Literature describes what it is like to be a leader in the healthcare and what is looked upon as the most characteristic quality for female leadership. Women often use a leadership technique that motivates the employee and they allow themselves to develop a humanitarian leadership. The aim of this study was to describe female head nurses? experience of their leadership in healthcare. The collection of data has been carried out from interviews.

Background; Gynecological cancer is a common term for cancer in the female genitals and 2013 there were about 2800 women in Sweden that was diagnosed. This form of cancer and the treatment that is used, affects the sexuality and also the fertility of the women.Aim; The purpose with the essay was to illustrate the experience of the sexuality after the treatment of gynecological cancer.Method; The method used in the essay was a systematic translation of different literature. Of all the articles used there were eight that was qualitative, two quantitative and one was a combination of both methods. The analytic process was accomplish with the support of the Friberg (2006) analytic method.Results; The analysis resulted in two categories; Physical changes after the treatment and the treatments impact on the sexuality of the women. The physical changes that occurred because of the treatment was recurring and it showed that it was primarily surgery that hurt the woman body.

Introduction: For the adolescent to be diagnosed with cancer could be turbulent and life may end up in tatters. A cancer diagnose affects the adolescents' relationships with parents, friends and new acquaintances. For teens that are affected by cancer, losing peer relations are a great fear and to maintain friendship can be one of several challenges during this period.Purpose: The purpose of the study is to describe adolescents' experiences of peer relations after being diagnosed with cancer.Method: Qualitative interviews with four adolescents were conducted and collected data were analyzed using a qualitative content analysis.Findings: The result shows that peer relations got affected in both positive and negative ways. This is reported in three categories; ?Losing friends?, ?Friends matter? and ?Changed friendship?.

Barnets cancer leder således till ett ökat livslidande hos samtliga familjemedlemmar. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att ur ett föräldraperspektiv belysa hur familjens livsvärld påverkas då ett av barnen drabbas av cancer samt hur situationen hanteras av familjen. Background: The most common reason for veterinary care in horses is lameness. Lameness in riding horses is often difficult to evaluate and in many cases may require riding to come to a diagnosis. Evaluation of lameness has proven to be very subjective and depends on the examiner. There is a need to evaluate ridden horses in an objective way.

Bakgrund: I Sverige är det 31000 stycken människor som har palliativ vård. Cancer är oftast den vanligaste orsaken till palliativ vård. Palliativ vård handlar om att vårda hela människan och lindra symptom. Hopp är motiverande impuls som driver människan till att hantera svåra och stressiga situationer. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien är att belysa upplevelser av hopp i palliativ vård vid cancer ur ett patientperspektiv.

Att leva med hematologisk cancer medför förändring av människans livssituation. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva upplevelser av att leva med hematologisk cancer. Tolv vetenskapliga studier med kvalitativ ansats analyserades med manifest innehållsanalys. Analysen resulterade i fem kategorier: att inte sammankoppla symtom med cancer, att kämpa mot osäkerhet och oro, att känna begränsad tillvaro och påverkan på livskvalitén, att känna behov av stöd från omgivningen och att behålla hoppet och uppskatta livet. Resultatet visar att diagnosen beskrevs som förödande med känslor av fullständig chock.

The access to more advanced technology has made it possible to study areas, which earlier have been hard to reach. The knowledge about kinematics in the horse, and how riders and their equipment interact with the horse?s movement, is also of great interest to veterinarians in equine practice.

Kolorektal cancer är den tredje största cancerformen och det är en patientgrupp sjuksköterskor kommer att möta. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva personers upplevelser av att leva med kolorektal cancer. Elva vetenskapliga artiklar samlades in och analyserades med manifest kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analysen resulterade i fyra kategorier: Att livet fick ett avbrott, Att få stöd är viktigt, Att behandling och symtom skapar känsla av oro och Att kämpa mot sjukdomen. Det beskrevs som en chock att få sin diagnos och osäkerhet genomsyrar hela sjukdomsperioden.

Syftet men denna systematiska litteraturstudie har varit att beskriva vilka komplikationer, som kunde leda till malnutrition hos cancerpatienter när de genomgått cytostatikabehandling. Resultatet visade att komplikationerna som cancerpatienterna kunde drabbas av var fatigue, diareér, kräkningar, såriga slemhinnor och illamående.
