Informationshantering kring nationella prov i matematik på gymnasiet
This work studied the information flow and information Handling among different parties. The study focused on how educational materials on national tests from The Swedish National Agency for Education is managed by school principals and teachers and how the information is passed on to students. The data material was based on observations and interviews at two different high schools. Six teachers and their classes and principals participated in the study. The Agency was also interviewed.

This essay seeks to analyze the consequences of modern information and communication technology for collective action within the framework of social movements. With references to the protests in Seattle 1999, the essay argues that the emergence of distributed collective action is closely related to the use of technology, for example cell phones and Internet. This distributed collective action can be characterized by its decentralized and self-organizing features, forming a global pattern emerging from local interactions. Whereas contemporary theories of collective action can be ´stretched´ to fit these aspects, they lack analytical tools to describe and analyze such systems. Further, their rejection of classical crowd theory is problematic, since it contains valuable insights.
Vad ångrar man mest- Sakersom man har gjort eller inte har gjort?
Människor upplever ånger dagligen, och beroende på vilka beslut som fattas kan vissa beslut ångras mer än andra. Därför undersöktes skillnader i typer av ånger med hjälp av webbenkäter som delades via Facebooks PM funktion. 80 deltagare ingick där de fick beskriva två saker som de ångrade mest att de hade gjort samt två saker som de ångrade mest att de inte hade gjort. Dessa skattades sedan på hur mycket de ångrade det samt hur pass viktigt/allvarligt de upplevde det. En signifikant skillnad upptäcktes där saker som de ångrade att de inte hade gjort skattades som viktigare/allvarligare än det som de ångrade att de hade gjort.
Agens : om konsten att se handling bortom det förväntade
The law which makes the purchase, or the attempt to purchase, temporary sexual services a criminal offence has been implemented in Sweden for more than six years. It appears as if very few, possibly no, sex-selling women have used the law to report men who have bought their services during these years. How can this be understood? With this thesis I suggest a new way of thinking on agency. A way which questions the traditional view on action whereby agency equals to act in certain, predefined ways.
Dimensionering av industrilager för biobränsle :
The aim of this study was to develop a simple model for calculating stock costs for bio fuel at Billerud Karlsborg and subsequently recommending a suitable stock level of bio fuel. The stock components considered in the model are GROT (branches and tops), bark, dry wood chips, raw wood chips from barking and sawdust. The calculations are based on a probability distribution of historical deviations between ordered and delivered volumes. The model presents two different ways to manage the supply in case of irregular deliveries. The first way is to stock enough volume to cover the deviations and the second way is to compensate with a quick purchase from the spot market (at extra high purchase prices).

Positive human to cattle interactions and the possibilities to increase animal welfare, economy and safety for farmers
Cattle production systems are changing to bigger intensified systems with larger numbers of animals per farm and more free range systems while at the same time employing fewer people. Aversive Handling has been known to affect cattle production negatively for many years, but lately scientists have started to focus more on what positive effects gentle Handling and positive human-cattle interactions may have on beef and dairy production. Fear can cause high stress in production animals and this can contribute to not only reduced production within beef and dairy cattle, but also increased risks for accidents and decreased animal welfare. Therefore, by reducing the fear cattle experience of humans, it could be possible to increase production, decrease accidents and increase the welfare of the animals. Reducing the animals fear and stress can be done by simple means, such as walking and talking calmly around the cattle, associating humans to positive feelings (such as feed) and stroking the cattle?s body regions associated with social grooming.
FMT och motivation : Metoden som ger lust till eget handlande
Motivation är en kraft som driver oss framåt mot ett mål. För att komma fram till målet, krävs det energi, ofta i form av rörelse, som leder till Handling. Personer med funktionsnedsättning i någon form, kan ha svårighet att hitta den rätta energin. Med stöd av Funktionsinriktad Musikterapi ? FMT, finns möjlighet att locka fram spontana Handlingar som leder till ökad helhetsutveckling hos individen.Under min utbildning till FMT-terapeut vid Musikhögskolan Ingesund i Arvika, som tillhör Karlstads universitet, har jag haft praktik med två barn med diagnosen autism och intellektuell funktionsnedsättning.
Resource planning for internal logistics : A tool designed for the material handling department at Scania Axles and Gearboxes
This master thesis is performed at Scania Axles and Gearboxes, a production plant located in Södertälje. Within the plant axles, gearboxes as well as central gears are assembled from components to finished products. All production is conducted on production lines, with a pre-determined rate, which is supplied with components by the material Handling department. Since the production quantity and the mix of product variants produced on the production line is customer order-based, the number and type of components needed for production as well as appropriate staffing within the material Handling department is difficult to predict. Scania is currently using a number of different resource planning tools for each material Handling-department within Axles and Gearboxes to visualize the workload within the departments.

