The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the unit managers, within care of elderly, in their role as manager and leader handle possible stress reactions among its nursing staff. Our purpose will generate the following issues; How does the employer discover stress among the employees? In what way is the stress taken care of among the geriatric care staff?What opportunities are there to prevent stress?The study is based on a qualitative research method. As a data collection method we've used semi-structured interviews and we have implemented them in five female heads in a medium-sized municipality in Sweden.

The purpose of this study was to examine how the design of the wards, at Björnkulla nursing home, affects the residents? wayfinding ability and autonomy. Thus, the aim has been to make a design proposal that, trough color and design can increase the residents? chance to independent mobility. Since the study aimed to examine how the environment affect and can support people with dementia, qualitative methods were used.

How are they apprehended by customers of the company? What are Prime Cares own thoughts behind the channels? How does Prime Cares self-image correspond to the way that customers apprehend the company?Material/Method: Twenty interviews has been done with different customers of Prime Care in order to see how the company and its communication flow is apprehended. A consultant manager of Prime Care has also been asked about purposes behind the companies external communication channels in order to enable a comparison between Prime Cares image and profile. Prime Cares website, one of their mail sendouts, their salescalls, salesvisits and their exhibition participation have been studied on the basis of relevant litterature. Maletzkes model of mass communication was used as a general view of communication flow.Main results: All communication channels included in this study have different ways of function even though they all have the same main purpose, videlicet to promote the company, to inform about its activities and to recruit new customers and consultants.

In this essay the aim is to look at difficulties in preservation of buildings in general, andespecially the ones of the modernist era. To navigate in this huge field the study is narroweddown to take place in Finspång, a small Swedish town. In Finspång there was a swimmingpool facility built in 1967. In 2003 the facility was closed down due to its unusable conditionsand then after seven years with discussions of different plans about what to do with thefacility it was demolished in 2010. This case is the base in the essay, and why it was notpreserved.The purpose of this essay is to look at what the people in Finspång think about preservation ofbuildings with the demolished swimming hall facility as base, and what impact materiality hason questions regarding preservation, cultural heritage, memory and history.

Method: Information has been collected from interviews with 13 different serviced office companies, one serviced office agent and eleven government authorities. Also litterateur, reports and internet have been used in gathering information.I will use following questions:¨ How is the serviced office concept designed?¨ Which customer segment should SFV direct to and what need does the segment have?¨ How shall a marketing plan look like for the concept?¨ How should a concept designed for SFV look like? Result & Conclusions: Serviced office space is a company that letting functional workspace with access to shared facilities e.g. reception, office machines, internet, phone and more.

Valutasäkringsstrategier En kartläggning av svenska företag inom industribranschen på Mid Cap och Large Cap
I den här uppsatsen kartläggs operationella valutasäkringsstrategier i svenska företag. Företagen återfinns inom industribranschen på Large Cap och Mid Cap på Stockholmsbörsen.För att få en generell kunskap om valutasäkringsstrategier hölls initiala intervjuer med dels Magnus Jarlén, Corporate Finance Director på AB Volvo, dels Peter Karlsson, Head of Treasury på AB Volvo. Förutom att bidra till bakgrundskunskap, utmynnade även intervjuerna i en problemdiskussion utifrån vilken frågeställningar skapades.Uppsatsen ämnar besvara hur valutasäkringsstrategier ser ut i de gällande företagen, samt om finanskrisen 2008 har haft någon påverkan och i så fall hur den påverkat valutasäkringsstrategierna. Uppsatsen ämnar även undersöka om det finns riktlinjer för hur valutasäkringsstrategier skapas. Slutligen undersöks varför vissa företag säkrar sin valutaexponering med derivatinstrument medan vissa företag väljer att inte göra det.Som underlag för att besvara frågeställningarna har en litteraturstudie gjorts tillsammans med granskningar av tidigare svenska och utländska undersökningar inom valutahanteringsområdet.

The results are analysed based on a broadtheoretical framework.Main results: The results of this survey show that the role of the professionaljournalist is extremely complex, with a strong ideological basis that fundamentallyinfluences the journalist's view of the profession and of him- or herself.
