This paper investigates a number of components that influence the relationship between consultant and client in a procurement process of ERP. The paper deals with Trust, Commitment, Cooperation and Satisfaction. The problem lies within the fact that consultants do not know how and to what extent the components affect relationship quality. Based on the theories in the areas of procurement, relationship marketing and relationship quality, information has been gathered about how the various authors believe a procurement process works, how they view relationship marketing and how relationship quality is created. The components discussed are trust, commitment, cooperation and satisfaction.

This report describes the process of translating Russian financial information in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards to IFRS, International Financial Reporting Standards. The author describes the two regulatory frameworks and reveals a number of risk factors in the process. These risk factors may affect the reliability of figures from Russian companies. The conclusion states some recommendations on how these risk factors can be managed..

Studien undersöker hur Spice diskuteras i facktidskrifter för socionomer och i svensk kvällspress. Medierna kombineras eftersom diskursen som förs i kvälls- respektive fackpress påverkar socialarbetare och allmänna uppfattningar om drogen och droganvändarna. Genom att använda Faircloughs kritiska diskursanalys undersöks Spicediskursens utformning och relation till andra diskurser om droger och droganvändare. Studiens syfte är att jämföra diskurserna i facktidskrifter och kvällspress samt undersöka hur Spicediskursen artikuleras. Moralpaniksperspektivet utgör en grund för studien och förankras i teorier om risksamhälle och avvikelse.

Syftet med undersökningen är att ta reda på vilka historiebruk barnförfattare använder sig av när de skriver om historia och att ta reda på vilket historiebruk barnen uppfattar i skönlitterära böcker samt vilka historiska aspekter i skönlitteraturen som barn intresserar sig för. Målet är att bli medveten om det finns ett specifikt historiebruk som lockar barn att läsa skönlitterära böcker med historiska aspekter. Jag har valt att inte direkt undersöka skönlitteraturen i undervisningen utan istället fokusera på författarnas val av historiebruk och elevernas intresse av de olika bruken. Forskningen består av kopplingar till flera olika forskningsresultat samt forskningsbaserade definitioner av historiska begrepp. För att ha möjlighet att på ett vetenskapligt sätt undersöka historiebruket i skönlitteraturen samt barnens uppfattning av historiebruk tog jag hjälp av Ulf Zanders definitioner av historiebruk i boken Fornstora dagar, moderna tider.

With this essay we want to describe the transformation process that the real estate owner has to go through to sell the current rented flats to tenant. We also want to provide an understanding how the valuation is performed in the transformation process and highlight the issues that affects the price in the valuations. In the essay we would like to see if the valuation and the transformation process differ in a public real estate company compared to a private real estate company. Based on this we have asked us the following question to answer: -Is there any differences in how real estate?s are valued in the transformation process between public real estate companies and private real estate companies? We have used a qualitative approach to keep our main question.

Purpose: This study`s purpose is to investigate the role of a business incubator in the strategic decision situations during the process of a new venture startup. It also aims to explore the methods and instruments the incubator and its advisers applies during the process.Methodology: This study is built on the basis of a hermeneutic approach with qualitative method and abductive design. The empirical material collected consist of interviews from two case studies and secondary data collection from different related sources.Theoretical perspective: The theory in the study consists of the elements of previous research on innovation processes and entrepreneurship. To analyze the data, models and theories related to decision making, incubation, process theories and organizational theories.Empirical foundation: The empirical material consists of interviews and data from two completed case studies. Additionally consist a relatively large part of the empirical data out of a comprehensive information retrieval from various secondary sources such as internet, newsletters and annual reports.Conclusion: The assay was able to detect not just one, but a variety of roles that the incubator occupies at different stages of the innovation process.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att belysa ämnestraditioner i skolämnet historia för gymnasiet utifrån exemplet; de populäraste utlagda/publicerade läromedlen på Lektion.se. Jag gör en kvalitativ textanalys av två av de populäraste texterna/läromedlen från Lektion.se för att besvara frågorna: Vilka ämnestraditioner finns representerade bland de populäraste läromedlen? Och vilka ämnestraditioner dominerar bland dessa? För att identifiera ämnestraditioner så undersöker jag vilken undervisnings- eller historieskrivningskategori som författarna varit inspirerad av: den klassiska, objektivistiska, formella eller kategoriala. Jag fann att texterna pekar på att det i många fall är en traditionellt faktaspäckad historieundervisning där den svenska mannen är norm i en genetisk framställning av historien som styrs av strukturella förändringsfaktorer och kamp om makten. Och att alla undervisningskategorier finns företrädda.