AbstractSkanska Sweden has decided to split the organization that earlier handled both large and small projects into two different subsidiaries. A consequence of this is that all construction service Handling will from now on be enforced under the name Skanska Direkt AB. The management of Skanska sees this as an opportunity to develop the organization and in the long term achieve higher earnings. The task which Skanska in connection with the reorganization wanted to be investigated was a proposal on how the organization of work with the insurance work in the future should look like.The organization that is handled is from production manager to professional workers and includes damage Handling that has been obtained from insurance companies in the southern and northern parts of Värmland. The purpose with this work is to present a different kind of view to the problem with developing this branch of the company. The main target was to work out a proposal of an organizational plan for the damage Handling in Skanska Direkt AB that is possible to apply, less sensitive for dismissals, results in higher earnings, obtains higher customer satisfaction and also a staff stab that develops their skills at their own.The report and work progressed as following:Opening theory study of strategies to obtain the objectives set.Restructuring of existing organization with theories as support.Interviews with the actors involved to verify feasibility of the developed organization plan Organization chart, the result of work means that some workers at each location shall be responsible for a small group of workers and work independently. They shall manage the process of invoicing and calculate costs at the same time as they work out on the workplace.
Att sätta likvärdiga betyg
Bakgrunden till undersökningen bottnar i en, från vår sida, saknad av djupare utbildning kring betygsättning och bedömning inom lärarutbildningens inriktning hem- och konsumentkunskap. Men också ett intresse för tillvägagångssättet vid bedömningen i ett ämne som inte enbart innefattar katederundervisning utan också undervisning med matlagning i kök. Med detta som grund växte undersökningen och uppsatsen fram.Syftet för studien var att undersöka hur lärare i hem- och konsumentkunskap går tillväga för att samla in ett betygsgrundande underlag. För att besvara syftet valdes en kvalitativ metod, intervju. Studiens resultat grundar sig på fem intervjuer med fem lärare som undervisar i hem- och konsumentkunskap med varierande erfarenhet i yrket.
OMVÅRDNADSPERSONALENS OMHÄNDERTAGANDE AV SUICIDALA PATIENTER : Vårdpersonalens upplevelse av att vårda patienter som utfört en suicidal handling samt samarbetet mellan psykiatrisk och intensivvårdsavdelning omkring dessa patienter.-en kvalitativ intervjus
Introduktion: Suicidala patienter är en patientgrupp som väckte känslomässigt engagemang hos vårdpersonalen. För att kedjan av vårdinsatser mellan den somatiska och psykiatriska vården skulle fungera optimalt behövdes ett väl utvecklat samarbete. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att belysa vårdpersonalens upplevelse av att vårda en patient som utfört en suicidal Handling samt samarbetet mellan psykiatrisk och intensivvårdsavdelning vid vård av dessa patienter. Metod: Studien gjordes med en kvalitativ metod med intervjuer i fem fokusgrupper där resultatet tolkades med hjälp av en manifest innehållsanalys. Resultat: Studien visade att vårdpersonalen upplevde den suicidala patienten som en komplext och resurskrävande patientgrupp. Resultatet visade även att man önskade ett mer utarbetat samarbete runt dessa patienter mellan intensivvården och psykiatrin.
Ansvarsredovisning - En studie av fyra branschledande företag
Oron för miljön och hållbarhet har ökat dramatiskt under de senaste åren. Men problem och frågor som rör kommunikation av hållbarhetsarbetet har förblivit obesvarade. Kritik har gjorts att hållbarhetsredovisning är vagt kopplat till verksamheten och att det inte finns ett samband mellan hållbarhetsredovisning och redovisningssystem. Som ett resultat av detta har en ny form av hållbarhetsrapporter utformats. Det underliggande syftet med den nya rapporteringsstrukturen är att integrera rapporteringen i företagens årsredovisning.Studien har ett jämförande perspektiv och kommer att fokusera på fyra branschledande företag.
Tingens dragningskraft : En undersökning i hur samlare brukar historia
Denna uppsats behandlar ett populärt sätt att bruka historia på. Den riktar sig mot samlare av historiska ting och hur de aktiverar en historiekultur. Uppsatsen belyser interaktionen mellan människa och ting. Med utgångspunkt i ett interaktionistiskt perspektiv påvisar resultatet att en människa - ting - människa relation kan utvecklas i takt med att samlandet gör det. Samlandet följer också ett visst mönster och är av en processartad form som rör sig från ett naivt och lekfullt samlande mot en allt större systematik allteftersom samlandet utvecklas.

The purpose with this work that is the basis for this thesis was to help Nattavaara Economical association to develop a program for Handling invoices, customer information, and storage. The program and this thesis have been done in cooperation with the economical association in Nattavaara. Some of the demands on the program are that it shall handle customer information, storage status, invoices and diesel consumption. The program must be able to printout invoices, reminders, delivery notes, a customer list and a storage list. All information will be stored in a database.
