Bakgrund: Reumatoid artrit är den vanligaste inflammatoriska ledsjukdomen i Sverige. Sjukdomen påverkar individens liv och orsakar svårigheter i vardagen. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att belysa personers upplevelser av att leva med reumatoid artrit. Metod: En litteraturstudie med kvalitativ ansats användes där tio artiklar granskades med hjälp av en innehållsanalys enligt Graneheim och Lundmans tolkning. Resultat: Resultatets underlag är skrivet utifrån de tio kvalitativa artiklarna.

I Sverige ökar frekevensen av psykisk ohälsa. Mindfulness är en form av uppmärksamhetsträning att vara i nuet, som kan kan öka förmågan till lugn istället för att fastna i invanda beteenden såsom oro för framtiden. I aktuell studie delger fyra respondenter individuellt sina upplevelser kopplat till hälsa, efter deltagande i ett mindfulnessprogram. Denna kvalitativa studie med en tematisk analys på narrativ bas visar att berörda anammat mindfulness i varierande grad för att hantera egen hälsa och tillvaro i arbete samt privatliv inklusive relationer. Ytterligare studie rekommenderas kring effekter av mindfulness i ett mer långsiktigt perspektiv samt att utröna eventuellt andra påverkansfaktorer..

This study was conducted by using a qualitative textual analysis on UNICEF Sweden?s website with the purpose of problematizing the role of UNICEF Sweden in today?s globalised society. This was done in the context of how organisations of civil society have gained influence. Following questions were answered: How does UNICEF Sweden legitimise its operation? Which strategies does UNICEF Sweden use to encourage involvement and donations?The study shows how UNICEF Sweden legitimises its work by promoting a unique influence, their unique methods of work and by showing how the organisation helps the most disadvantaged children.

Bakgrund: En av de vanligaste cancerformerna hos kvinnor är bröstcancer. I Sverige diagnostiseras 15-20 kvinnor varje dag. För att kunna ge en god omvårdnad behövs det kunskap om kvinnornas olika upplevelser. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa kvinnors upplevelser efter ställd bröstcancerdiagnos. Metod: En litteraturstudie baserad på vetenskapliga artiklar med kvalitativ ansats.

This research aim was to examine the relationship between the choice of lunch dish, level of education, gender and age of the participants. The understanding of diet and it´s influence on health was also of interest to the research, as was cooking interest and travel habits. The goal was to demonstrate how these factors affect the adult individuals in their choice of lunch. A questionnaire was filled in by 99 guests in a chosen restaurant. The results show that many of these factors influence the choice of dish, especially those related to gender.

Antalet kvinnor som insjuknar i bröstcancer ökar för varje år. Metoderna för att upptäcka och behandla bröstcancer förbättras, vilket leder till att fler och fler kvinnor lever efter genomgången bröstcancerbehandling. Syftet med studien var att belysa kvinnors upplevelse av att leva efter bröstcancerbehandling. Ansatsen i litteraturstudien var kvalitativ och analysen i studien resulterade i fyra huvudkategorier, Upplevelsen av att ha en förändrad syn på livet, Upplevelsen av att ha en förändrad syn på kroppen, Upplevelsen av att vara frisk men ändå sjuk och Upplevelsen av ensamhet. Som sjuksköterska är det viktigt att känna till hur de här kvinnorna upplever sin nya situation, då den är väldigt annorlunda än den var tidigare och att använda sig av livsvärldsperspektivet för att på ett bättre sätt möta de här kvinnorna i vården..

The population over 65 years of age is increasing and health in elderly has been a subject of research for decades but voice function and vocal health has not been prioritized. The purpose of this study is to obtain reference value for the Swedish version of Voice Handicap Index (RHI) and the Throat Scale among people over 65 years of age and assess voice function and vocal health for this age group. The questions were as followed:1) What is the reference value of RHI for people over 65 years of age? 2) What is the reference value of the Throat Scale for people over 65 years of age? 3) Is there a correlation between a self-rated VA-scale on the perceived degree of voice problems, and the self-rated RHI-/Throat Scale result? 4) Does age, gender or previous profession matter for the self-perceived voice?In total 100 individuals participated in the study, 50 women and 50 men, between 65 and 92 years old. The reference value of RHI for people over 65 years of age was 13,4 points and the reference value for the Throat Scale was 7,7 points.