Traumaskadade inkommer ofta till akutmottagningen med kort förvarning där situationen kan vara dramatisk. Omhändertagandet av den traumaskadade sker enligt speciella fastslagna principer, utfört av ett multidisciplinärt team där anestesipersonal innehar en av nyckelfunktionerna. Syftet med dennas studie var att identifiera anestesipersonalens erfarenhet och hantering av kritiska händelser i samband med traumaomhändertagande på akutmottagning.Kritisk incident teknik (CIT) har använts som metod för att identifiera avgörande händelser kring traumaomhändertagandet. Totalt utfördes och analyserades 12 intervjuer med anestesisjuksköterskor (n=8) och anestesiläkare (n=4). Analysen genomfördes med en induktiv manifest innehållsanalys.Totalt 209 kritiska incidenter samlades in där fyra teman identifierades.

Syftet med arbetet var att undersöka hur stor plats kvinnan fått i de vanligaste svenska läroböckerna i historia för gymnasieskolan. Studien var ämnad att visa på hur kvinnans roll beskrevs i olika historieböcker. En viktig utgångspunkt blev då att studera hur hon framställs i historieboken eftersom detta påverkar eleverna, såväl deras verklighetssyn, deras kunskapssyn som deras historiesyn. Genom att göra en innehållsanalys av två läroböcker som flitigt används i den svenska gymnasieskolan lyftes de områden fram i historieböckerna där kvinnan tagit stor respektive liten roll i historieberättelsen. Till hjälp för att förklara skillnaderna könen emellan användes genusteorier där tonvikten låg på det socialt konstruerade planet istället för det biologiskt förklarade könet.

Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka hur människor där den kreativa processen är central i sitt yrkesutövande upplever denna process och se om det går att hitta ett mönster. Vi bestämde oss för att ta reda på vad som händer inuti människan runt det kreativa ögonblicket. Vår huvudfrågeställning är: Vad är den kreativa processen? Vi gjorde öppna intervjuer med fem verksamma kreatörer med hjälp av DV-kamera. Vårt resultat visade att det gick att se ett gemensamt mönster i den kreativa processen.

The purpose of this study was to, through the life stories of four women and their experiences, thoughts and feelings according to a life in drug dependency reach an increased knowledge about how a dependency can arise, continue and be brought to an end. The question at issue were: How do a small amount of women describe and comprehend their experiences, thoughts and feelings according to their drug addiction seen through a process perspective. In order to answer that question three themes were investigated: the road into dependency, living as an addict and the road to recovery from dependency and the time that follows. The study followed a qualitative method and the theoretical approach was hermeneutic. The results were analysed through a process analyse perspective, from the view of the chosen theoretical perspectives, social constructivism, experience perspective and a psychodynamic perspective.

Today multi-touch technology is the basis for many new techniques designed to improve interactions with computers and mobile devices. It seems that multi-touch screen interface makes the user handling very natural in the sense that there is no need for a manual in how to interact with the object on the screen. The aim with this paper is to establish a fundamental set of design principles intended specifically for large multi-touch interfaces. To reach this goal we have implemented a couple of sub-goals beforehand: It was essential that we acquired a good understanding of the current state of the multi-touch interface and the different implementations that exist today. To make this possible we constructed a multi-touch display, "Rosie". Knowing how the hardware is produced today will help us understand the limitations and also the possibilities of the design implementations today and in the future. We also needed to devise a sound interaction design process that conveys the modern designers work.

In April 2008 an official report, SOU (2008:32), was presented. In that report it was suggestedthat the statutory audit for approximately 96 % of the Swedish companies was to be abolished.The report suggests that the new regulations should apply to all limited companies thatare below two of three limits that have been suggested: a) a balance-sheet total of 41,5 millionSEK; b) a net turnover of 83 million SEK or; c) less than 50 employees. The regulations aresuggested to come into force July 1, 2010. According to the Swedish laws that regulate thelimited companies, Aktiebolagslagen 10:11, should all limited companies regardless of sizehave an chartered accountant or otherwise approved. The purpose of the audit is to create atrust towards the figures that the company shows and also to act as an assurance towards thirdparties (Collis, 2003; Strenger et al, 2008).

In the growing concern for the state of the environment more tools are being integrated in the decision-making processes. Sweden actively makes use of environmental impact assessment (EIA), which is supposed to minimise negative impacts of a project, policy or plans on the environment. The EIA process in Sweden still requires certain improvements to be more efficient. In this study actor interaction was analysed with trust being the framework for analysis. The aim is to find out whether it is possible to use trust as a framework for analysis since trust research is very discipline dependent.
