Many people in developed countries of the world seek medical information, advice or even buy drugs via the internet.So many websites rise every now and then claiming to provide various medical assistance to patients. But the application of information technology to medicine poses some ethical problems today. It is because of this that cyber medicine attracts my attention in this research.With this research, I hope to offer some recommendations for a morally acceptable cyber medicine .This will help to some extent in solving this all important problem ofcyber medicine for the good of the health care industry and the society at large..

Background: Patients with leg ulcer suffers often of woundpain. Healthcare professionals will strive after having knowledge and understanding for how woundpain influences the patient's quality of life. Aim: The aim is to elucidate the patient's experiences of pain at venous leg ulcer and the effects on their daily life. Method: The procedure has been a systematic literature overview with a systematic search in different databases. The search resulted in nine scientific articles.

This is a thesis performed at GEMS PET Systems AB in Uppsala. GEMS PET Systems AB is a company within GE Healthcare. GEMS PET Systems develops and manufactures equipment for manufacturing of radioactive isotopes for PET which is a scanner used in medical applications. The systems includes an accelerator of cyclotron type and other support equipment. One system is shipped in two or three containers depending on order configuration.

Litteraturgenomgången i bakgrunden ger en klar bild av förskolegårdens och utomhuspedagogikens betydelse. Utomhusvistelsen påverkar hela kroppen, både psykiskt och fysiskt enligt Szczepanski (2007). Jag gjorde en kvantitativ undersökning, om hur pedagoger ser på sin utemiljö. Sexton förskollärare från tre olika förskolor fick min enkät.

Diabetes type 2 is a fast growing illness and a global health problem, often a result from less appropriate standard of living. Lifestyle changes related to diet and physical activity are important lifestyle changes regarding to get control of the self-management and to avoid vascular complications.AimThe aim of this study was to describe patient's experiences of lifestyle changes in diabetes type 2.MethodA literature study was carried through based on 12 qualitative scientific articles.ResultsThe analysis result into two main themes and eight subthemes. Main themes where barriers and motivators for lifestyle changes and the subthemes where struggle, denial, lack of knowledge, alienation, support, motivation, acceptance and knowledge.ConclusionThis study shows that lifestyle changes are experienced different by patient with diabetes and nurses should therefore be aware of the unique and specific demands these patients require. This is important for providing a good diabetic healthcare and to help patients with their self-management.

The purpose of this essay was to see how the construction of elderly immigrants as a problem in healthcare and elderly care has been described in the relevant literature. In the course of doing so I tried to answer the following questions; What is said to be the expected problems or difficulties in work with eldely immigrants? How are the expected members of the problemgroup defined and identified? Whos perspective dominates the description of the problem, the users or the investigators? These questions were hard to answer and I had to conclude that the problem was not clearly defined; there was only an assumption of a problem. This, however, has not been a hindrance in the category of elderly immigrants being claimed to be a group with problems that need research and further investigation. The dominating perspective is that of the investigators as they are the ones who define and identify who is a part of the problemgroup..

En förutsättning för att få folk att delta i en friskvårdssatsning är att de är motiverade. En kvalitativ studie genomfördes med syfte att beskriva och förstå den yttre och inre motivationen hos kommunanställda som deltar i en friskvårdssatsning på vattengymnastik. Femton respondenter intervjuades utifrån en intervjuguide baserad på Deci och Ryans (1985) fyra faktorer (självbestämmande, kompetens, samhörighet och glädje) som ses som en förutsättning för att motivation skall uppstå. Resultatet visade att begreppen vanemöster, kompetens, samhörighet/social kontakt samt glädje/välbefinnande var centrala för att uppnå motivation att delta i vattengymnastik. Studien antyder att en arbetsplats kan skapa yttre förutsättningar för att de anställda ska ha möjligheten att hitta en passande motionsform.

The unheated greenhouse was originally a development from orangeries in the 1700th century and in 1930 and 1940 in blocks of greenhouses in the province of Scania. Today unheated greenhouses are used in permaculture, in the?eco villages? and in commercial culturing. Of the total Swedish commercial greenhouse area is today 8 % used as unheated greenhouses (SJV). This essay is based on the acceptance that unheated greenhouses will have a renaissance as production units. In the light of the today?s debate about energy ? and environment and the condition concerning this, the unheated greenhouse becomes an alternative. The purpose of this essay is to make an arguing synopsis about unheated greenhouses for using in acting as teacher, consultant and inspirer and also for taking part of the acceptance as ?for? or ?against?. The information is based on literature studies and information gathered with the keywords unheated greenhouse, coolhouse, coldhouse, greenhouse, type of greenhouse, orangery, greenhouse cultur, swedish greenhouse culture and permaculture, data gathering through SCB/SJV and by interviews with persons in the garden branch. My conclusion is that the unheated greenhouse could have a renaissance as a production unit. In this context it is important to give cultivators of greenhouses with experiences of unheated greenhouses great possibilities to share their knowledge, and through education possibility to change attitudes concerning unheated greenhouses. .

Aim: The aim of this study was to describe how individual self-management influences the general wellbeing among adult diabetic patients. Denna uppsats har skrivits som en del av de studier i krigsvetenskap jag erhållit under min tid vid yrkesofficersprogrammet.Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva sambandet mellan de grundläggande förmågorna ledning och rörlighet samt begreppet högt stridstempo vid förband av lättare karaktär.Den metod som använts i uppsatsen är en fallstudie som bygger på en kvalitativ textanalys. Genom en granskning av två valda operationer genomförs en analys efter varje skede. Den teknik som använts för insamling är litteratursökning. En frågeställning har behandlats: Hur såg sambandet ut mellan högt stridstempo och de grundläggande förmågorna ledning och rörlighet vid Operation Market Garden samt Operation Merkurius?Utifrån mina gjorda fallstudier visar resultatet på att i manöverkrigföring är begreppet högt stridstempo av stor vikt för att lyckas med striden.

In this thesis, I have discussed which (herbacious) perennials that are sold most in the county of Norrbotten in the upper north of Sweden. Also discussed are the factors considering overwintering and factors that affect the chances of survival. The reason to the subject is that I m born and raised in Norrbotten and throughout the years I ve wondered why so many of the perennial flowerbeds look so similar. The purpose of the thesis is to give another approach to the composition of the garden by explaining some of the factors that controls the survival of plants. The information is gathered partly through interviews with plantshop personnel and partly by a literature study. The results of the interviews reveal that tradition and hardiness is the major reasons to the consumer s choice.

Tillsammans utgör dessa ett komplett Balanced Scorecard där särskilt fokus på kausala samband finns. The work aims to problemize and increase the understanding for the new labour market's flexible organising. By using Elias and Scotson's theory, the new organisational form of hiring doctors in healthcare will exemplify the developments taking place with many temporary jobs and how it affects the intrinsic structure of a work to be studied. The essay will focus on examining how the interaction affected between established nurses and new temporary doctors given the new form. How the interaction of the recently established group possesses a higher social-, economic- and cultural capital than the already established working group? The method is a qualitative study with three long and deep semi-structured interviews.
