Aim. The aim of this study is to analyze the living conditions of physically disabled people from the viewpoint of sexuality issues with regards to personal assistance services, identity and attitudes in society on disability and sexuality. Background. Not much research is done on sexuality issues for physically disabled people. Even though we live in a society where sexuality takes up a lot of space in the media, the culture and is acknowledged to be of great importance for every person?s wellbeing, the sexuality of disabled people is often not recognized and discussed.

In recent time, agile methods have been devoted much attention, and the concept is widely used in the IT industry in particular. An increasing number of companies are interested in this way of working. The following report is the result of a study on the ability to create value for customers in business development through the use of agile methods. We ask what the advantages and limitations of agile methods are in the creation of customer value. Grounded theory and an initial literature review was used to answer this question.

Background: During the last decades patient satisfaction has become an important measurement of quality in psychiatric care. However the patients are seldom asked to evaluate the treatments.Objectives: The aim is to determine which factors the outpatients regard as beneficial in their psychiatric treatment. The purpose is explorative. During the study another purpose developed; to present research on the importance of the relationship between the caretaker and the caregiver for the outcome.Method: 30 persons were interviewed about what they found helpful in psychiatric treatment. The interviews were open using Grounded theory as methodological input.Result: The most prominent topic was the quality of the relationship between the caregiver and the caretaker.

Trots att hemlöshet funnits länge i Sverige började den uppmärksammas ordentligt först i slutet på 1980-talet. Trots detta har denna form av utsatthet inte tillräckligt belyst de utsattas röster, speciellt kvinnors, blir ofta inte hörda. En av orsakerna till denna brist är att åtgärdsprogram får mer fokus än klienten. Konsekvensen är att fokus blir djupt normativt och inriktat mot att reglera beteende. Denna fallstudie grundar sig på den dubbla utsatthet som det innebär att vara kvinna och hemlös, nämligen att hemlöshet hos kvinnor är mindre synligt än hos män vilket bland annat leder till mörkertal.

Adam Smith?s economic theory is often subject to criticism, in which it is claimed to be inherently inconsistent. Recently, criticism from well-known scholars has arisen claiming Smith should be characterized a labor value theorist anticipating Karl Marx. This study seeks to analyze whether such criticism is legitimate. Firstly, the economic theory of Smith is discussed in terms of consistency, and secondly, a number of typical and main points of the critique, from the most influential of his contemporary critics, are lifted up and analyzed.

This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of interdisciplinary collaborations between Art and Mathematics within the Arts program at the upper secondary school level. Grounded in sociocultural theory, this study explores learning through language, action, and context, drawing on the works of theorists such as Lev Vygotsky (1995/2016), John Dewey (1897/2011) and Roger S?lj? (2020). Through semi-structured interviews, educators in both Art and Mathematics discuss shared subject content and explore opportunities and obstacles in fostering a collaborative culture within the Arts program at the upper secondary school level. The study reveals common subject content in Art and Mathematics suitable for interdisciplinary collaboration.

Uppsatsens titel: Den förfallande gestalten, står för en utav uppsatsens viktigaste slutsatser. Nämligen de känslor, som dessa lärare delade, av brist på respekt för dem och deras yrke. Som sociolog i skolningen var jag inte intresserad av att bidra med en objektiv bild, utan mer försöka finna lärarnas egna upplevelser av yrket. Som i alla andra uppsatser och forskningsprojekt så är det oftast frågeställningen och ämnesorådet som får avgöra val av metod och så var det även denna gång. Faktumet att det inte fanns några direkta frågor som ville besvaras ledde mig därför in på metoden Grouned Theory.

This study was conducted in the Master program at The Music Pedagogical Center (MPC) at The Royal College of Music in Stockholm. Korta musikresor (Short Music Journeys) is the Swedish term used for a receptive method of music therapy adapted from the tradition of The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (BMGIM) and the theory and practice of Expressive Arts Therapy. The KMR method uses carefully selected short pieces of music, lasting between 2 and 5 minutes, to work on various psychological problems and life- crises. The music session is conducted in a slightly altered state of consciousness with a clear focus being established beforehand in a verbal dialogue with the psychotherapist. There is also the possibility of using artwork to process and explore the imagery after the music listening.

Syftet med denna studie är att ge en insikt i hur elever med kombinerade läs- och skriv och matematiksvårigheter tänker och resonerar vid problemlösning.Tre elever i år 8, som alla ingår i samma specialundervisningsgrupp i matematik, har arbetat med olika typer av matematisk problemlösning, såväl individuellt som i grupp. Med utgångspunkt i deras arbete skapas början till en grundad teori.I forskningssammanhang behandlas ofta denna kategori elever (med kombinerade problem) som en enhetlig kategori som jämförs med t ex elever med enbart matematiksvårigheter, normalpresterande elever osv. Denna undersökning visar dock att de svårigheter eleverna uppvisar är av mycket olika karaktär.Studien omfattar tre delar: en presentation av fältstudien och resultaten från denna, en metoddel innefattande en pilotstudie som koncentreras på datainsamlingsmetoden samt en omfattande litteraturstudie som behandlar problemlösning och inlärningssvårigheter..

During the last decade working with competence has emerged as a more strategically important area. Today the human resources in a company are considered a competitive advance and the HR-units play a significant role when it comes to HR-management. Different motives for investing in strategies that promote competence development and learning also exist. The purpose of this paper was to examine how the process of competence development was managed at a large global company. The empirical material consisted of four persons who were interviewed and the analysis of the material was inspired by Grounded theory.From the analysis four major themes or core factors emerged as central to the interviewed persons' understanding of the competence development process; solid preparatory work in relation to competence development, communication, awareness of responsibilities and finally the taking action and evaluation of the action.

This study is about quantum physics and the role it can play in a religious perspective. I intend to examine how moderna physics may be related and understood as New age and Myths. My material consists of two books in the new age genre: "The Tao of Physics" by Fritjof Capra and "The Quantum Self" by Danah Zohar. My first two question to these books are which 1) religious and 2) scientific content they have. My other questions are too 3) investigate and demonstrate how these books are new age and 4) to exanine how the books can function as myths and adopt mythical features.

Uppsatsen syftar till att klargöra om öppenheten vid redovisning av incitamentsprogram har ökat under åren 2001 till 2005, samt även diskutera vilka faktorer som har påverkat den eventuella förändringen av praxis i årsredovisningar. Från en första empirisk studie av den offentliga debatten har frågor härletts som senare använts vid den andra empiriska studien av årsredovisningar i tjugo utvalda företag. Den teoretiska referensram som använts vid analysen av empirin grundar sig i den institutionella teorin och vidareutvecklingar av denna. Våra studier av den offentliga debatten visar att det finns en efterfrågan från den offentliga debatten om en ökad öppenhet. Resultaten från innehållsanalysen fastslår att dessa krav fått genomslag och företagen lämnar mer information om sina incitamentsprogram 2005 jämfört med 2001..