SammanfattningSyfte och frågeställningarUppsatsen syftade till att undersöka elevers uppfattningar kring begreppet hälsa, ur ett salutogent och patogent perspektiv. De frågor som ställdes var: har eleverna en salutogen eller patogen bild av hälsa, var får eleverna sin uppfattning kring hälsa ifrån samt förmedlar lärare i idrott och hälsa en salutogen eller patogen bild av hälsa enligt eleverna?Metod10 elever (7 flickor och 3 pojkar) i årskurs 9 från tre skolor i västra och södra delen av Stockholm deltog alla i en halvstrukturerad intervju. Intervjuerna genomfördes på respektive elevs skola i ett avskilt rum. Deras svar kategoriserades och analyserades med utgångspunkt i Antonovskys teorier, och Quennerstedts utvecklingar av dessa, kring salutogent och patogent.Resultat5 av 10 elever ansågs ha en patogen bild av hälsa, 3 av 10 en salutogen bild medan 2 av 10 ansågs ha en tvetydig/oklar bild av hälsa där både ett salutogent och patogent perspektiv fanns representerat.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate how small organisations within the subject field health and training work with their environmental scanning. The main questions in this thesis are: How do the organisations work with business intelligence/environmental scanning? What is their environment like and of which parts does it consist? How extensive is their work with business intelligence/ environmental scanning? Which are their main fields of application and how is the work compiled practically? In order to answer these questions we have chosen to use a qualitative method, which in our case consists of two interviews with people in managerial positions within the health and training subject field. The result of the two interviews is presented in a compilation, and it is thereafter discussed and analyzed. We used an existing theoretical model and altered it in order to correspond to the aim of this research..

The?interviews?were?semi-structured?individual?that?analyzed?using? content?analysis.?Results:All?of?the?women?felt?that?the?body?changed?after?the?mastectomy.? Most of the people in today's society have at least some knowledge about Alzheimer's disease to some extent. When a person with Alzheimer's disease is being taken care of at home, the relatives have to change their own priorities and readapt themselves to the existing situation. The primary aim of this study is to describe how the relatives experience their own situation in life. The secondary aim of this study is to describe how the relatives understand their own relation with the health care authorities concerning the help and support issues. The authors have realized this study using the analytic inductive method and have interviewed four informants using a semi structured interview guide.

This master thesis is a study of anaerobic thread lockers and is done in cooperation withÖhlins Racing AB, which is a Swedish manufacturer of vehicle suspensions.The suspension in vehicles is constantly exposed to high vibration levels and a suspensionunit has several screw- and cylindrical joints. Many pedigree dogs are suffering from inherited diseases or personality disorders caused by selective breeding. The Swedish lapphund is a breed that has been suffering from some loss of genetic variation due to the heavy use of only a few males. Concerns have arisen and crossbreeding has been discussed as a way to manage gene loss. Four breeds has been taken into consideration for this purpose; schipperke, finish lapphund, Norwegian buhund and Norwegian elkhound, black. These breeds has been tested theoretical by a comparison of mentality and health.

The study was conducted in Jönköping County Chamber of fibrillation and is about change and improvement of process modeling technology. The process for treating patients with fibrillation is in the need to evolve and improve. In order to develop the care they needed a current state description which usually is made with the traditional process modeling tool.Many scientists and health professionals is in the opinion that this technology gives a too rigid image to describe the care processes. It also does not sufficiently take into account the human aspects. This reasoning suggests that the process modeling technology in healthcare is in the need to develop multiple perspectives.
