Med utgångspunkt i teoribildningen kring ett partis agerande på olika arenor och den förändring som har kunnat noteras kring centerpartiets agerande på väljararenan under senare år, är syftet med denna studie att se ifall vi idag kan förstå centerpartiets kommunikation på den interna arenan utifrån deras idéprogram från 2001 och med detta uttala oss kring en eventuellförnyelse av partiet på denna arena. Utifrån ett idéanalytiskt angreppssätt baserat på idealtyper, skapade för ny- respektive socialliberalism samt konservatism, studeras material från partiets riksstämmor i relation till idéprogrammet från 2001. Detta genomförs för de fyra funktionerna; syn på människans natur, syn på frihet, viktigaste enhet i samhället samt syn på människors välfärd. Resultatet visar att vi idag kan förstå centerpartiets interna kommunikation relativt väl utifrån idéprogrammet från 2001 men att det samtidigt kan noteras en förändring kring synen på samhällets viktigaste enhet i riktning mot en ökad fokusering på individen..

Tidigare studier visar att förekomsten av ätstörningar är högre inom idrotten än i samhället i stort och är enligt Riksidrottsförbundet en viktig fråga för idrottsrörelsens arbete. Träningsanläggningar är en arena där många individer befinner sig dagligen. Studier kring träningsanläggningars förebyggande arbete mot ätstörningar saknas idag. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka om och i så fall hur instruktörer på träningsanläggningar arbetar med insatser kring ätstörningar bland sina medlemmar. Studien genomfördes med enkät som datainsamlingsmetod där 26 instruktörer från tre olika träningsanläggningar i Sverige medverkade.

Undersökningen är gjord ur ett professionsteoretiskt perspektiv. Jag har valt att utgå från Julia Evetts och speciellt hennes begrepp professionalism inifrån respektive ovanifrån (from within/from above). Syftet är att analysera hur fritidspedagoger i en facebookgrupp, språkligt sett lyfter fram vilka de är och vad de gör, och på så sätt konstruerar en diskurs som  definierar yrkesrollen och uppdraget. Särskilt  intressant är hur de definierar sitt yrke i relation till lärare, skolledning och de politiker som styr över olika satsningar på skola och fritidshem.Jag har använt mig av diskursanalys som metod för att analysera det empiriska materialet, vilket består av texter från Facebook. Materialet har tematiserats enligt följande: Fritidspedagogens identitet som professionell och Hur definierar man det egna yrkesuppdraget?Resultatet visar att Facebook fungerar som en social arena där fritidspedagoger tillsammans konstruerar en diskurs som definierar yrkesidentiteten och yrkesuppdraget.

The aim of this essay is to examine how important marketing and networking is for the meeting industry in Stockholm. The meeting industry is one of the most profitable areas of the tourism industry today and a major contributor to economic growth in Sweden. The meeting industry has grown rapidly in Sweden and Stockholm has during the last five years been one of the ten most popular congress cities in the world. This has resulted in that the city has become a strong competitor to other European cities.Stockholm International fairs are for example the largest trade fair organizer in Scandinavia and Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre is the new arena of opportunity.However the marketing and a broad network is necessary for meeting facilities if their aim is to be successful. Marketing contributes to the meeting facilities establishment and makes it well known for the potential market, while the collaborations and relationships is important for facilitating their work.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate the melancholic, poetic language in Bübins unge (Bübin´s brat) by Mare Kandre (1962 ? 2005). In my opinion the novel, which is about a teenage ritual, also gives an imaginary arena for archaic and unmentionable experiences of the libido. It is therefore a witness to the truth of the subjects complex mind. To my assistance I have Julia Kristeva´s theory on the abjection, the successful melancholia and her concepts of the outsider and the catharsis.

Next year, Swedish upper secondary school will be the arena for a new comprehensive reform according to an extensive government bill. The reform will probably have major impact on every-day educational practices. The aim of this paper is to describe the consequences forbiology teaching when the reform is implemented, and to analyse in what way the biology teachers, and other participants, take part in digitised discussion forums during the implementation of the reform.The research design consists of a quantitative approach and two different methods are used, i.e. descriptive content analysis and quantitative content analysis. The content and meaning of the government bill is analysed and the statements from the participants at the discussion forums are equally important in order to fulfil the aim of this inquiry.The results show the reform will have a profound impact on the subject biology, e.g.

