The main purpose of this study was to examine how social workers interpret and legally practice the 6 § LVU (Care of Young Person´s Act) in regards to legal cer-tainty. The papers intention was to investigate and describe the legal scopes limits and deficiencies, linked to practical social work. The study was composed on a legal dogmatic method which implies to examine the law and its elaboration. The investi-gation was based on different court rulings of care of youths according mostly to 6 § LVU. Perusal and interpretation of the rulings have been necessary in order to clarify the issues.

Det har dock visat sig vara svårapplicerade kriterier för många språk och finithet på satsnivå ? huruvida en sats är självständig eller ej ? har blivit en viktig fråga för definitionen.Uppsatsen syftar till att beskriva och analysera finithetsfenomenet utifrån språket trumaí.Det tycks finnas flera fenomen som är tecken på en finithetsdistinktion i trumaí, framför allt -n/-e-klitikan som markerar 3Abs på verbet vid absolutivargumentets frånvaro, samt FT-partiklarna som har en tempusfunktion. För imperativ verkar det vara så att imperativpartiklarna har en intern distribution baserad på person och animathet hos absolutivargumentet, vilket kan tolkas som att det finns en argumentkongruens frikopplad från den semantiska inkorporeringen av andraperson som subjekt. Gällande finithet på satsnivå finns det i trumaí både finita och infinita satser som kan fungera som bisatser.

This study aims to analyze the risks with building new households between railroads and shore, the focus of the study lays on Öbacka strand in Umeå municipality. The study also investigate if a land use conflict has taken place and how it was handled.The paper is based on different documents that was central for the work of planning the households and some interviews with operators that was highly involved with the planning of the area.The results shows that there is several risks with establishing new household between railroads and shores. Mainly because of the exposure of noise from the railways, though the risk for impact on the living environment for animals were low in this case there is a generally risk that it could get negative effects. It also a very important that the availability to the shore is secured. Planning in this type of area involves a great number of operators can easily cause a conflict due to the different perspectives on how the land should be used in the future, and also because of protecting different interests.

Jag har undersökt vilka åsikter som finns om uranbrytning. För att på bästa sätt ta reda på det har jag intervjuat såväl de som är positivt inställda till industrin, som de som är negativt inställda. Förutom att utreda vilka åsikter som finns om brytningen har jag granskat vilken natursyn mina informanter har för att se om det finns ett samband mellan hur de ser på naturen och deras inställning till uranbrytning. Det framkom att den starkaste anledningen till hur en person ställer sig till uranbrytning är deras inställning till kärnkraft. Hur mina informanter såg på naturen skilde sig åt främst genom att förespråkarna var mer benägna att se naturen som en resurs samt att de hade en större tilltro till tekniken och marknaden som verktyg för att lösa miljöproblem.

Development and accuracy tests of advanced exchange trading systems require well adjusted tools for testing. Aptness of these tools are probable to have a major impact on identification of bugs and verification of new functionality. Identifying erroneous parts and bottlenecks of the trading system is of outmost importance for the exchange as a whole since stability and correctness are two of the determinant factors its viability is measured by. This thesis is an investigation of Iranian immigrants and their use of libraries in Sweden. It isbased on a combination of a qualitative and a·quantitative method.Using a qualitative method, I give an outline of the history of lran from ancient times up to the present, as well as the different ethnological groups in Iran and their cultures. The main objective of this part is to clarify the contrasts between Iranian and Swedish cultural, social, linguistic and family structures, and also the characteristics of the crisis that most immigrants go through on their arrival in the new country. The qualitative method also involves structured telephone interviews with eight highly educated Iranians.This method was supplemented by a quantitative study through questionnaires of the attitudes· of lranian immigrants to libraries and reading. Iranians in Sweden turned out to be frequent Iibrary users.

The goal of this master thesis is to show the benefit of using computer games of the type First Person Shooter, FPS in the field of military simulations. The main focus in this is around a couple of topics. Creating the AI that controls the behaviour of the computer-controlled characters, the bots. Create an environment where it is possible to supervise the bots and also design a framework that enables cooperation between a group of bots, a squad. The result is Total Unreal Studio, TUS, a program where it is possible to add bots to a squad, connect them to a game server and inspect what the bots are doing.

We would also like to get an insight on what is of strong importance when you establish a new company. This will be done with a theoretical and empirical study..

Vi lever längre, är friskare och både kan och vill jobba längre. Företagen och organisationer står inför ett ökande kompetensbehov. Vi inledde denna studie med tro och övertygelse om att en del av företagen skulle kunna utnyttja äldre medarbetare för att täcka en del av sina kompetens- och resursbehov. Vi önskade identifiera en del av de möjligheter och problem företag eller organisationer har och visa på goda exempel som fler företag eller organisationer skulle kunna ha glädje av.Vi har i studien tagit del av statistik, teori och praktiska exempel från olika företag som beskrivits på olika sätt i rapporter och artiklar. Vi har genom att intervjua tio (10) olika företag och organisationer funnit att det faktiskt förekommer ett mer utbrett Age Management arbete än vad vi hade föreställt oss, arbetsgivare ser allt mer till kompetens hos en person och allt mindre till ålder.Vi har funnit att ålder förstärks genom attityder, att "bli gammal" upptäcks inte automatiskt av en enskild person, ofta är det omgivning, arbetskamrater eller erbjudanden om seniorboenden vid 55 år som gör en person uppmärksam på att denne nu betraktas som "äldre".

Amyotrofisk lateralskleros (ALS) är en progressiv sjukdom som angriper de motoriska neuronen. Sjukdomen har ett förlopp med successiv förlamning som slutligen leder till döden. Det finns idag inget botmedel, men ett läkemedel som bromsar utvecklingen. ALS drabbar inte bara patienten, det är därför viktigt för sjuksköterskor att kunna möta de närstående och se deras behov. Syftet var att beskriva närståendes upplevelse att leva med en person med ALS.

The purpose of the examination work have been to find out if there are any means you can work with to find out when its time to start irrigation, how they works and if they are credible. In Sweden there is not many means for decide when it?s time to irrigate and how much water you should appear. Swedish farmers think they have so much experience that they don?t need techniques like this.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva upple-velser av att vara närstående till en person som akut in-sjuknar i en kritisk sjukdom. Sjutton vetenskapliga artiklar granskades med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys inspirerad av Burnard (1991). Analysen resulterade i fyra kategorier: Att vara chockad och rädd, att vilja veta och förstå, att få stöd, trygghet och hopp samt att vilja medverka och be-skydda. I kategorierna framgår att närstående var i behov av ärlig information och att de ville vara nära den sjuke. När de fick information upplevde de att det gav stöd som resulterade i att de kunde medverka.

Riksdagens skatteutskott beslutade den 28 februari 2012 att det behövde göras en utredning avseende regelverket för F-skatt. Av utredningen framkom att regelverket har möjliggjort för arbetsgivare att säga upp sin personal och sedan låta dem jobba kvar som egenföretagare i form av F-skattare. Det framkom även att det specifikt inom åkeribranschen förekommer att uppdragsgivaren säger upp sina anställda chaufförer och istället anlitar utländska påstådda egenföretagare som chaufförer. Följden av detta är att den svenska uppdragsgivaren slipper betala arbetsgivaravgifter och undkommer mervärdesskatt. Det innebär i sin tur att Sverige förlorar en hel del skatteintäkter.Uppsatsen behandlar denna problematik avseende åkeribranschen genom att den utreder två situationer med utländska egenföretagare som chaufförer.
