Denna uppsats handlar om medelålders personers inställningar till robotar i vården. Utmaningen är att fylla gapet som skapas mellan ökandet av äldre och minskandet av vårdgivare. Robotar i hemmet ska fungera som ett hjälpmedel för äldre personer där de ska kunna bo själva längre och även känna självständighet. Uppsatsen undersöker hur personer mellan 40 och 60 år ser på robotar i hemmet och om de hade kunnat tänka sig ha en sådan hemma när de blir äldre. En jämförelse görs mellan 20-40 åringar från en tidigare studie som genomfördes för ca 15 år sedan och dagens 40-60 åringar för att ge svar på frågan: Har synen på robotar och inställningen till dessa förändrats över tid sedan den sista undersökningen år 1998? Vilka mönster finns det ? likheter och skillnader?.

Abstract My purpose of doing this study is to investigate the culture of delivering education in a strange combination of subjects labelled ?Language choice Swedish/English?. The activity however exists without curriculum, syllabus or certification. I want to put study the problem of delivering an educational activity without national certification. I will use a hermeneutic approach and render properly the headmaster?s, the teachers? and the students? views on the activity in one school.

In previous contact with secondary schools, we have noticed a dull setting for friluftsliv among teachers in Physical Education and Health. We suspected that both teaching and assessment are sometimes conducted in error. Under the provisions of Skolverket the teacher must involve all elements mentioned in the core content of the curriculum and the assessment of students' knowledge may be based only on what is expressed in the syllabus for each course. Research shows that the implementation of the curriculum have failed in the subjects investigated (Skolinspektionen, 2013:22). We have identified a gap of knowledge regarding the situation of friluftsliv in the course physical education 1.

Counties in Sweden are following-up on patients suffering from malign melanoma, which is likely to have inheritable causes. During the last decades the questions about environment and social ethics, so called Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), have increased in importance. It is in the business world highly important for the corporations to show the public that the company care about these questions. A common approach nowadays is to outsource productions to other countries resulting in that suppliers have a great part of the work with CSR. CSR as a trend is a rather new phenomenon, and therefore interesting to see how the corporations handle these questions and how the approach looks like. The purpose with this study is to show how corporations which are recommended by CSR organizations for their handling regarding these questions approach CSR and how the work look like in the supply chain.

Studien försöker belysa vilka svårigheter elever som läser det individuella programmet möter och vilka möjligheter de har i deras strävan att gå vidare till ett nationellt program. Studien ger också svar på frågan om IV-elever trivs med att läsa programmet och om de börjar en gymnasieutbildning efter IV. Jag ville också ta reda på om vad elever i grundksolans årskurs nio tyckte om informationen om gymnasieskolan, och om alla fick chansen att prata med en studie- och yrkesvägledare. The communication with government and municipality through Internet has in-creased during the last couple of years. Therefore we have chosen to focus our bachelor thesis in this particularly area and the needs for usable web services for the citizens. In this bachelor thesis we are studying a increasing group users, namely elderly citizens. During the study we have analysed E-governments ser-vices usability through usability tests. The combination of conversations and meetings with individuals, observations of interactions and literature studies give us the opportunity to explore the users needs.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka könsmönster i förskolan och pedagogers tankar kring genus, bland barn i åldern tre till fem år. Leken är viktig för barns utveckling och lärande, och förskolan ska arbeta för att motverka de traditionella könsmönster som finns i samhället. Därför är det av stor vikt att pedagoger vet hur de förhåller sig till pojkar och flickors lek. I resultatet presenteras utfallet av observationer och intervjuer gjorda på en förskola i nordöstra Skåne. Resultatet visar att pedagogerna på denna förskola tycks ha kommit långt i arbetet för att motverka traditionella könsmönster.

No summary of feeding recommendations for foals exists today, which is why this subject was chosen for a literature study. The aim of this study was to describe nutrient requirements of healthy full term foals and how the feeding should be designed to raise foals if they lose their mother. Mare milk composition changes during lactation to meet the requirements of the suckling foal. Foals are born with enzymes in their small intestine and the concentrations of these follow the consumption patterns of the foal. Microbes colonizes the gut as the foal becomes older and these changes cause foal diarrhea.

This study concerns art education, and the importance of creativity in learning. The objective is to examine the use of art education in practice, and the school teacher?s position on this practice.The theoretical basis of the study is rooted in a socio-cultural perspective, and concerns the relationships between theoretical concepts as learning, knowledge and art education.The investigation is qualitative and the main research methods are participant observations and structured interviews.The group studied in this investigation consisted of five active educators, who work at different schools and make use of art-based methods in their daily work.My results show that teachers believe that art education can be used by schools as a gateway to the other subjects. Art is regarded as a form of understanding through which pupils explore their surroundings, challenge their ideas and build skills through interaction with others..

This report describes the manufacture and control of a flying platform. The report describes the basic and fundamental theories required to get the platform flying. It touches on subjects such as A/D-conversion. PWM-control and PID-control. The sensors used in the platform are a gyro and an accelerometer.

Working as a veterinary nurse includes advising animal owners, helping them to make discisions through well-based facts and experience. Preemptive spaying of the healthy bitch brings many advantages and disadvantages. It leads to cessation of gonadal hormone production, and how the exact extent the surgery affects the dog is not yet fully understood. The sex hormones mainly control the reproductive system, but receptors of these hormones are found in many tissues of the body, and have complex relationships with other hormone systems. Spaying decreases the metabolism although the bitch gets an increased appetite, which enhance the risk of obesity, unless the owner restricts food intake.

Every year an avorage of 40 000 Swedes fall ill with different forms of cancer. Chemotheraphy has an effect on the tumour cells as well as the healthy cells in the body, this causes many side effects which can be very problematic for the patient. The study was carried out in order to indicate the care measures that are taken to deal with the side effects i. e stomatit, loss of hair and sickness/vomiting, that are connected with chemotheraphy so that the outpatients will experience a quality of life. The method used was a qualitative interview with six nurses from the South if Sweden, all of whom are working with chemotheraphy patients.
