Denna studie handlar om fritidsvanor och huvudsysselsättningar hos två olika grupper i samhället, nämligen ungdomar i stadsdelen Rosengård och ungdomar i stadsdelen Limhamn vilka båda ligger i Malmö. Det finns klara skillnader när man jämför dessa två grupper och därför ville vi titta närmare på detta och analysera utifrån informanternas berättelser faktorer som påverkar valet av fritidsvanor och valet av huvudsysselsättning av utbildning och jobb samt varför de ser olika ut. Vi har utfört intervjuer i båda stadsdelarna och samtalat med ungdomar samt gjort deltagande observation för att se hur dessa ungdomar uppför sig i gruppen de tillhör.Ungdomar på båda sidor eller i båda stadsdelar anser att fritid är en viktig faktor i deras liv och att olika fritidsaktiviteter har olika status. Fritidsaktiviteter på Rosengård har inte samma status bland ungdomar i Limhamn och fritidsaktiviteter från Limhamn har inte samma status bland ungdomar i Rosengård. Valet av utbildning och jobb är inte heller lika när man jämför de olika stadsdelarna.

This study was a degree in Master of Science in agriculture with specialization in animal science for the Department of animal nutrition and management at SLU. The subject was created by AS-Faktor, a small company for science and development within the company Lantmännen AB. It was a test of the effect of SPC (Special Processed Cereals) on induction of the endogenous protein AF (an antisecretory factor) in plasma and intestinal lumen in broilers. Previous results have shown positive effects on different intestinal diseases in pigs, horses, dogs as well as in humans. Beside the induction we also studied the effects on results in a conventional slaughter chicken production, including the ability of SPC to compete with or be affected by the coccidiostat, Salinomax.When diarrhoea occurs, it's because there is an imbalance between the secretion and the absorption and it can be caused by for example toxins.

This usually occurs when different social groups, such as bohemians, homosexuals and artists, move into a declined and disinvested neighbourhood. After a while, people from the middleclass move in to the area due to its increased attractiveness, and start to renovate their properties. This usually leads to higher rents, which force some of the original inhabitants to leave the neighbourhood.

Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka pedagogers inställning till lärarlegitimation samt huruvida legitimationen på olika sätt kan beröra både verksamma och nyutexaminerade pedagoger. Syftet med studien var även att skaffa oss en djupare förståelse kring lärarlegitimationen och dess innebörd. Av intresse var också att undersöka vad informanterna anser om sin egen utbildning samt om de ser på lärarlegitimation som ett svar på att höja läraryrkets status. För att få svar på våra frågor har vi använt oss av både kvalitativ och kvantitativ metod där vi genom semistrukturerade intervjuer, enkäter, litteratur och tidigare forskning analyserat vårt material. Resultatet visade att inställningen till lärarlegitimation förhållandevis är positiv men att det enligt informanterna krävs mer för att legitimationen ska vara värdig sitt namn och inte bara vara ?ett utskrivet papper?..

The aim with this thesis was to acquire an understanding for how individuals handle the feeling of shame in connection with cultural consumption. In order to capture the feeling of shame we developed an interview method called the Backstabber interview technique. We found that the Backstabber interview technique successfully triggered feelings of shame in connection to cultural consumption, which made it possible for us to study the handling of shame. We found that our respondents tended to use different forms of accounts in order to handle the feeling of shame. We categorized them into five accounts with relating sub-accounts.

AimThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-perceived health and level of physical activity among the staff at The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences (GIH). We focused on the following questions:How does the amount of physical activity affect the self-perceived health among the staff at GIH?  Are there any gender differences in self-perceived health following the amount of physical activity? Do the self-perceived health and the amount of physical activity differ between the various age groups? Are there any differences between the staff responsible for health education compared with the other staff?MethodWe chose a validated questionnaire for our study. It was a combination of two already previously validated questionnaires together with our own supplementary background questions. The questionnaire was presented to 96 respondents and we received 76 answers.

The aim of the study was to a) examine what leader behaviors individual and team athletes prefer and b) examine what leader behaviors men and women prefer. A questionnaire (The Leadership Scale for Sports) was distributed to 168 individuals, from which 130 were included in the study. The data was analyzed in SPSS, in which a three-way and a two-way variance analysis were performed. The results showed that individual athletes preferred the behavior dimensions ?Training and instruction?, ?Positive feedback? and ?Democratic behavior? to a higher degree than did team athletes.

