HIV-positive women?s sexual health: A meta-synthesis of how HIV-positive women experience and describe sexual health
There is no consensus of the concept sexual health in the context of being HIV-positive women. Research in the area tends to focus in different measurable parts of sexual health for HIV-positive women. A meta-synthesis on that research issue can develop a deeper understanding and knowledge of how HIV-positive women in qualitative studies describe and experience sexual health. The purpose with this study is to analyze and synthesize the results about how HIV-positive women describe and experience sexual health. The meta-synthesis follows Noblit and Hare´s method of meta-ethnography and additional use of Walsh and Downe´s checklist to appraise qualitative articles.

A healthy workplace leads to increased health among the employees which also makes the employees more productive (Källestål, 2004). A poor working environment can have negative consequences for individuals, companies and society (SOU, 2009:47).This is a qualitative study that investigates companies? view of health promotion and how they practice health promotion in working life. Five private and five public companies, with representatives from the management were interviewed.

Leadership is important in the health promotion work when to get the collaborators motivated and involved in the health care program. The aim of the cross-sectional study was to investigate the collaborators opinion about the managers? pedagogical role in the health promotion work at Centralsjukhuset Kristianstad.

Despite this, there are health factors that enable us meet therequirements and can maintaingood health in the workplace. Theaim of the studywas to see if there has beena change in healthcare workers work-related health over time.

Today is one of the reasons that Sweden works for improved public health to reduce the incidence of the most common diseases. The eleven objectives are the key determinants of public health work and are thus assigned as the common positions for players to work towards the same goal. The purpose of this study was to examine which aspects of health promotion in Sweden examined in the scientific articles. The method is a literature review based on scientific articles. Searches have been conducted in the databases SAGE Journals Online, ASSIA and Cinahl.
Implementering av den utökade vårdgarantin i Landstinget i Uppsala Län
Denna uppsats är kvalitativ och behandlar hur den utökade vårdgarantin implementeras i Uppsala Läns Landsting. Med hjälp av Brunsson och Olsens teori om reform implementering och Brunssons teori om organisatoriskt hyckleri har vi analyserat hur reformen implementerats och vilka faktorer som påverkar implementeringen. Reformen syftar till att minska vårdköerna genom rationalisering och effektivisering men även till att påverka organisationens omgivning så att befolkningen får en mer positiv uppfattning om sjukvården. Våra slutsatser är att den utökade vårdgarantin är en utveckling av en tidigare reform och att implementeringen påverkas av tidsaspekten, oklarhet i idé och praktik samt organisationens förhållande till dess omgivning..

As an effect of increased living standards and improved health care, life expectancy has risen in many parts of the world. At the same time, welfare diseases such as diabetes and obesity increases. As the number of elderly and long-term sick rises, so will the medical care needs. E-health applications are often presented as a way to meet future medical and doing so within the scope of existing resources. By facilitating health communication and widen access to health services by offering them online, e-health applications encourages people to become more engaged in their own health, thus working proactively towards a healthier population.

This thesis examines the reasons behind the Swedish migration policy reform which led to a replacement of the Aliens Appeal Board by the Migration Court. This introduced a two-party procedure, oral hearings and enhanced transparency. It was designed to guarantee the rule of law and to thwart political arbitrariness.The transfer of power from representative institutions to judiciaries is referred to as judicialization, and the Migration Courts may be considered a typical example of this phenomenon. However, this can be questioned. The straggling nature of the term implies everything and anything unless cautiously defined.

En studie av en hälsointervention mot stress, ohälsa och sjukfrånvaro bland kundtjänstanställda
The aim of this study was to investigate a health intervention at a Swedish telecom company, with regards to behavioral, cognitive and somatic stress, experienced health, and absence due to illness. A further aim was to investigate the employees' perceptions regarding the health intervention. Questionnaires were collected from 139 employees at the customer service departments.Results indicated that the health activity bowling to some extent could predict lower behavioral stress. However, the most important predictors of stress and perceived health were lack of meaningfulness and quantitative demands. Lack of meaningfulness was also a predictor of absence due to illness.

Good conditions in the workplace, fairness in the workplace and the social differences contribute to a general improvement in public health. A health-promoting leader is working to create a workplace that promotes health, supports its employees and contributes to their wellbeing. The purpose of this study was to investigate the first-line managers in the city of Västerås experience and deal with their conditions and obstacles in the health-promoting leadership. A qualitative approach was chosen and the selection was six first-line managers working in three different areas of the City of Västerås. Managers were interviewed by an interviewguide and the material was analyzed with a manifest content analysis, with an inductive approach.
Effektivitetsvinster av en centralisering?: En studie av en kommunal inköpsfunktion
Inköpsfunktioner inom kommunal verksamhet har under de senaste åren lidit av ineffektivitet i form av höga kostnader och felaktig resursfördelning. Denna ogynnsamma situation har lett till reformer så som ökad centralisering. Syftet med denna studie är att, med utgångspunkt i en svensk kommun, skapa förståelse för hur effektiviteten påverkas av ovan nämnda reform. Mer specifikt hur den adaptiva respektive allokativa effektiviteten påverkas. Detta genom att skapa förståelse för aktörernas förändringsvilja och deras förutsättningar inför centralisering samt att med utgångspunkt i organisationens lagefterlevnad och resursfördelning, och hur dessa faktorer har påverkats i och med centraliseringen, göra tolkningar om effektiviteten.
