Ämnet för denna uppsats är reformationen och Gustav Vasas maktövertagande i Sverige, under första delen av 1500-talet. Framförallt i Segersta och Hanebo socknar, i södra Hälsingland.Med hjälp av en historiografiskt komparativ metod försöker uppsatsen besvara hur tidigare historiska verk förklarat det faktum att det inte, i södra Hälsingland, uppstod några oroligheter till följd av de religiösa och samhälleliga förändringarna.Efter att ha redovisat den historiografiska bilden av hur historiesynen förändrats görs en studie av fyra historieberättande texter. Först två lokalhistoriska verk av äldre datum, där fokuseringen ligger på just det område, Segersta och Hanebo, som undersökningen begränsar sig till. Därefter följer två nyare verk som, även om de fokuserar sig på landet som helhet, i alla fall presenterar nya teorier och metoder inom forskningen.Det visar sig att de äldre lokalhistoriska verken inte alls är amatörmässiga, men företräder en omodern historiesyn. Efter att ha tagit del av de modernare verken blir det uppenbart att ny tolkning av gamla källor, tillsammans med nya källor, förändrat synen på reformationens verkningar på befolkningen, Gustav Vasas roll för reformationen, samt de befintliga oroligheternas dignitet.

There are plenty of exciting changes being developed in Tre Högar´s Park, which is located in the district of Linero, eastern Lund. A project group representing Linero If, Lugi Tennis and Linero/Östra Torn Health centre, has been created and is responsible for managing a development project of the Park. Their main focus is to create sports, exercise, health-promotion, health-care, recreation and rehabilitation facilities. They view the park area as having great potential and will transform it into a purpose built park for Health and Exercise. There are various authorities involved with and engaged in the scheme; aside from the project group, the municipality of Lund, The sport association of the handicapped and local schools are being consulted.

The purpose of this master dissertation is to show an example of how to renovate three different parks in an area of national interest in Höganäs, Sweden aiming to deal with their heritage value as well as making them attractive to today?s user. The question formulation can be described as following: How can i as a landscape architect renovate parks with different characters conserving their existing qualities. By studying and documenting the park´s history and current usage and using methods of evaluating a park?s heritage value ( Kulturhistorisk värdering av bebyggelse, Unnerbäck 2002) i could conclude which qualities to conserve and suggest and motivate what features to add or renovate.

Förslag på opera vid ÅrstafältetÅrsta Parkopera ligger placerad som en entré till Årstafältet. Promenaden fram till opera- byggnaden gestaltas som en park inspirerad av 1700-talets engelska parker, barockoperans storhetstid, och fortsätter genom operans två huvudbyggnader för att öppna sig mot det vidsträckta fältet..

Syftet med denna uppsats är att analysera hur Gustav Vasa framställts i olika läroböcker under tidsperioden 1919-2000 samt diskutera på vilket sätt de statliga läroplaner som utgivits under samma tidsperiod påverkat hur Gustav Vasa skildrats i läroböckerna. För att få svar på dessa frågor har vissa specifika delar av såväl läroplanerna som läroböckerna granskats utifrån ett antal på förhand fastställda kriterier. De granskningsresultat som framkommit har sedermera legat till grund för de slutsatser som utfärdas i uppsatsen. I uppsatsen framkom att de tidigast utgivna läroplanerna i huvudsak framhävde att kunskaper i den nationella historien och förmedlandet av en sund fosterlandskänsla var historieundervisningens primära fokus, alltmedan de senare utgivna läroplanerna i högre grad framhäver vikten av en ökad förståelse för andra folk samt vikten av ett breddat historiskt perspektiv. De resultat som framkommer ur läroboksanalysen är att det inte finns något stöd för att de tidigast utgivna läroböckerna i högre grad än de senare skulle försökt införliva en god fosterlanskänsla och en positiv nationell bild i undervisningen.

To perform a historical record of Beijers Park's development to date is about securing the tracks back in time. The historical record about the park tells not only the history of the park but the city, district, local residents and art of gardening. As the historical story is documented the necessary base for establishment of any care plans in the future and the base for cultural and historical value the park is made. Beijers park can in such work be treated alone or as part of the context of parks that were built during the same era in Malmö's history.Beijers park origin from the era of the late 1800s, when the entire green structure in Malmö changed. The park area today covers 12 hectares and is located in the district Kirseberg.

There are mainly two ways to transform the design of an existing park. You could either make a replanning of the park, an act that changes the design and the plant material in one swoop. Or you could use the management to change the expression of the park. To be able to develop the parks with the help of management, some form of goal is needed, that can make the management of the park strive towards an expression for the whole park as well as its individual parts. Among the documented goals, for individual parks and park management, which exist in the municipalities today, there seems to be a weak link between the all-embracing goals and the management that is carried out in the parks.