Studies among parents of children with disabilities have shown that they experience a higher level of parenting stress as well as a lower degree of wellbeing, compared to parents of children without disabilities. However, there is a need to further explore parents? experience on this matter within a Swedish context. The aim of the current study was to examine how parents of preschool children, with and without disabilities, in Västerbotten, experience the impact of their child. A sample of 67 parents of children with disabilities and 134 parents of children without disabilities took part in the questionnaire study.

White- and blue collar workers traditionally belong to different unions and, therefore, are covered by different collective agreements. Collective agreements for different employee categories create internal divisions, which mean that white collar workers are not obliged to do work that falls under a blue collar agreement and reversed. Historically the difference between white- and blue collar work has been fairly sharp and so has the difference between collective agreements. Due to the continuous development of technology white- and blue collar work within production has become less clear. This has resulted in an increasing amount of disagreements regarding what collective agreement should apply and whether the employee is obliged to perform different work tasks.

In the year 2010 a transition will take place here in Sweden from the present rules how to dimension buildings in to the common rules with have been developed in Europe, the Eurocodes. Eurocode is the term for a collection standard that contains calculation rules in how to dimension constructions and buildings. They are developed by the European standardize committee.The purpose with this examination work is to get an insight of what changes this will contribute to, and how it will affect the dimensioning. Are there going to be any differences in the dimension you finally chose?To investigate these possible differences two constructions will be calculated first in the present Swedish rules, and then in the coming eurocodes.One of these two constructions will be build completely in steel, while the other will be build completely in concrete.

Organic agriculture is financially promoted in Sweden by special environmental support and as consumers we are all encouraged to buy organic food. At the same time scholars at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences claim that organic farming does not provide any environmental benefits. The main criticism is that organic farming has lower yields than conventional, which means that more land is needed to produce the same amount of food as in conventional farming, leading to deforestation and loss of biodiversity. As for climate change, the critics claim that the significantly higher productivity in conventional crop production compared to organic, releases surplus land, which could be used for bio-fuel production and thereby replace the fossil fuels. The critics also claim that organic farming causes higher nutrient leaching than conventional.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the identity, competences and professional development of corporate librarians. I have done an empirical study based on semi structured interviews with 11 information professionals who were working at Astra Zeneca at the time of the re-organizations of the company in 2009 which ultimately led to the closing of the libraries. I have also examined the views on competences and professional development of librarians in general, both in Sweden and in Denmark. I have used Thomas Brante?s theories on profession types as well as Anders Ørom?s theories on librarian identities as my theoretical framework.

In the field of maintenance management there are but a few models an organization can use. The one model that has risen to the status of being the de facto standard in Sweden is pm3(på maintenance management model). The aim of this study is to lay the groundwork for a new method of evaluate the use of pm3within organizations. Today there is no uniform way of performing such an evaluation, which is necessary in order to diagnose the performance of the systems maintenance organizations.In the process of creating our own method for performing this kind of pm3audit, we further developed the ideas from a study by Lagsten & Nordström (2013) that was performed at the county Region Skåne. The authors of that study had developed ideas about using method rationale as a basis of creating a method for pm3auditing.

Syftet med detta arbete är att få en inblick i vad fritidspedagogens uppdrag i klassrummet är. Genom att studera yrkesroll och status vill vi få reda på hur några verksamma fritidspedagoger upplever detta uppdrag och sin yrkesroll. Vi vill även studera utbildningens form och innehåll ur ett historiskt och ett nutida perspektiv för att ta reda på om och hur yrkesrollen har förändrats. Genom litteratur och empiri i form av intervjuer har vi kommit fram till att avsaknaden av riktlinjer för vad fritidspedagogens roll i klassrummet är gör att fritidspedagogen, i samverkan med klassläraren, själv får tolka sin roll och göra den till sin egen. Utifrån intervjuer med informanter har vi också kommit fram till att vissa grundläggande kompetenser som de tycker ska ingå i en fritidspedagogsutbildning idag saknas..
