The difference between the public sector and the private sector in Sweden was once very small. These sectors have been united as well for the people, the organizations as for the finances. During the 1960´s and 1970´s the public sector in Sweden was expanding and after the 1980´s the people started talking more about an expanding private sector instead. Vi har gjort en kvalitativ undersökning av hur en bank på den svenska marknadenupprätthåller kundrelationer via en Internetbaserad distributionskanal. Vi har utfört en intervjumed Danske Banks Head of Channels Daniel Wahlström för att insamla primärdata för attundersöka och analysera vilka faktorer som är essentiella för att upprätthålla kundrelationervid en fysisk distansering från kund.Analys av primärdata har skett utifrån utvalda relevanta teorier och perspektiv som behandlarkundrelationer, tjänstekvalitet, kundlojalitet, kundupplevt värde, e-lojalitet samt CustomerRelationship Management.Resultatet av studien visar att banken har ett väl fungerande arbete med kundrelationer ochsitt CRM-system utifrån de teorier som studien har baserat sig på. Alltjämt försöker bankenanpassa sig efter distanseringen från det fysiska bankkontoret till en Internetbaserad kanal därtjänsten också har utvecklats jämsmed kund. Dock kvarstår en del emotionella utmaningar iarbetet med en personlig relation med kund i denna kanal..

The Sheep is the oldest livestock, and has been in Sweden for 4-5000 years. Thanks to that you can obtain skin, as well wool and meat. Therefore it was an important animal. Sheep production has increased, strongly lately due to the pasture support. The purpose of this paper is to find out what kind of different EU-subsidies you can get and to compare the subsidies in Öland and the main land. Sheeps are very good conservationist with grass, bushes and herbs, because of different grazing lands hardness and growth is it important to control the pasturage strain. A good way to regulate this is to have different enclosed pasture to switch between. I have been studying the different EU-subsidies.

SammanfattningSyfte och frågeställningar: Syftet med denna studie var att a) undersöka om motionärer med Achilles tendinopati (AT) i mittportionen har nedsatt dorsalflexion i första metatarso-  falangealleden (MTP 1-leden) på affekterad sida jämfört med frisk b) undersöka om det finns sidoskillnader i naviculare position samt c) undersöka vilken metod - goniometermätning (GM) eller visuell estimation (VE) - som är att föredra vid mätning av dorsalflexionen i MTP 1-leden. Frågeställningarna var följande: Hur förhåller det sig med skillnaden för dorsalflexion i MTP 1-leden då affekterad sida jämförs med frisk hos motionärer med AT? Hur förhåller det sig med sidoskillnaden för fotvalvets höjd ? Hur förhåller det sig med sidoskillnaden för den vertikala rörligheten i mellanfoten? Hur förhåller det sig med mätvärdet för dorsalflexion i MTP 1-leden då affekterad sida jämförs med frisk vid användandet av respektive mätmetod (GM och VE)? Hur förhåller det sig med den samtidiga validiteten mellan VE och GM vid mätning av dorsalflexionen i MTP 1-leden?Metod: 28 patienter med unilateral AT (medelålder 39 år, symtomtid median 12 veckor), rekryterades konsekutivt. Patienterna diagnosticerades kliniskt, nedre extremitet screenades för rörelseinskränkningar i sagittalplanet, naviculares höjd (NH) mättes i två positioner och naviculare drop (ND) beräknades. MTP 1-leden fotograferades tre gånger i standardiserad mätposition och dorsalflexionen mättes med GM på fotografierna som randomiserats.

The purpose of this thesis is to explore the situation for ebooksin Swedish public libraries. Another part of the essay is to discuss pedagogical issues related to learning through conflicts. With this aim and these questions of issues, we have found out which attitude employers have towards conflicts at the workplace as well as how they prevent and deal with them. We have also investigated which opportunities for further development employers sees in situations of conflict. This study is based on qualitative interviews with six women who are head of units within the communal area.

This thesis deals with numerical simulation of earth pressure against tubular bridges in the software Plaxis. Plaxis is a FEM (Finite Element Method) software based on numerical calculations for which approximate solutions are developed through an iterative process. The program is specifically designed for soil and rock mechanical tests, such as voltage and deformation calculations in soil.The Royal Institute of Technology conducted in 2005, field tests on tubular bridges of corrugated steel, which was part of Ersa Bayoglu Fleners PhD (Bayoglu Flener, 2009). She studied how two different tubular bridges deformed during installation and filling. Tests and measurements were made during filling.

In this thesis a possible cost effective runner change of some of the units in the hydroelectric power station Olidan is investigated. The possibility to drive a unit at the same efficiency point through a change of the turbine shaft speed and the rate of discharge is tested. Furthermore the theories behind model testing, determination of efficiency increase from model to prototype and efficiency measurements shall be discussed and analyzed with Olidan as a starting point.A predicted curve has been built on information from model tests and field measurements on the existing runners and runner data from the test of the new model. The predicted curve shows the difference in efficiency between an existing runner and a modern one. It is the difference in efficiency that is used in the calculations that are to show whether changing to a pair of new runners will be cost effective or not.

During five weeks the authors, two physiotherapy students, completed a clinical practice at the rehabilitation center Pina Palmera, Zipolite, Oaxaca, Mexico. At the beginning of the period a critical incident was chosen, when the head physiotherapist for the ward Cuidados Especiales intended to sell jewellery to the authors during a treatment of a patient. The authors have by using the reflection framework "Framework to guide reflective process", and Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) for analysis, discussed different ways of communication, adherence, education, and self-reflection and critical thinking.