The aim of this thesis was to examine how role players experiences libraries and if the libraries are or can be an arena for activities that involves role play. A public library exists for everyone, but could nevertheless be viewed as a female sphere where women both borrow more books and visit the libraries program activities to a larger extent, compared to men. I asked the question whether men?s reason for choosing a different venue for information and culture was related to the libraries not being able to satisfy their needs. The theory of the thesis was Dorte Skot-Hansen, Casper Rasmussen Hvenegaard and Henrik Jochumsens model that states that the libraries can have four different functions and act as a venue for meetings, knowledge, inspiration and experiences.

Vårt syfte med studien är att undersöka och analysera samtalsämnen som kommer upp under bildskapande aktiviteter i förskolan, samt relationen mellan barn-bildmaterial och förskollärare-bildmaterial inspirerade av ett sociomateriellt perspektiv. Då den forskning vi läst mest handlar om den färdiga produkten inom bildskapande aktiviteter vill vi inrikta oss på samtal under bildskapande aktiviteter. Detta gör vi inspirerade av ett sociomateriellt perspektiv då vi inte sett detta tidigare. För att analysera använder vi oss förutom det sociomateriella perspektivet även av begreppen relationell materialism och aktörsskap. Vi använder oss av kvalitativ metod i vår observation då vi har intresse för olika innebörder, tolkningar och meningsskapande som människor i ett specifikt sammanhang är aktörer i.

Croatia became an independent country 1991 and has since then strived to reach a democracy level, which can lead to membership of the European Union. The purpose of this essay is on the basis of consolidate democratic perspective to illustrate Croatia?s democratic development.In order to fulfil the aim, I have applied a qualitative text analysis technique. Through analysis of books and documents, data was collected to accommodate a valid result. I have used consolidated democracy, with its five areas (political, civil, economic, legal and bureaucratic), as my theoretical framework to the data, to provide answers and develop an analysis.The conclusions show that the consolidate democracy in Croatia has developed a lot since the independence, and Croatia is on its good way to turn into a democratic state like other West-European countries.

The social media arena is rapidly growing and more and moreorganisations take part in the daily ongoing conversations indifferent social media channels. Conversations are being heldacross borders on every available topic and ratings and reviews ofconsumer products and services is one of them. This focus onglobalisation is also the reality of the hospitality- and tourismindustry. Their customers travel across borders and are eager,given the opportunity, to share their experiences with each other.As organisations within the hospitality- and tourism industry meetthese demands in terms of providing technological infrastructurefor information sharing and involve themselves in theseconversations there are some issues that need to be addressed.What does the logic of social media look like? How iscommunicating in social media any different from traditionalmarket communication? And how can hospitality- and tourismorganisations adapt their communication to fit into the logic ofsocial media?To conclude how organisations within the hospitality- and tourismindustry can benefit from the use of social media, I haveinterviewed representatives from a number of organisations andstudied their communication.

I detta arbete är syftet att undersöka förhållningssätt kring lärandet om religion i förskolan. Förskolan är en arena för möten och många aktörer kring barnet möts på förskolan. Förskolepedagoger möter inte bara barnen utan även deras föräldrar och de önskemål som de har. Förskolepedagoger möter även de krav som samhället ställer. För att kunna ringa in förhållningssätt kring dessa möten har jag tillämpat ett praxisnära samarbete med ett arbetslag på en förskola.

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) was ratified by Sweden in 1990. Among its principles is devotion to the best interests of the child (article 3). This principle is hard to define, and it is difficult to find studies on how children express themselves about how the convention should be realized. The Swedish government wants local councils to introduce routines that follow the proposed rights. The Swedish school system is an important arena where UNCRC?s rights can be put into practice.

The bachelor thesis examines conceptions behind the Swedish public librarian?s opinions of the public library as a meeting place. The study uses the critical discourse analysis, developed by Ernest Laclau and Chantal Mouffe, to analyze a focus group interview. The discourse analysis identifies four themes in the empirical material: the imagined arena of the meeting place, the behaviour in the meeting place, the meeting place?s librarian and the polemic against the meeting place.

Swedish preschools have a variety of children of different ethnic origins. The intention of this thesis is twofold; firstly to deeply examine how preschool teachers work with languages and secondly how to integrate the Swedish language with other native languages in practice. Hence, the aim is to get a deeper understanding and knowledge about how to integrate multilingual children that have other languages than Swedish as their mother tongue. The data collection for this dissertation is based on observations and interviews with three preschool teachers and child minders. The theoretical background is taken from literature which describes the social cultural perspective.