I denna uppsats studeras konstruktionen av bilden som ges i svensk tidningsmedias presentation av två svenska politiker vad gäller föräldraskap, kön och manlighet i relation till det politiska ledarskapet. För att genomföra studien bygger uppsatsen på teorier och tidigare forskning inom CSM- kritiska studier på män, inklusive teorier från svenska forskare såsom Klinth och Klinth & Johansson inom forskning om föräldraförsäkringen och män. I tidigare forskning har det konstaterats att politiken bygger på en manlig norm, men att föräldraskapet bygger på en kvinnlig norm, därav är det av intresse att se hur den manliga normen förändras eller samverkar med föräldraskapet i relation till politiskt ledarskap. Analysen genomfördes därför genom att studera presentationen av Gustav Fridolin och Birgitta Ohlsson, två rikskända politiker som båda blivit föräldrar inom en ganska nära tid.I uppsatsens analys visas att det finns delade meningar i uppfattningen om hur föräldraskapet ska moderniseras eller frigöras från traditionella sociala mönster i studien om Gustav Fridolin och Birgitta Ohlsson i relation till föräldraskapet, samt att det förekommer två tydliga diskurser i ämnesområdet..

The aim of this research is to find out what environmental impact a wave power park has on the Swedish west coast by creating a consultation paper (?Samrådsunderlag?) for the Lysekilproject at Uppsala University. To highlight the complexity of the problem a system analytic approach was used and illustrated by a Causal Loop Diagram.The overall assessment of the Lysekilprojects wave power park at the Swedish west coast is that it will have a low impact on the environment. This is due to the relative small size of the wave power park and some technical solutions made with the environmental aspect in mind. Artificial reefs and a sanctuary for marine species are effects created by the wave power park and in the longer term the impact will give access to an untapped source of renewable energy, wave energy.

It is widely recognized that the town of Södertälje, a small Swedish town of 85 000 inhabitants, has alone received more war refugees from Iraq than the US and Canada have put together. Whilst writing this thesis had nearly 6000 Iraqi refugees sought their way to Södertälje since the US invasion in Iraq 2003.Nevertheless, life is not what the media and the government retail. Six of these Iraqi refugees who resided in Södertälje share their life stories in the following thesis. They discuss their escape from Iraq and the difficulties of living in the segregated parts of Södertälje where they solely speak Arabic and Assyrian, whilst learning Swedish at sfi (Svenska för invandrare, Swedish for immigrants). Another distress is related to the unsecure future in Sweden waiting ahead.      The aim of this thesis is to engage in, and highlight the studies of six sfi-students in their endeavor to learn Swedish, whilst struggling through Swedish bureaucracy and experiencing despair due to their situation and uncertain future.       .

The landscape is a great asset for Göteborg as a city and places in the landscape are much used by the public. This diploma work deals with the question of how nature in Göteborg can become more accessible and how a place in it can be supplemented with new landscape elements. It is a proposal for a new urban park at Björlanda peninsula in the western part of Hisingen, Göteborg, which today belongs to the Swedish Armed Forces and is a part of the Nature-2000 area "Nordre älvs estuarium". The reason for choosing this place is that it is the only area around the costal area in Göteborg that has not been built on and that it contains a very varied landscape. The proposal is presented as three different broschures, dated 10-20 years ahead: A map of a possible system of urban parks including a detail of such a park, Västra Hisingen (the western parts of Hisingen) The idea with a system of urban parks is to make the landscape generally more accessible and maybe open it for people that do not use it today. A broschure of the central area Välkommen, with my design proposal for an urban park at Björlanda peninsula The design aims to utilize the landscape elements water, mountains, vegetation and sky and to intensify the experience of them. Stadsdelen Väster i Lund har dålig tillgång till grönytor och en tydlig avsaknad av ett ordentligt stadsdelscentrum. Här finns dock stadens gamla Folkets park med potential att bli en grön mötesplats. Syftet med detta arbete är att göra en analys av Folkparkens potential och se till hur parken skulle kunna bli en mer attraktiv och funktionell samlingspunkt. Delvis baseras arbetet på empiriskt material i form av observationer och en enkätundersökning för att få fram vad Folkparkens besökare har för vanor och önskningar för området delvis baseras arbetet på kommunala dokument, tidigare inlämnade förslag, en jämförelse med andra fungerande parker och tidigare gjorda arbeten som berör planering av stadsrum vars teorier jag applicerat i mitt arbete. Resultatet av mitt arbete är utformat som en sammanfattning av inhämtat underlag, vilken jag sedan baserar min diskussion på.

This paper is a study of 18 extant pieces of panegyrical music for the Swedish king Karl XI (1655?1697). The compositions are preserved in two forms. There are a few contemporary prints, but the largest amount of music is preserved as manuscripts in the Düben­collection (Uppsala University Library). The paper focuses on four different aspects of the production of these 18 compositions.

Fisksätra has a historical background that goes back to the battle between Russia and Sweden that took place in 1719. This battle is known as "Slaget vid Stäket". Today there are plans to develop Fisksätra as a tourist destination where focus lays on the historic factor of the battlefield that took place there. As of this a project called the HAMN project has started to try to develop a new experience park at this destination unlike any other.The aim of this essay has been to study how much potential this experience park has to become a popular tourist destination in the future, while looking at the potential interest of the foreign tourists. This essay is written as an assignment for Göran Andersson, who is in charge of the tourism department at Södertörns Högskola.
