För att skapa en mer flexibel monteringsbana, vill företaget se om det går att utföra mätningarna med annan teknik, samt om det då går att minska antalet mätstationer i flödet. Genom detta hoppas företaget på minskad kapitalinsats vid förändringar i design eller vid införande av en ny modell.Hela arbetet grundade sig i meningen: ?Minimering av mätning vid montering av PTU och RDU?, vilket höll öppet för egna idéer om både uppgift och utförande.

This thesis is done on behalf of Statkraft Sweden AB who wants to explore the possibility of replacing the hydraulic cylinder with an electric actuator, generally as well as a case of a small power station on the river Nissan. Whether it is the chaplain or francis turbine vanes are actuated by hydraulic cylinders. Because of Gustavsberg hydropower is inconstant operation, this report is based on power calculations, which are read and computed according to the available hydraulic diagram.

Today, Intangible values drive product development and form a company?s differentiation. Intangibles have therefore become the most prominent resources in a company.

The wild boar was reintroduced to Sweden in the 1970´s from enclosures that they had escaped from and by a government decision in 1988 they were considered a part of the natural fauna again. The purpose with this report is to examine the effects of the wild boars? reintroduction both on their welfare and on other aspects, such as how their population growth affects Sweden. This was done by gathering information from scientific literature and by performing three interviews. Another purpose is to briefly overlook live trapping and other common regulation methods.

It is clear that media advertising is one of the crucial marketing tools for companies in order to promote their products and services. As we are moving towards more and more economic integration, both on a regional and global scale, the question about standardisation of media advertising has become increasingly important and is nowadays subject to discussion in most international companies. This thesis deals with the issue of standardisation in a region where the process of political, legal and especially economic integration is taking its course, but where cultural and linguistic diversity is still a remaining fact: Europe. The aim of this thesis was to investigate the potential gains from a standardised advertising approach but also to identify its limitations. Especially on a market place like Europe, with its diverse cultural and linguistic background, a fully standardised approach might be difficult to implement.

AbstractThe purpose of this essay is to discover the driving forces in top athletes, concerning training, body image and social positioning. Furthermore the object is to study how important being fit is for social reasons in today?s society. The athletes have been interviewed face-to-face and described their personal drive regarding training, their goals and the significance of the sport. They have also described how they see the image of the ideal body that currently exists within the field of sport and society and how training affects their own body image.

There are a great possibility to shorten the time between mowing and preservation by spreading of ley crops in connection to the conditioning. In this case the cellular respiration (the plants breeding that consume sugar until the crop is ensiled) should not continue as long and the forage will perhaps get a higher nutritional value. The capacity of the next machine could also be higher because the rake gives swaths with a lot of material. There is also a possibility that spreading of ley crops gives the material a more homogeneous content of dry matter and that gives a reduced growth of clostridium. This is particularly important when the method of harvest doesn?t include any mixing of the material like it does with a round baler or silagewagon.

Tidigare undersökningar visar att de flesta företagen upplever att det största hindret för framtida tillväxt är brist på tid, tid som många lägger på arbete med ekonomiska uppgifter. Samtidigt vittnar andra studier om att outsourcing blivit en naturlig del i många företag. Syftet med denna studie är därför att förklara småföretagarnas outsourcingbenägenhet och hur de fördelar sin tid mellan ekonomiska uppgifter och övriga arbetssysslor.

Increased resource efficiency in an energy system could result in large economic and environmental benefits. Tekniska verken i Linköping AB (Tekniska verken) is responsible for the district heating network in Linköping. Their vision is to create the world?s most resource efficient region. An important step towards this vision is more efficient usage of produced heat, something which could be achieved through integration of a seasonal heat storage in the energy system.

I den aktuella kommun där studien genomförts har stora satsningar gjorts på att fortbilda vårdpersonal i demensvård under många år. Trots detta har det visat sig att det finns svårigheter för vårdarna att omsätta kunskaperna i det vardagliga arbetet. Under 2005-2008 pågår Kompetensstegen, en stor nationell satsning för att förbättra vården och omsorgens inre kvalitet i äldreomsorgen. Jag ville därför med mitt examensarbete undersöka effekterna av en så stor utbildningssatsning. Syftet var att undersöka vårdpersonalens uppfattningar av lärandet och de nya kunskaper som de fått genom Kompetensstegens demensutbildningar och vilka möjligheter eller hinder som finns för ett fortsatt lärande efter utbildningen.

Syfte: Vårt syfte är att analysera hur inre- och yttre motivation (Self-Determination Theory) och användning av tidsplaneringsverktyg (Time Management) interagerar inom Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. Vidare syftar studien till att analysera de eventuella kopplingar mellan Self-Determination Theory och Time Management som studien frambringar.Metod: Studien är av kvantitativ art och med grund i tidigare forskning utformades en enkät med totalt 38 frågor. Enkäten har konstruerats i Google Drive och distribuerats till respondenterna via e-post genom vår kontaktperson på Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. Totalt erhölls 303 enkätsvar, vilket innebar en svarsfrekvens på 38 %. Enkätsvaren har analyserats med hjälp av en korrelationsanalys och en faktoranalys.

When I did my literature survey I found that the Swedish environmental code, set by the Swedish law regulate how drain or sewer should be built. The environmental code however leaves a lot for your own interpretation. It might not be so bad but it must be very hard for the local environmental office to interpretation the regulations, since they are the ones that gives permission for the sewer in your workshop.

One condition for successful des-tination marketing is that all of these stakeholders collaborate in their marketing to create an integrated and powerful image. Another important aspect in terms of increasing the des-tinations competitiveness is that the local tourist companies are "export-oriented", in order to ensure that international tourists are looked after appropriately.This study has focused on the destination marketing of Stockholm.
