Driveability analysis of terrain data offers an important technique for decision support for all kinds of movements in the terrain. The work described in this report uses a high resolution digital terrain model generated from the laser radar data and further processed by the Category Viewer program, and information from the Real Estate Map. Properties of features found in a filtering process are calculated and compared with a set of rules in a knowledge base to get a driveability cost. This cost is then visualized in a graphical user interface. An evaluation of what driveability is and what it is affected by is performed, and a general cost function is developed, which can be used even if not all relevant information is available.

Mycket hÀnder i Norra Sorgenfri. Det hÀr arbetet syftar till att sÀtta omvandlingen under lupp och att granska möjligheterna för ett inkluderande stadsliv i omrÄdet. Vissa forskare hÀvdar att Malmö segregeras och att fler malmöbor lever i en marginalposition. Avsikterna med omvandlingen Àr goda och det verkar pÄ planer och program som att stadsdelen kan bli ett omrÄde för hela Malmö. Det Àr dock viktigt att diskutera hur omrÄdet skulle kunna fungera som mötesplats och boendemiljö.

Inom 3D-grafik, visualiseringar, spel och VR finns ett behov av mÄttriktig modellering. Traditionellt sÄ anvÀnds CAD-program för att uppnÄ ett exakt eller precist resultat. Men dÄ CAD-program inte utmatar polygonal geometri sÄ fungerar det inte att anvÀnda resultatet direkt i tidigare nÀmnda kategorier. Denna studie Àmnar att underlÀtta mÄttriktig polygonal modellering i Autodesk Maya genom ett tillÀgg i form av ett grafiskt anvÀndargrÀnssnitt. Effektiviteten av detta mÀts genom tidtagning pÄ modellering av CAD-ritningar i polygoner hos en testgrupp bÄde med och utan tillÀgget samt en kvalitetskontroll dÀr resultatet jÀmförs med specifikationen.

Det finns idag diverse datorprogram som anvÀnder sig av olika typer av datoralgoritmer för att ta fram noter i sÄng som t.ex. ScoreCloud och Magic Stave. Dock Àr det inte trivialt för sÄdana program att approximera tonhöjden i sÄng. Syftet med denna uppsats Àr att ta reda pÄ vad som Àr skillnaden mellan tonhöjden som mÀnniskor uppfattar och frekvensnivÄn som rÀknas ut av datoralgoritmer.För att undersöka detta skapade vi ett program för att kunna utföra ett lyssnartest. Testpersonerna fick lyssna pÄ ett utdrag av sÄngen frÄn lÄten Tom?s Diner av Suzanne Vega.

Miljökontoret pÄ Kiruna Kommun anvÀnder sig av ett program "Miljöreda 9000", med en tillÀggsmodul, MiljöReda MÀt. Denna gör det möjligt att registrera mÀtdata, t.ex. vatten och sedimentprover tagna i olika sjöar för att sedan med dessa som grund skapa en rapport som sedan kan föras över till andra programvaror som Excel och ArcView. Resultatet av examensarbetet blev en applikation dÀr man pÄ ett enkelt sÀtt kan arbeta med provresultaten i ArcView, skapa diagram och göra statistik och analyser. Det Àr ocksÄ möjligt att presentera resultatet med en karta som bakgrund.

Mindre företag i Sverige anvÀnder Àven i dag Àldre DOS-baserade (Disk Operating System) program för att hantera sina administrationsbehov. I takt med övergÄngen till fönsterbaserade applikationer har Àven behovet av hanteringen av övergÄngen ökat. I detta examensarbete har företaget ifrÄga haft behov av en uppdatering av dess befintliga DOS-baserade administrationsprogram. Uppgiften har varit att ta fram ett motsvarande Windows-baserat administrationsprogram med stöd för alla de funktioner som det ursprungliga programmet hade men med utökad funktionalitet. För att lösa denna uppgift har första steget i samrÄd med företagets representant varit att analysera hur anvÀndarna anvÀnder det befintliga systemet för att ta reda pÄ de funktioner som behövdes för att skapa ett vÀl fungerande program.

Method: The study was conducted as a quantitative descriptive study context and has used medical records with documented data from the participants who were part of a pain clinic rehabilitation programs in the years 2004-2005. Altogether there were 76 participants in these years and excluded was nine participants with BMI measurements were not included in the documentation. Main Results: Regarding the relationship between BMI and chronic pain there was no significant relationships. Participants who completed the behavioural medicine rehabilitation program, however, showed a lower value of BMI and the estimated pain in VAS from the first to the third which is the last time of measuring.

AimThe aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of MotViktÂŽs obesity-treatment program on eight severely obese subjects, concerning Body Mass Index, Waist-Circumference and Weight after three and a half months and Sense of Coherence, Body Image and Self-experienced Health after three months. The question in focus was: Did MotViktÂŽs obesity-treatment program have any effects concerning the factors mentioned above?MetodInformation was collected with questionnaires that were filled out by the eight subjects, three men and five women, who participated in MotViktÂŽs last round of treatment. Data concerning waist-circumference, weight and BMI were provided by MotVikt. The questionnaires that were used to get information about Sense of Coherence, Body Image and Self-Experienced health were SOC-29, BSQ and IQOLA SF-36.ResultatThe average BMI in the group has decreased with 2,9 kg/m2, from 39,7 till 36,8.

Several reports and scientific research have shown that unemployment affectshealth negatively and that it is the young unemployed who suffer the most. Despitethis, there were not many evaluated labour market programs for young peoplefocusing both on how the labour market programs affect the job status and health,most of them were only focused on job status. Since there were not manycompilations in that direction, the essay is intended to describe the variousprograms and their impact on both job status and health. A literature-based studyhas been conducted and 15 articles have been reviewed and compiled into variouscategories using a content analysis. It turned out that the majority of the mostcommon labour market programs were represented in the scientific literature.There was also a new genre that is not mentioned in previous reports, cognitivebehavioral therapy (CBT), which proved to be one of the most successful programs.Michigan Prevention Research Center (MPRC) job search programs also showedsome positive results.

Detta examensarbete utfördes pÄ ABB Power Technologies i Ludvika med syfte att förenkla tillverkningen av mÀrkskyltar till mÀttransformatorer.Tidigare utformades alla skyltar för hand i Excel utifrÄn data frÄn ett berÀkningsprogram. Det gjorde att det behövdes en mall för varje variant i varje sprÄk vilket ledde till vÀldigt mÄnga mallar. PÄ ABB ville man bÄde komma ifrÄn mÀngden olika mallar och det tidskrÀvande handarbetet som dessutom kunde resultera i att skyltarna inte fick enhetligt utseende. Genom att göra ett program som automatiskt genererar skyltarna utifrÄn en standardmall med hjÀlp av en fil frÄn berÀkningsprogrammet sparas mycket tid och arbete. Den som utformar skylten behöver dÄ bara lÀgga till nÄgra fÄ data sjÀlv och kan vÀlja sprÄk direkt i programmet istÀllet för att behöva skriva allt för hand.Resultatet av detta examensarbete blev ett program som anvÀnds av ABB för att göra skyltar till nÀstan alla mÀttransformatorer..
