna som spelas på de statliga scenerna runt om i landet är klassiker, pjäser skrivna i början av 1900-talet och innan. Och rollerna blir därefter.

Title: Violin technique in folk music education. The purpose of this research has been to examine how violin teachers who are folk musicians teach violin playing techniques. Through litterature studies and qualitative interviews I have studied the relationship between teaching methods regarding violin playing techniques of the two genres folk music and classical music and how the teachers in the study relate to this. Mywork shows that the teachers use a variety of methods and material from both genres which they have come in contact with through different parts of their education.Jag har undersökt hur fyra fiollärare inom genren folkmusik arbetar med fiolteknik med sina elever. This thesis deals with oval brooches from the Viking age. The aim of the study is twofold; the first goal is to identify and categorize the brooches according to an already existent scheme, created by two scholars on the subject. In the pilot study for a biography, some of the methodological and/or theoretical problems facing the anthropologist and biographer are discussed.The empirical section is based on a number of interviews I made with my grandmother over the period 1995-2001. I have come across inconsistencies in the material when rendering a historical event. Furthermore, the material makes me reflect on how the biographer or anthropologist is able to handle or interpret that she and the subject/informant has a different attitude to metaphors and how the metaphors can change over time, space and interpretation.The essay begins with a summary review of some of the central social and behavioural scientific theories that can be related to the individual and the biography.There then follows an in-depth discussion based on Paul Ricoeur's philosophy that says that your identity is created in relation to how you look at your history and future at the present time. This thesis concerns the mesolithic relation towards animals and hunting habits among people in Skateholm, Tågerup and Vedbæk - Bøgebakken. The aim is to look at the societies from a cultural point of view and demonstrate that the people living there identified themselves with animals and adapted their lives, their hunting and their burial customs according to rituals and believes concerning animals in their surroundings.
